I’ve worked for Touching Hearts for only a few months now but I’ve known both the owners, Franny and Stacey for over 6 years now. Prior to working for them, I used their services in my facilities because out of all the home care agencies, Touching Hearts is by far the best. It is the best because of Stacey and Franny. My only regret is not coming to work for them sooner! I am so proud and delighted to not only work for the both of them but to also be apart of the amazing things this company has to offer and great things that are coming. Thank you Stacey and Franny for putting your trust in me to help continue making Touching Hearts the best. These two are the most amazing women ever and have the biggest hearts anyone could imagine. They truly do touch people’s hearts. Touching Hearts is all about making sure clients get the absolute best care possible no matter what. Both Franny and Stacey value each and every one of their clients and go above and beyond to ensure each client knows how important they are. I also have never seen or worked with two owners who treat their employees as good as they do. They value their employees and are so involved with the business which is why people love working with them. They are genuine people. Although I’ve only worked for Touching Hearts for two months, for the most part it has been a positive experience. On the down side, one of the people in charge seems to be in a hurry and has seemed bothered while training and talking to me on the phone. It has happened more than once, but maybe since I brought it to their attention, things will be better. I have a lot of fun with the client that I’m currently working with :)

I have been working in senior healthcare for over five years and have had the privilege to previously work alongside Touching Hearts at Home and now for Touching Hearts at Home to serve seniors. I could not recommend a better organization to work for but to also care for your loved ones. Our owners are involved and always have our clients and team members interests at heart. I have been a loyal client of Touching Hearts at Home for almost four years now. The quality, professionalism, kindness and support of the owners and the caregivers is the absolute I have seen in the long journey I have taken with my mother. My mother just passed away and I feel compelled to publicly thank Franny and Stacey and their wonderful caregivers. They support and service to my mother truly enhanced her quality of life and helped to take much of the worry and burden from my shoulders. I share a deep sense of gratitude for all they have done.

I have been with Touching Hearts Aurora for a little over a year. This is the first job that Ive had where ive felt like the management (Franny, Stacey, Holly, Kissy, etc.) actually cares about their employees. They do in house training multiple times through out the year, celebrate employees, send you thank you notes, so much more. The communication in the office is handeled very well always, they are there for you when you need them. Ive had them come to homes to help as well. This job has given me sense of purpose and has completely changed my outlook in life. Lastly, the clients and their families I have met have been absolutely amazing. They have always matched me with the perfect people! :-) Work here!

Having had a less than good experience with another home care company, we were very careful to ask the right questions in the assessment phase. Everyone that we have talked to at Touching Hearts has been open and clear in answering the tough questions. The caregiver has been qualified and capable in performing the difficult transfers required to move my sister in a safe and timely manner. In addition the caregiver has been pleasant and engaging in the companionship role.Thus far, Touching Hearts has been a very competent partner in the home care of my sister. We are very happy to have found them and expect the ongoing relationship to be very pleasant, significant and helpful in the care we need.

Very unprofessional , I was hired before 3 years ago and it didn’t work out because I missed a shift . Fast forward to this year I applied again , I was hired and did training . No one reached out to me to get my schedule or anything . So I had decided I just wanted to get my check from training because at that point I was frustrated with calling and getting no call backs and they had absolutely no communication with me . I had called finally and just decided to get my check for training with out moving forward with the job and they said they could not PAY me even though I completed the training because it was not the right “ protocol “ you would think they would let me know immediately ? But no one cared to call and let me know that until I called asking for my check from training

I am a caretaker to my husband. Most times are easy. A year and a half ago he was sick and I realized I needed someone to come in to help me during these times. Early last year I contacted Touching Hearts at Home to plan ahead --- since then I have had to called them many times. Sometimes I need help with my husband, especially after he came out of Rehab. Other times I need the help for me -- a time for me to get away. I have been very pleased with the response and services provided by the entire staff - those in the office and those that come into our home. Both my husband and I trust them - that is very important to us!

Where to begin, 4 months ago my brother passed. My dad was in hospice care and mom has debilitating osteoarthritis. In caring for dad, mom wasnt taking care of herself. Mom had long-term health insurance for nursing care only( found out after a few calls to the insurance co.). I was at wits end, when searching the web I came upon the Touching hearts at home web site. I Decided to give them a call. When a lady answered and I told her our situation. She said her name was Franny and was part owner of Touching hearts. To make along story short, Franny negotiated with the insurance co. to include in home care for which I was really thankful for. Well, I signed up and Touching hearts has been very helpful, compassionate and professional in finding a good fit for my mom with good care givers. Since then, my dad has passed and now mom needs their care more then ever. The companionship has been helpful. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

Touching hearts is fantastic. Recently, I had an unexpected change of plans and needed to get to an important medical appointment. The darling Helen was already booked as I called only the day before I needed assistance. Touching hearts quickly found an alternate caregiver, Deb. Deb was prompt, polite, hardworking and an absolute pleasure.I am so glad I found Touching hearts at home Aurora. They have given me the independence and companionship I have needed for some time.

Touching Hearts at Home has been caring for my 87- year- old mother since she got out of rehab about a year ago. She has Alzheimers Disease and even though she lives in a wonderful facility in Parker, she really needs the companionship of someone 24/7. We are so thankful for all of the staff from TH that work with Mom. Even though I live far away, I can get on line every day and read an update about Moms condition and even listen to voice recordings from her caretakers. This company is well-run and their employees are very compassionate.

