Lady Killing cologne section. 70% of the time, they work everytone. You ever notice how freakishly clean the Auburn outlet mall location is? It is awesome. I wish more stores were not only as clean, but also as well lit. I really enjoy a bright store. I mean, I wanna see what you got ya know? :)

I am giving a 5 star review because the young ladies who approached me were so nice. However, I wanted to let Ulta know that Ive worked in beauty retail and I understand there are things that you need to watch for when it comes to theft. It made me a little uncomfortable when I was approached about 3x in a 2 minute period. I know that times right now dont make your jobs much easier with the justice system right now, and I know how stressful it can be when you are watching for thieves. Maybe just take a little advice and give your customers a basket as soon as they walk in, so that way you know someone has helped that customer already and they have been taken care of. The feeling that I got from the 3 young ladies was that they were trying to make sure that I wasnt stealing, and I get that but I want to make sure that they know how it comes off and customers can feel that. Anyways, I love this store and Im hoping to come back and have an even better experience! Thank you to all of the employees at Ulta, I appreciate you!

Their staff are super friendly. Im not sure of the womans name, but we visited on mothers day. As I was browsing the Chanel perfumes she came over and asked if we needed help. My 4 year old took a liking to her and she was so kind to him as he showed her his giraffe stuffie and talked about the colors of the Mac display. We ended up talking for about 10 minutes. She was so kind and engaging. All of the other staff was super kind as well.

Clean, bright, and well merchandised. How about adding a 4 ft section on one of the end caps for mens products? Beard oils, washes, soap, gel, etc.. We want to look our best for ours too.

By far the worst Ulta Beauty location - Im a frequent Ulta shopper and have never had any issues prior to visiting this location. From the minute I walked in there were zero greetings, no one checked in (which was odd since that is the usual Ulta Culture) and the staff was overall very hostile. The other reviews are correct, they have a knack of treating their customers as criminals (especially their customers of color) they also are extremely passive aggressive. The manager Carissa (who made no time to speak to a visibly upset customer) was the main individual treating her customers as criminals. It is disheartening to even think about the disgusting treatment so many other customers have faced at this location. I am disappointed in Ulta Beauty for allowing one of their locations to continue to treat customers in that manner.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I entered ulta was greeted. Then walked down the isle to get to the perfume section. A guy whom I don’t know his name asked if I needed help which I just let him know I was there to test the perfumes since i knew I was there to purchase one. So I declined his help. I was given a weird look. I’m supposing because of the way I was dressed and how I had messy hair in a bun. Mind you I’m a single mom and I finally got a chance to get out of the house to get a moment to myself & to treat myself. Reason why I was in my sweats & a messy bun..... Any way I’m in the perfume section testing perfumes & i notice one of the workers keeping an eye on me as if I’m going to steal something. I finally decide on what perfume I want to BUY i grab the box and needed to purchase other items so I’m looking around. The alarm on the perfume box starts to ring and as I’m trying to let one of the workers know it’s going off I’m approached by one of the lady worker there and I try to explain to her I’m not sure why it went off but she snatches the box out of my hand and says it’s sensitive. I get that the people you have working for you are supposed to be careful but I honestly was very upset at the way I was treated. & honestly I felt very profiled ! Just because someone doesn’t have makeup on or pretty clothes on DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE THERE TO STEAL !! Not to mention they where not doing this to other people in the store. Talk to your employees and let them know they need to treat everybody equally. Because for the minimum wage they are making they sure do act like they are on a high pedestal !! The way I was treated was NOT OKAY & I will not be purchasing from this ulta again.

I love this store! Awesome staff and awesome Beauty Choices, the only thing that I would change about the store is that the employees are constantly asking you how youre doing and there not even giving you a chance to look around and make a decision on what you would want to buy. I didnt buy anything play because I felt that day because I felt pressure from the staff like they were breathing down my back instead of just letting me shop. But other than that I do love the store they just need to change the way that the staff interacts with their customers.

I took my niece to the mall and Ulta was that first place that she wanted to go so I went in with her and looked around and they had a lot of great products and very helpful staff they were very knowledgable of their products and the exact location of such items took us right to the wave spray my niece was looking for and I even bought an eyeshadow palette i dont even wear makeup

There are some great early black friday deals right now and the staff at this location were all EXTREMELY helpful without being too helpful. I definitely will go back

I was pleasantly surprised to find Mac products here at this Ulta in Auburn. I did get a new lip color they also had a variety of lip scrubs that I was interested in and last but not least I just had a birthday and I was told that I should have received a birthday coupons; however I did not so they were still able to honor me for my birthday and give me a small free sample of Estee Lauder night replenishing serum. I am grateful to have been shopping there this week as this was a pleasant surprise.

I walked in for a hair cut and Deshon was my stylist. She listened to exactly what I wanted, washed, blow dried and straightened my hair then cut it ( I have naturally curly hair). It came out exactly how I wanted it, without loosing tons of length. She was so nice, and we had great conversation during the service. Her and I related to several on similar life experiences even though we are different ages. She is so sweet and nice! I would highly recommend making an appointment with her for any of the services she provides. I will be making a future appointment and look forward to it!

This place is fantastic. Admittedly I don’t know a lot about makeup, so whenever I walk in here I find someone who works there who can help me. I let them know what I’m looking for (i give them little more than a general idea) and they are always so kind, helpful and find me the PERFECT item! They’re never pushy or seem to be bothered when I ask a million questions and then only buy one thing. I highly recommend shopping here!

