My 3 children and my better half have been patients at this dental care center for 8 years, we trust their professional work and they are very careful and thorough with our children s dental care. They treat everyone with respect that they deserve. We are grateful to find a family-oriented dental clinic that is willing to take the extra time to establish proper care and immaculate detail. The office manager is available to answer questions even when she is busy handling multiple patients. I would strongly recommend them due to their level of competence and their drive to continually improve on everything they do. Audrey and Thai are magnificent dentists. Excellent dental care was very patient with my 14 year old daughter. She went very nervous but by the time she came out she was calm and happy. They realy took the time to make sure she was comfortable. This is an amazing dentist I highly recommend them to people that have a difficult time with the dentist.

This office manager is quiet rude. Very rude claims has 20 years in business and treats me like s___ this is 2 d go round with her. Claims she treats her patients with respect. Not , as i am also patient with them as well my husband. So we are going to different dentist. Need to get rid of snooty rude office manager

After not going to the dentist for years, I had several things that needed attention. I randomly located Excellent Dental Care and so thankful I did. They have addressed all my issues and have been very efficient fixing them.Not only are they detailed, but strive for perfection for the health of your smile. I’ve always felt welcomed and treated with fantastic customer service. I will always recommend Excellent Dental Care. I do not plan to go anywhere else for my care.

They are knowledgeable, and let you know whats going on, what to expect and what is possible. The woman who took care of me the times I have been there has been so gracious and wonderful. She and her staff made an unfortunate situation the best they could. They made me feel welcome and comfortable in all the best ways. I dont want to go anywhere else but here. I dont really understand the negative reviews. They seem completely out of character. Ive been taking myself and my family here for the past two years. They are always very detailed and descriptive in my treatment options and the processes that will take place. They are always willing to work around my schedule, they do a very good job making sure my appointments are confirmed, and they treat me like a friend when I show up for my appointments. I highly reccomend these folks for your dental care needs.

We’ve been to a lot of dentists and always had problems in the past. The dentists here are AMAZING. They have all the latest equipment, very knowledgeable, and affordable. If you are looking for a family dentist please look no further. I have been coming here since I was a little girl. I appreciate their diverse staff that are able to speak different languages. This creates a welcoming environment. My siblings had their braces done here and their results are stunning. My semiannual cleaning are always quick but thorough. All of their staff are very professional and they care about making you feel comfortable. I never leave without a smile or feeling like I did not receive a good cleaning. My extended family comes here as well and we are grateful that there are two locations. They work with your schedule. I highly recommend this establishment.

When you walk through the doors, someone is always there greeting you with a hello and a warm smile. I have had braces for about 3 1/2 years now and, I’m almost done! None of my permanent teeth were pulled out during this process. They also respected all the things I wanted and didn’t want to happen to my teeth for braces. Excellent Dental Care have very generous and caring people. Excellent hard workers to have a conversation with as well. I highly recommend going to their dental office, especially if you’re planning to get braces. Braces might hurt and get in a way of eating your favorite foods but, they’re definitely worth it!

I have had 70 years experience with dentistry both as a patient and as a chair side assistant. Most recently I visited Dr Audrey Nguyen DDS. She is the best dentist I have had the pleasure of visiting. She is so gentle and cares deeply about the comfort of her patients. She takes time to discuss cares, concerns and treatment options. A big concern for most people is having to wait endlessly for their appointments...NEVER with Dr Nguyen. She respects her patients time. I have been seated right after check in at the front desk. The office staff is friendly and professional. The office and the treatment areas are always very clean and well organized. These dental offices are excellent indeed! Dentists are conscientious, kind and knowledgeable. Staff are nice, friendly...there are television sets at each chair. Offices are clean,roomy, well-decorated! These offices get lots of patients/patrons....I highly recommend these offices!

The Auburn clinic is a new building and has brand new equipment. It seems so comfortable, so zen, so spacious, feel like being at home. Dr. Nguyen took his time with every patient and very efficient at it, you dont notice that they left you alone at any time. The staff always has a genuine smile. We go a bit further for the Auburn clinic, though the Tacoma clinic has the same welcoming staff.

From the friendly staff, to the excellent doctors, if you ever want to be treated like family this is the place to go. They call and leave you nice reminders before every appointment and make sure you dont miss your cleanings. Best of all they work around your schedule!

