Clean, modern, and effective. Ive never had a dentist that could communicate so clearly to me before. Also, this was my first time going to a dentist in 7 years and I knew it wasnt going to be good... I need 2 crowns and some cavities filled. But they were able to evaluate all that WITHOUT any pain! No poking into cavities, no bleeding in the gums! Through advanced xray and a 3D model of my teeth they could see exactly what needs to be done, and the priority of it too, to help me space out payments properly. I was very impressed all around.

Just wrapped up my Invisalign treatment and could not be happier. From the very first consult visit and throughout my treatment, I received nothing but the best service. Dr. Lindsey and her team are hands down the most outstanding people. They communicated well, they included me in the plans, they were kind, respectful, professional, easy to talk to, informative. Upon entering I was greeted and given a cute tour of their personalized, cozy office. They offered me a menu of things to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I’ve had many great appointments here, and always felt like the staff went above and beyond with their bedside manner, and my anxieties when getting cavities filled.My latest appointment was with the newest doctor, Dr. Niko, went well, but I feel like his bedside manner could improve, especially when it comes to verbally explaining what what exam he’s going to do, how he’s doing it, etc. At one point he went to check my jaw and throat, but didn’t warn me that he was going to do this. He basically stood over me and cupped my neck with his hand. As someone who’s been assaulted before, having a stranger stand over you and hold your neck like that with no warning was very alarming, especially since the other doctors here haven’t done that before. Had I been given a warning and an explanation, I wouldn’t have been so shocked by it. It seems he just graduated, so I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, but also bring this to light as well.I’ll still continue to choose Great NorthWest Dental, and I’ll keep my appointments too

Amazing care, each provider from the people on the desk that welcome you to the dentist providing the service. I broke a front tooth and they replaced it very quickly. I had my first appt here today and all I can say is WOW! My previous dentist I had since I was a kid retired and I was wary about looking for a new one. I have been having wisdom tooth pain and today they did a panoramic x ray and confirmed that I need to get all 4 out. They can do the surgery in house without general anesthesia (but they give you a prescription to get some meds to make you really calm the day of surgery) and it is SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN GOING TO AN ORAL SURGEON! I have delta dental and for 2 fillings and all 4 extractions, I only have to pay $400! Like what?? They also did this 3D model of my teeth which was super cool and it didn’t cost any extra. I loved the vibe of the office, very funny, up beat, but still very professional. Will definitely be referring my husband and mom!

It has been one of the most extraordinary experiences that I have had in a dental clinic since you come in to the clinic, the entire group of assistants and doctors make you feel welcome and with great affection and care, they listen to you and give a wonderful treatment. They are an extraordinary team led by Dr. Joshua Papac.

The office was very welcoming. They have amazing preventative technology that helps you gage progression of your over all dental health. The patient experience was great as well. However, I went in for a prophylaxis (regular cleaning) and although the hygienist was very knowledgeable, welcoming, engaging, and had amazing customer service, I did not feel my cleaning was adequate. Although she did scale my teeth with instruments, she didn’t use a cavitron, so it felt like a very superficial cleaning.

This dentist is probably the best one I have ever been to. Super nice people, very clean place, excellent work, even the office girls are great. I highly recommend. And if going to the dentist gives you anxiety like me, they are completely understanding and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable!

One of the best dental experiences Ive had. Im in town on work from Alaska and needed to have a tooth pulled. They were able to get me in the next day. The doctor and the nurse were extremely kind and understanding. They made sure my tooth was numb before continuing with the extraction. I couldnt be more please with my visit. Great service, overall a really nice office. Dr. Lindsay did an implant crown and some fillings for me. She’s really thorough and efficient. I bring my three kids for cleanings too. They are always happy to go since it’s a positive experience. I’m glad because I was traumatized of the dentist as a child. I’ve never had good luck with my teeth. In the year or so we’ve been there we’ve had no issues. Great place.

This dentist was so amazing! Immediately after leaving I was sad to think I would ever have to find another! Ive had very bad experiences trusting dentists in the past but, this office was proactive in asking about any hesitations and actively and wonderfully addressing them! I felt like I could really trust everyone at the office!

I don’t want this to come off as sensationalized... However, this office is like the 5 star hotel of dental offices, for the same cost as other offices. Right when you walk in, they give you a tour. The waiting room is comfortable, open, and inviting. They have a comfort menu with a few items that are designed to help you feel comfortable and relaxed. I chose a blanket, but warm scented towels, or chapstick, and ear plugs are just a few I can remember. They take a few moments to get to know you, and to know your goals for the appointment. Everyone is extremely kind, and it feels genuine. If you are fearful of the dentist, this feels like the place you would have the most success. The positive reviews of this office aren’t exaggerations.

I was very nervous after a bad dental experience a few years ago. But Dr. Lindsay and the entire staff were so wonderful and patient with me. I feel so much more comfortable returning.

I just went for the first time and it was great! The safety measurements they had in place for Covid-19 made me feel very safe. My hygienist, Casey, was very informative and made an effort to get to know me personally. She was gentle on the sensitive areas of my mouth and always told me what she was doing. The updated technology was cool too, they have a 3D scanner for your teeth so you can see what they see. I was able to see spots of my mouth I put too much pressure on and come up with a plan to help fix it! Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend!

Dr. Josh Papac and his staff are the best! Recently, my crown fell out and he was able to put it back in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable considering I no longer have dental insurance. If needed, Dr. Papac can make a crown in their office - no need to get a temporary and come back. The hygienists always do a great job! Everyone in the office including front desk scheduling, billing, assistants, and hygienists are very friendly and helpful. Many of my previous co-workers went to this dental practice and highly recommended it. I tried Great Northwest Dental and won’t go anywhere else even though I’ve moved so it’s a longer drive! You won’t be disappointed.

Since my dentist retired, I have had a phobia of dentists. The replacement dentist was horrible, took a few tries to numb my tooth and painful the whole time. After that experience I never went back.After a few years I thought to look for another dentist. Luckily for me I found Great Northwest Dental in Auburn WA. They had great reviews so I gave them a try. Since my first visit I have had nothing but great experiences. Amazing staff members like Stephanie and Demi helped with my visits. Today was my third visit, I had a crown replaced and three fillings. Dr. Lindsey got me numb and before I knew it my procedure was done. I highly recommend Great Northwest Dental if you are looking for a dentist.

I absolutely love this dental office!! I had been avoiding the dentist for years due to horrible experiences in the past. After breaking a couple of teeth I couldn’t put it off any longer. I made my concerns and fears very clear and the entire staff was nothing less than understanding and accommodating. I had quite a bit of work to get done on my teeth and it took about 9 months to complete and every visit Dr. Lindsey was AMAZING! My husband has started going here as well and has nothing but great things to say about Dr. Josh. I would highly recommend Great Northwest Dental!!!
