The lady who did my lashes was super nice and it was so much fun talking to her she made my experience so much better and it was my first time ever going there and she even answered all my weird questions and just having my eyes close and being relaxed and just comfortable I can always sleep there I mean I didn’t but I could but I highly recommend going there it’s so professional and so clean and just I love it gonna be my new favorite place💕💕

My first appointment with them was very impressive! I loved the scenery, so I scheduled a second appointment. I received a confirmation text a month advance. I called the day of my appointment to ask can I come in early? I was told my appointment have been canceled. I stated, I didn’t received any notification that it was canceled and why was it? The person on the other end said, she didn’t know and was going to call the person who canceled it. Also saying, she’ll call me back once she hears back from that person. Needless to say, I didn’t received a callback showing no compassion nor apologizing for their error. Not a happy camper because I Wanted my eyelashes done for my man birthday party. I will not be scheduling anymore future appointments with them!!😡😡

B.A. Beauty Lounge is absolutely the BEST place to get eyelash extensions! I have had my lashes done at so many other places and B.A. is 100% the best place to go. The price is beyond reasonable and the quality in unmatched! Getting your lashes done here should be a no-brainer.

I honestly love this salon and all the employees. I go every 3 weeks for lashes and love them!! I also go for my hair color, cuts and styles and always leave feeling amazing. I love them so much i now bring my mom and my niece to them and would recommend these girls to anyone!!!!

I walked into the place and the first thing I noticed was that the place reeked of alcohol. Not to mention i don’t know If it was the salon owner or a worker but she was literally drunk to high heaven. Literally they swaying back and forth the only reason I’m leaving a bad review here is because of her being unprofessional she ended up causing a disturbance elsewhere. I’m just saying if you have a business you should be more professional.