Awesome place to go...my past dentist moved his practice out of state some years ago and I bounced around place to place trying to find a good dentist when we gave Excellent Dental a try. Its been almost four years at this office now and we love it. Friendly staff, great care and service. You will not be disappointed :)

Love both Excellent Dental Care Center offices! At Auburn across from Muckleshoot Casino and at Hill Top Tacoma! Both offices are very clean, decorated very pleasant, appealing to the eyes. Both dentists are conscientious, decent individuals and professionals and very passionate about dentistry. Just took my two little ones in for their first dental visit abs was super nervous for my kids. But everyone there made it a great experience for us. So much so that my son asked if r could go back again tomorrow! HahaDefinitely recommend!!!

They give a step by step of what they are doing so if at any point you dont want a particular service you dont need to end up paying for it, but they give the options. Friendly and personable. Only been twice so far but will be going back, especially as they are open one Saturday a month which is helpful with my work schedule

Do not let these reviews fool YOU, Unprofessional, disgusting, Racist and Worst dental office in the area, my little cousin had an appointment yesterday at 9pm, we were there and on time, walked us to the room and numbed her with 2 shots and couple minutes and will be back, couple minutes took almost an hour the nurse came in and said the dentist has an emergency, she was in the next room and its open so we see her there for sure, she the nurse said it should take 10 min and she will be back. So around 10 we went out and asked again because we adults have work and the girl has school, PLUS MY COUSIN HAS BEEN NUMBED FOR THE PAST HOUR. So 5 minutes later another dentist came in, and started telling us you guys always have the choice to not come here and u should leave then, we were like what about the shots u gave are daughter, he didn’t care and kept trying to kick us out. On the way out they kept bad mouthing us and since my uncle had an accent they were being racist too it’s disgusting to have a dental office for kids like that.

My family and I have come to Excellent Dental Care (EDC) at both Tacoma and Auburn locations for the last 10 years. My sister and I had braces done by Dr. Thai. He did a very great job. The good part is we did not have to take any teeth out as we were told by others. Also, the staff is very friendly. They always make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend EDC for the dental care.

When the male doctor argued with my dad he did not let him talk and he kept dying let me finish! He scared me because he w need to start a fight with my dad and my dad wanted to ask about the appointment he was talking about braces. I do not recommend to go to this dentistry.

For many years my dentist suggested that I needed to have a consultation with an orthodontist. As residents of Renton, we have visited many orthodontists across Renton as well as Kent; with none meeting our expectations. We were then referred to the Excellent Dental Care center in Auburn/Tacoma. With a clean office, warming decorations, and excellent customer service; we knew that this was the best place to receive treatment. The dentist presented us with many pictures of his past clients; showing the results of going through treatment. With no extractions or operations, Dr. Thai has helped me gain a stunning smile as well as adjust my overbite. Choosing to go to Excellent Dental Care was the best decision I’ve made. I highly recommend both Auburn and Tacoma offices to anyone who needs dental care.

I have now been a patient of Excellent Dental Care for about a year and a half. I was treated for TMD and was given a splint which helped tremendously with the side effects- like headaches and jaw pain. I now am at the second step of treatment, which is braces. I really recommend anyone who may have TMD to give Excellent Dental Care a shot. The staff are all nice, and its a very clean environment.

My sister and I both started orthodontics about 2.5 years ago. We went to Thien Duy Bui, DDS, MSD & Associates to be treated. After being treated for about 2 years, my parents and I noticed that there was something wrong with our teeth. My little sisters teeth did not look good and mine were even worse. My two front teeth were incredibly long, meaning that they were on the brink of falling out. Our progress since we started was going backward. Our teeth were way worse than when we started.Someone then recommended Dr. Thai to us. My parents immediately removed my sister and me from Thien Duy Bui, DDS, MSD & Associates and we were going to be treated by Dr. Thai.There was just one problem. My family and I live in California. Excellent Dental Care Center was all the way in Washington State. Despite the distance, we were willing to fly up to Auburn to be treated because we have placed our full trust on Dr. Thai.As time goes on, we have seen a good, noticeable progress since we left Thien Duy Bui, DDS, MSD & Associates. The teeth condition for my sister and I were getting better. Dr. Thai is reversing the progress of Dr. Bui and putting our progress in the right direction.In the end, I really recommend Excellent Dental Care Center for first class dentistry, orthodontics, and TMD Treatments. There are people there that you could put your full trust in.