Capable Souls: if you have the need for home help outside of Home Health/insurance that provides nursing or skilled care. This is the organization to reach out to. From holiday decor, to errands, groceries, light housekeeping, meal prep to organizing on the fly. This is the group to call. Compassionate owners make this a true resource to call upon in difficult or challenging times - for chronic illness, post-operative or just if you need to supplement your home management resources!

Touching Hearts has provided our family peace of mind. We know that everyday our dad is getting the care he needs and that our mom is receiving the support she deserves. Overall, the caregivers have been so helpful and caring. Cant imagine what we would do without Touching Hearts.

I moved my 95 year old mother out to Colorado last July and into a Memory Care facility in Parker near where I live. I needed companion care for a few hours each day for my mother who has dementia and sometimes suffers from Sundowners. After trying a couple of the larger companies I was recommended to Touching Hearts by someone I met at my mothers facility. I immediately saw that this company had a much more personal approach and willingness to work with their clients and a willingness to tailor both the care plan and the financial arrangements to your situation. Franny and her partner are wonderful caring people and they work to employ the best care givers and companions possible. I am very pleased with them and my mother has responded very well to having consistent quality companionship each day. I highly recommend Touching Hearts at Home.

Touching Hearts has been wonderful caring for my moms wife and extraordinarily professional in every aspect of providing their services. Having experienced truly abysmal service and zero compassion from other providers, we have looked upon Touching Hearts as a godsend and couldnt recommend them highly enough.

My brother is in an assisted living in Aurora. I am taking care of him from out-of-state. He needed someone to pick him up from the VA in Denver when he had eye surgery. A friend recommended Touching Hearts at Home. I was very pleased with the care he has received, and the friendliness of the staff. I would recommend Touching Hearts at Home to anyone who needs help with transportation of their loved one.

I’m sure Franny from Touching Hearts would say they would never deceive anyone, but it sure didn’t feel that way to us! We contacted Touching Hearts when Mom, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, began acting erratically at her Assisted Living facility. They were threatening to have her removed if we didn’t have a caregiver with her 24x7, and ironically enough they recommended Touching Hearts (that should have been a big red flag). I was relieved when I contacted Mom’s insurance to know that, for a period of time, they did offer coverage. My sister set up the meeting and we brought Mom’s insurance information. Franny took copies and we made it very clear we were going through her insurance for this. Franny contacted us a little later and said that she required help setting up the claim with the insurance provider, but neither one of us were authorized to do that for Mom, so we decided to just be reimbursed after the fact. The request however was denied because Touching Hearts was not an in network provider. Feeling this was a mistake, I contacted Franny and I was surprised that her response was “We are not in-network with any insurance carriers, we are private pay only.” I was never told this, and had I been, I would have pulled the plug on this as soon as I could get someone else who was set up. Franny states she mentioned this to my sister, who does not recall Franny stating Touching Hearts could not be covered by insurance. And even if she did, this would be at best inappropriate as I am fiduciary POA, and she knew that, she should have been clear with me. We were very clear that we were looking for this to be part of an insurance claim, and Franny knew that was never going to happen with Touching Hearts. The service was fine, about what you would expect. Mom liked some caregivers and not others, but it certainly wasn’t anything magical where I would have preferred them over someone who can truly work with Mom’s insurance. In the end, I truly regret meeting Franny and consider working with Touching Hearts to be an extremely painful and costly mistake. I would urge others to work with their insurance instead, what can I say, we were in crisis mode with Mom, and Touching Hearts gave me no indication that this would not be covered by insurance. I will not make the mistake of trusting a caregiver again.Franny, please do not call. You did nothing but harm to our family. Four months later because I wasted my time working with insurance to get reimbursed, when you knew all along that would never happen (even after I emailed you for the invoice for that express purpose, so no that was not the last mention of insurance).And yes, it is my responsibility to ensure adequate coverage, and I failed because I used Touching Hearts at Home. My point is I felt deceived by you that I was doing that. As I stated in my email, I wish you were as clear then as you are now, by taking the insurance and not stating you are not in network I had the impression this want not going to be a problem. But clearly going with you was a mistake, as Ive stated.We reached out to you earlier, but after a couple emails, you couldnt even do us the courtesy of answering our questions. The idea of talking now is simply because of the review.

What a joke they cant even tell you an estimate of how far youd be driving to a job. Then the lady was all smart mouthed like , ok thanks for your interest anyways! Like ummm yea lady il work elsewhere with that type of attitude you have. Buh bye!

We called Touching Hearts at Home about 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon, after my mom suddenly took sick and we realized we could not leave her alone with the strong bottle of painkillers the doctor had prescribed. They quickly met with us, and provided a caregiver for that evening and night, and as long as we needed until we could get a long-term solution in place.Since then, they have also taken my mom to doctors appointments. The caregiver has conferenced me in via cell phone during doctors visits so I can talk with the doctor during her appointment. Its wonderful to have this option when Im not able to get off of work to take her myself.My mom has liked all of the caregivers shes been with. Every one has a commercial drivers license and is able to provide transportation if needed. I really appreciate their flexibility and responsiveness.

Touching Hearts (TH) has been a godsend to us. We used to deal with numerous in-home services but have settled in with TH because they have been the best. THs home visiting staff members have been wonderful in the many chores they do for us around the house. The aides are friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and professional. THs administrative staff members also are extremely helpful and courteous concerning scheduling and payment matters. We couldnt be happier with the entire TH organization. They hire and fire like nothing my wife worked for this company and she gave it her all and when it wasn’t working out with some particular client my wife told Franny and Franny still sent my wife to that location the owner does not listen to the caregivers she doesn’t care what’s happening it’s all about money to her do not work for this company!!!
