I recently moved to Auburn and had been going back and forth to Tukwila for my nails. But today I went to Auburn Nails for the first time. They were amazing! Even though I did not have an appointment and they looked very busy, they got me right in. I had my pedicure done by a very sweet girl (sadly I did not get her name). She did such a soothing massage! They I decided to get the dip nails done. Natalie was my technician, and she was fabulous! Explained the steps in the process, asked my opinion all along the way. She had a sweet disposition and we had a wonderful conversation. The owner even stopped by to ask how it was going. I loved it and I will be back!

I was really unhappy with my go to nail salon, their quality of work had really gone downhill. I started looking at other salons, reading reviews, and this was my first visit to Auburn Nails. Hannah did my fill and let me just say she did an incredible job!!!! She made sure my nails looked amazing! I am so impressed with her work, and she was really fast! Also, everyone working there that I talked to was really nice. I highly recommend this place!

I got a full set and let me just say i was VERY satisfied with the results! I found a picture of a design i loved and showed it to them and they did amazing!! My sister got hers done as well as her mother in law! All three of us were completely satisfied! The customer service was great and so is the nail quality!!!! We are definitely coming here from now on

I have gotten shellac manicures done by Cindy and she does a great job. I usually make an appointment but have done walk in before. The nail shop is clean and everyone there is friendly.

Auburn nails is a fantastic place to go to! I always go there when I want to get a dip manicure (at a very good price), they have a very friendly, clean salon and do an excellent job! Ask for Yen, she is very sweet and very experienced and does an incredible job, going above and beyond and making my nails look great!!

I just moved on this side of town and I really dont have the time anymore to go to my old nail spa since having my little boy. I asked around and I was told by one of my clients that Auburn Nails is where its at. Everyone was friendly and very talented. Ive been wearing acrylic over my nails for many years and I really didnt want to do that anymore. After removing my old set, Lucy suggested that I should try the powder dip (Ive been wanting to do that anyway). My nails look and feel fantastic. My pedicure is very nice as well. If you want to get your hands and feet done right definitely check them out!

I got up and walked out because the pedicurist was so bad at her job that what she was doing bordered on assault. The woman doing the manicure refused to use the color I requested and then ARGUED with me about what I wanted. 0/10 recommend this establishments. You could train rabid squirrels to do a better job.

First time there. Had called ahead of time to schedule an appointment and was told a specific time to come in for a nail dip. I walked in right on time and was told to wait. I waited for a very long time, Even though I had called ahead of time. Then one of the nail technicians was extremely sick. She had her face mask halfway down her face and was coughing and sneezing everywhere!! The place was disgusting cleanliness was terrible. I was so disappointed.

Ive been going to Auburn nails for over 15 years. You will not find a nicer staff, better prices, or quality of work. On your very first visit, they will treat you like family. They guarantee their work and will correct anything you are not completely satisfied with. Lucy, the owner, is extremely professional and one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

My nails turned out great- until I walked outside. The gel topcoat shifted my color from black to navy, but only in the places it was actually applied. The top coat didnt seem to be wrapped around the tip of the nail, didnt go all the way to the edges, and left a half moon of bare polish near my cuticles. :(They were shaped really nicely, though!

Yen was my nail tech. She was very nice and my nails look amazing! It was busy, but the staff accommodated me as best they could, and squeezed me in.

Good nails however............they do NOT honor their stamp/punch card like they say on the punch card, they do their own math (not whats posted on sign). Its supposed to be 50% off of a fill when you finish the punch card but they only give you a 1/4 of that discount and give excuses.

Ive only been to this place twice, and both times Ive had the same person do my nails. Her name is Hannah, and she does a great job! I hope to keep going there and having the same good experience but like I said Ive only been there twice. But hannah does a near flawless job, and the prices there are way more reasonable than where I was going!! Today i came in to take off my acrylics and just do a gel manicure. Hannah said she is better at acrylic, and doesnt have as much experience with just the manicure but she still did and awesome job! Will be coming back

I used to go to this nail shop all the time ever since I used to work within walking distance. Anyway yesterday i went to get a pedicure and took my daughter with me, shes 3 yrs old right after the lady did her toes she messed up one and she didnt even bother to fix it or anything which I was ok with because its not her fault that shes a toddler and was touching her toes, however the lady that helped me was doing my pedicure by episodes literary would do something really quick and leave the station SUPER unprofessional she also did not cut my nails after Ive asked her 3 times and when it was time to pay the girl that did my daughters nails got mad at me because I didnt want to give her a tip, like its not like I was happy with her job , both of the manicurist were very rude and unprofessional, I will not ever recommend this place again

They were prob the friendliest nail salon I have ever been do. They got me in before close and had me laughing the entire time. Cant wait to go back. Make sure to bring cash for a tip tho! There isnt a tip line on the credit card receipt :)

Kelly always goes above and beyond for me. In, fact, all of the ladies treat me wonderfully and even remember facts mentioned at my last visit.I fly in from Dallas, just to see them, every chance I get. No one does my nails, brows, toes and facial waxing like they do, at the great price they offer.

I came here 4 months ago with my great aunt and the ladies were very nice and they even let us get pedicures right at closing time. So of course I was super happy to come back to get a full set. Well today when I went in they had me sit at table 5 and she was the rudest person Ive had to deal with yet getting my nails done. She never started a conversation nor did she even acknowledge me. She answered her phone half way through and started speaking to someone while doing my nails!!!!! She messed up my full set. It is uneven and not filed down like they should be properly be. Im so upset I waisted my money. You should make sure your employees are respectful enough to your customers. I will not be coming back unless this situation is fixed your other employees seemed very nice.

I’ve visited three times now. My nails never looked better. Most of the time every nail is perfect. I like how they don’t rush and they actually pay attention when handling the sharp tools around my cuticles instead of babbling to each other like most other salons I’ve been to. Always had my fingers cut. I would definitely recommend this place.

My wife goes here. Theyre vietnamese, so theyre competitively priced (read: cheap). Its a laid back atmosphere, so you wont get any of that up-sell, and pretty clean too.You have better things to do than spend all day at a nail salon. Come here, have a nice pedicure on one of those heavenly spa chairs, get your nails done, and get on with your day.Tip: Ask for Mai. Shes hot.

Nothing special. The nails don’t last too long. I pay double their price at my regular place and the last for ages and are meticulously done.Edit: changed from three to two stars. I went again because I was going on a last minute trip. They were done with my nails in fifteen minutes and three days in the nails are already chipping and coming loose. In the ended up peeling them off like stickers on the fifth day. Came off easily from each finger.

Please don’t go here if you want to be rushed in an out and be placed in 5 different seats in 30 minutes. I went in there to get my powder nails removed and I’m not sure what went wrong but they were in such a hurry they filed all the way down to my nail bed. It’s been three months and my nail bed is still damaged. I left with my nail splitting and so so SO damaged. The manicure wasn’t even good. My nail still hurts and when I wash my hands in hot water I can feel it burn - that’s how damaged it is. Don’t go here - you aren’t worth anything to them. They just want your money.

My wife and sister in law love this place, either every 2 weeks or once a month we drive from our house 45 miles away just so my wife can go to auburn nails.
