I went to Dr. Haddads with my 16 yr old daughter hoping it would be a place where our dental questions could be answered. Dr. Haddads first assessment was that her wisdom teeth, although no impact now, needed to come out to prevent impact in the future. When asked about percentages, he said he recommends that to 90% of his patients. The next assessment was that she had 3 small cavities that needed to be filled. When asked about what would happen if they werent, he said they may not grow if you kept them clean. Then we asked about putting sealants on them and he said in that case they would grow. This confused my daughter so she asked why would they not grow without sealants, but would grow with sealants. With that, Dr. Haddad said he didnt like being put on the spot and got up and stopped the appointment. This shocked both of us that he would come unhinged like that, especially as prior reviews led us to believe he was good at answering questions. From our experience, it was very unprofessional and it showed us that Dr. Haddad is definitely not the dentist we were looking for.

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to! Dr Haddad is a master at his work. He and his staff are so kind, friendly and caring. They treat you like you are family. He did a lot of very difficult work to my teeth and they came out excellent. He is my new dentist now. I am very grateful that I found his office. Thank you all for your care. A truly kind and gentle soul. I have recommended him to about a dozen people and they always come back to thank me! Great staff too. I especially appreciate that Dr. Haddad is conservative, never suggesting more work than I need.Go see him. Youll be glad you did.

I cannot reccomend this office enough! Dr. Haddad is gentle and knowledgeable. His staff is well manner and polite. They go above and beyond to work with schedules and any foreseeable complications.

I had to get an emergency root canal. Dr Haddad had space the next day. It was the k9– the tooth that goes farthest into the skull. It was my first root canal so I didn’t know what to expect. I had LITERALLY NO PAIN not during the procedure or during recovery. Dr Haddad is very kind and although I had neglected the tooth long enough for it to turn into a root canal, never once was he even slightly judgmental.His staff is also kind and gentle and he is often available at short notice.I seriously couldn’t recommend him more.

Dr. Haddads staff is great, but as a dentist, he is the worst Ive ever had. Twice, he told us that our son has cavities that need to be filled and both times another dentist reviewed his X-rays and said they could not see any cavities. Also, on my first visit with him, he told me I needed to have a crown put in because of a fractured tooth. It was a horrible experience. He trimmed the first one down too much and had to order a 2nd crown. My bite has never been the same. I can only chew most foods on the other side of my mouth. I genuinely feel that Haddad recommends procedures that are not necessary. Completely unethical, in my opinion.

Dr. Haddad is the best dentist i have ever been to and I have been to many. He has been my dentist for over ten years. I found Dr Haddad when i was looking for a dentist that could hopefully fix the long list of problems created by inept dentists at a different dental office in auburn.Dr Haddad always does amazing work! I came to him scared to death, suspicious and mistrusting of all dentists due to the botched work and getting ripped off at that other auburn dentist. I was so happy and relieved to find a dentist as qualified and HONEST as he is.In addition to his expert skills, he is the most gentle, kind, and patient dentist I have ever been to. He never judges or dismisses me. He always puts me at ease before every procedure. If he senses any anxiety or fear while hes working on me he immediately stops and offers calm encouragement. Then waits till I am ready to proceed.I cant say enough good things about Dr Haddads office staff and assistants. Theyre warm, friendly, and highly qualified professionals. Several of these young women who work there have been with him since ROP in high school. Theyre in their mid-thirties now. That says a lot about him and his staff.I highly recommend Dr Haddad to anyone who needs extensive dental work done. His crowns are beautiful and look so natural. He really is the best!

Very friendly and inviting staff, top of the line equipment, and Dr. Haddad is not only capable but very amicable. I was very impressed with the whole establishment.
