After breaking a little part of my tooth earlier this week, I called the Augusta office of Gentle Family Dentistry and received an appointment on the same day. My tooth needed very little work to make it okay again and I was in and out in a very short time. I felt safe and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and supportive and in addition there was no charge for the great care I received. Made my day! Thank you again!

These guys are the best! Very gentle and thorough during cleanings and x-rays. Always friendly. Dentist provided me and my Husband with PAIN FREE numbing for a filling. Something Ive never seen before! I definitely recommend for adults AND children.

They are a nice practise, and answer my questions with patience even if I might not understand the answers. They give me the information I need to look up after my appointments. They also take my insurance into consideration when making future appointments.And my appointments go well, my hygienist makes sure Im comfortable during my stay, and helps me learn how to take care of my teeth when Im not in their office. Dr Sul was courteous, friendly and explained what needed to be done in a way I could understand. I needed to make a change in my appointment time and they found a way to accommodate my request. I found this dentistry from my insurance provider site. I called them and was able to get in rather quickly. It was my first time to a dentist in over a decade. The staff was welcoming and warm. I felt extremely comfortable. The hygienist was polite and explained things very well. The doctor was sincere, easy to understand, and was very kind. Upon leaving I set up appointments for both of my kids and my husband. They are a wonderful dentistry.

I had been a patient of Dr Reynolds for years. Under the new ownership I had been left waiting in the Dentists chair for over 40 minutes and when I complained they didn’t seem too concerned. They balanced billed me for the difference between the contractual rate and total charges billed. Once I documented it, sent to my insurance and to them they corrected the oversight. I would be weary to just pay at the desk as to what you are paying for. I’m sure the hygienists are nice however always seemed rushed under new mgmt. happy to say I transferred out as soon as I could.

So happy to follow Nikki to this practice. Super nice staff. Very nice and put me at ease.

Dr. Sul does amazing work. He is very well educated and knows his stuff. He takes the time to explain to patients what treatment needs to be done. He explains the importance of each procedure. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. The environment is great as well. The front staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice!

We had our first experience with Dr. Sul the other day and could not be happier or more impressed. Our teenage daughter had a cosmetic dental ‘emergency’ the day before she was going away to summer camp. Dr. Sul changed his personal schedule to get her seen and taken care of, with essentially no notice, so she could go off to camp with her beautiful smile intact. He did a fantastic job at a very fair price for what he did for us. We would highly recommend his office for their kindness, compassion, and dental expertise.

My son had a tooth filled and he said they did a great job. He barely felt the Novocaine shot. He didnt have any pain or discomfort and the procedure was over quickly.

I am so glad I found Gentle Family Dentistry! My dentist and hygienist of 40 years had both retired about 9 years ago. My experience was great. The staff explained everything in detail with visual aid when available. I had my teeth cleaned and I am back on track to dental wellness. Care Credit is available for qualifying patients who need financing to get any dental work done.

I always find the service I get is very friendly, pain free (!!!) and quick. I also believe they keep up with the latest techniques for keeping me healthy--at my most recent visit, they were able to screen me to determine whether I had any signs of oral cancer!

I had a tooth that needed to be extracted and they were able to squeeze me into a cancellation, then even called to offor an even earlier appointment. Got me in with plans to only evaluate, and were able to get my needs met and pull it while I waited patiently for time between other patients. They take your concerns into account, give you options and work around you and not the office. They explain insurance coverage and break down coats/fees. And now with the new hours that they will have, this will be so much eeasier and wont have to take time off work for dental appointments!

I have been very happy with Gentle Family dentistry. They have been taking good care of my teeth in a pleasant manner from the people at the desk to the hygienist and dentist himself. I contacted Gentle Family Dentistry after reading so many great reviews. I was surprised by how quickly Gentle Family dentistry was able to get me seen. I was even more surprised by the flawless teamwork between Dr. Sul and his assistant Sarah who performed a pain free dental crown procedure on me. Equally important are the administrative staff at this practice who provided extraordinary customer service. Great personalities, superior technology, comfortable environment, excellent teamwork and Im pretty sure Dr. Sul has magic fingers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reynolds since the mid-80s. He is an excellent dentist. His work is top notch and, importantly, he does not push work on people that they do not need! I have referred several of my friends who have had unfortunate experiences with other dentists or chain dental places and they were very pleased to find from Dr. Reynolds that they either did not need the work or there was a simpler, less expensive form of treatment for their problem. I urge anyone looking for a good dentist in the Augusta area to give Dr. Reynolds a call.

Just went in for some fillings. Something I thought everyone dreded. Until NOW! I had the best experience ever getting my filling. On a scale of 0-10 I had a 0 pain level. I didn’t even feel the Novocain go in. I took a little nap while they were working on me. They took before, during and after photos to show me after they were done working on my tooth. They did an amazing job! When can I go back to the dentist!

I have had very bad tooth pain for days and even went to the emergency room cause it just was to much. I then went to different dentist calling and driving there and no one would see me... at this point I was getting frustrated. I then called my dad he told me to go to his and give it a try and I did!!!... and boy and I glad I did. I have been going to Gentle Family for 1yr. I had been to Smile Designs before, so i was skeptical at first. But, the hygienist, Kayla,was great. Does thorough cleaning and took pictures of my individual teeth. That was new.She went over the pics with me. Made me determined to floss more! Lol Dr. Sul was extremely nice and asked about any concerns. It was a pleasant experience.

I really appreciate the automated reminder system the office uses. I get text messages and emails to confirm my appointment and remind me when my appointment is. It’s nice because staff doesn’t have to waste their time trying to call to remind me as I am sure they had plenty of other work to do so the automated system frees up their time for other duties. I think it makes the office more efficient.My appointment the other day was for two fillings on my front teeth. Dr. Sul and my dental assistant showed me on the large monitor exactly where the fillings were going to go and did “before” and “after” pictures which is really nice to see the work that was done. I was impressed at how well they were able to match the shade of the filling material to match my teeth. You can’t even tell the fillings are there; just looks like my natural enamel.I never like having to get fillings but all the staff are so nice and Dr. Sul does fine work so it is ALMOST enjoyable. Great place and great people.

Love my new dentist/office. The office gals up front are friendly. Dr. Sul is nice and efficient. Mikalia is great assistant. I had a cavity filled and she explained everything every step of the way.
