Walgreen is currently overwhelmed with covid tests and vaccinations. Staff are visibly exhausted. Wait to have a phone call answered took 45 minutes last week and wait in the pharmacy line was an hour . Retail store is largely unaffected so this is a convenient quick stop. Kudos to pharmacy staff for grace under pressure and razzes to the management for being completely unprepared after having over a year to plan for vaccine rollout.

Pharmacy issues: They charged my mom $250 for insulin despite my mother being a type 1 diabetic on a pump who has insulin covered completely by Medicare part B (so it should have been free). The pharmacist said that they submitted it to Medicare and $250 was the price they quoted. Go to CVS instead. Edit: just to clarify, the mistake would be forgivable if they had taken steps to rectify it, but the male pharmacist there was extremely rude on the phone about it insisting he did things correctly. For a 66 year old on a fixed income $250 is a LOT of money - which she was forced to pay, because she needs insulin to live. Second edit: Weirdly, seven months after the initial incident (and like 12 hours after writing this review) a check showed up reimbursing my mother the money she was owed. Glad to see they arent committing fraud, but I still wouldnt recommend this pharmacy due to the rudeness and ignorance of that pharmacist we dealt with.

PHARMACY REVIEW:There are two people here who know what they are doing, everyone else I have dealt with has seemed to have a flagrant disregard for peoples’ needs. For example: One woman tried charging me $400 for my $33 birth control. I had to go back and forth with her to get her to speak with someone else to confirm her error. She did not apologize when she eventually returned and asked for my money again ($33). Grossly incompetent. Nobody seems to be communicating. I have never had so much trouble with a pharmacy every single month when I return to fill my prescriptions. Go somewhere else and I am truly sorry to the staff that actually cares about human beings.

My experience was not great, I called about possibly holding an item on hold but they couldn’t so I went to the store to look for it when I overheard an employee talking about my phone call to another employee. That was very rude and unprofessional, I couldn’t see her name but definitely ruined my experience there.

Not only was the manager SO RUDE and grumpy, but she wouldnt honor the cheaper online price ON THEIR WEBSITE. How can you not price match from your own site??? That manager needs to be fired!I wish I could remember her name but she was older and had a super low cut shirt on

I got super lucky because the Pharmacy doesnt try to close early. Ive been really sick on and off during my first ever pregnancy, and ended up contracting Pink Eye yesterday.I was given a prescription for a special ointment and planned on picking it up after taking a nap. Well I overslept and had 10 minutes to book it there on foot in thin thermal wear pants and a hoodie, and by the time I got there I had about 6 minutes to spare, and was sooo lucky to see not only they were still open, but the really nice woman was very understanding and helped me!Definitely recommend going to that Pharmacy for your medicines if you live close enough!

Skilled staff

I ordered my pictures from here and they cut half of my face off in one photo and my boyfriends whole face in another! Im not sure if it was an error from the website or if the worker made a mistake. I definitely wont get my photos printed from here again.

I get all my prescriptions at Walgreens and the staff are wonderful and caring. I love the store because it always has what you need and every time you go in they greet you and make you smile.

I would not recommend receiving Fedex shipments here. They had no idea what was going on, the package got delivered to the pharmacy instead of upfront, and they opened my package!! Thankfully everything was there, but that’s a huge breach of privacy. Makes me second guess this delivery service and Walgreens in general.

Very friendly and helpful cashiers, however the manager is extremely rude and grumpy. I would consider promoting one of your cashiers and firing her.

I called to complain about vagrants loitering next to the Redbox, complete with shopping cart home - nothing they can do they said, Im calling corporate next and will not be shopping here again - unsafe!!!