Great makeup and cosmetics store

I had no idea what I was doing in here because Im a man and dont wear makeup. I watched over 10 hours of tutorials and compiled and laundry list of products to buy my wife for Christmas. These professionals were amazing! They led me to each and every product they carried on my list and answered every question I had. They took all of the stress out of my experience. They were patient and accommodating and Im so thankful for their help. I would have been completely lost without them! Thank you Ulta... sincerely, a husband.

The convenience of it being close to home is worth 5 star! Plus the staff are helpful and friendly. They give you the space to roam around without following you around asking if you need anything but is around just in case you do need help.

The workers inside are so rude. They tend to stand around talking to one another when its obvious that customers are in need of assistance. The girls act like its a social gathering more than a workplace. Youre better off ordering online than dealing with these clowns.

So my girlfriends birthday present to me was going to Ulta, and getting my hair straightened. I was uncomfortable at first because this is a total woman store, and I felt super out of place. I was greeted, and seated by Allyson who was my stylist for the time I was there. Both my girlfriend and Allyson made me comfy as possible. I ended up having a blast there, and the stories you hear from the women. Haha

Would 100% recommend seeing Yvonne at the Benefit Brow Bar! She does perfect on my brows EVERY time!

I want to tell you about last year I have to go for wedding and I was so confused about getting the makeup which suits my skin as it is so sensitive and suddenly I saw a beautiful girl walking to me and very politely asking me If I need any help. And I felt so blessed that she understood my needs and found all the good quality makeup in a good price . Since then I started going there and always get stuff from her . I simply love the way Simi help me always and I see her helping other people. I wish all your other employees are like Simi .

I was extremely satisfied by the service and treatment I have received today at the Ulta Beauty in Outlet Collection Mall located in Auburn,WA. I received a 30 minute Microdermabrasion from a skin care expert Kitty, and Kitty did a wonderful job in making my face clean & refresh!! I could see the instant brightness of my face after the treatment as well. I have re-booked for the same treatment that I received today and I’m thankful that I got to meet Kitty who is really an expert in what she is doing.

Absolutely amazing service today. Was looking for something for my eyes. And the reps really went out of the way!Thank you!

I’ve been a loyal customer for over three years now and I am extremely disappointed. First of all, jaspret a worker here is so disrespectful and unhelpful. Kept giving me dirty looks whenever my friend and I asked her a question. Will not be returning and I will be making a call to corporate.

The was very helpful and friendly, but the make-up displays were in need of regular cleaning. Several brands had items out of stock.

I walked into the store to pick up a new foundation for my prom this weekend and I was greeted with a security guard giving my sister and I nasty glares, and then continued to hop on his mic and notify all the employees in the store (that I know of) that I looked like a shoplifter! When I walked over to one of the girls to get help matching my foundation, she and another employee were so clearly looking me up and down and whispering to each other. She matched my shade, and I when I asked for the name of the foundation shade, so I can KNOW which one to purchase, she refused to tell me and said that she will get it herself. All the way up to the check-out stand I had workers eyeballing me as well as following me. I did nothing what-so-ever to come off as suspicious and have no clue why my sister and I were chosen as a target. I am extremely disgusted at the way we were treated and will not be coming back.

If i could give zero stars I would! Everytime i come here its extremely uncomfortable and not a welcoming shopping experience! Last time the small male employee, asked it i was okay with a SUPER SASSY attitude with his over exaggerated hand movements and when i said yes, he literally rolled his eyes super hard! Like uh okay?! Mad because I didnt need your over painted face help! Honey, your foundation didnt even match, why would i need your help?! Skip forward to todays visit..Was interested in getting the Anastasia palette and they put all security devices OVER the colors?! Like who does that?! The sample one was smashed to smithereens so i mentioned that to the two rude ladies at the front. Asking if they had another to swatch. The one behind the counter said well you can look online and the other one in a white lab coat copped an even BIGGER attitude and was like well you can still see SOME of the colors.... Mind you, the specific yellow shade i NEEDED had blue sparkle smashed all into it...As a manager in retail sales, I wouldve fired these cancerous, ill-mannered employees. Your company should ivest in your culture and make people feel welcome. I will never shop there again and go to ordering on Beautylish...also i took photos of exactly the problem with the palettes with devices covering the colors AND smashed swatch sample...

I called to make appt to get hair cut. The gal that had been cutting my hair no longer worked there. I explicitly asked for someone that could cut short hair. They said the girlwas great etc. She ended up just starting there recently. I did bring pictures etc to make sure. I asked alot of questions and got a little nervous when she told me she had just recently graduated from jene Juarez .What a mistake and right before the holidays!! I finally told her to STOP CUTTING....I should have got a clue, looking around at all the stylists, not one of them had a good hair cut, all had really bad color jobs they all looked like they just woke up! I was going to shop and get stocking stuffers etc. I had to just leave! When she removed my Cape, she let all the hair fall all over me, I was covered in hair!!!I will be dumping my stock as soon as the market rebounds!

Was accused of shoplifting basically! Sister and myself walk intoUlta inside the Auburn mall. When walking in the beepers went off, a male employee tells us were fine to jus continue. We look around and while doing so Im asked if I need help with anything probably about 15times within the ten mins of being there! At the end of our visit two female employees come and start asking me questions and they are so close to me I could kiss one without moving at all! Talk about needing to learn personal space! Lol. But my sister was in a hurry to get back home for her kids so I proceed to tell them no thank u and they wouldnt move at all had me trapped basically. I told them my sister needed to go she was in a hurry and they still wouldnt move not until I put my arm between them an moved her myself! As we walk out it beeps again. We then get asked if there was anything we had that needed to be deactived we say no cus we had not purchased anything plus we sure didnt shoplift. We continue to tell him we beeped walking in remember u told us were fine and he says he remembers nothing of that! All I could do was laugh at that point! We just walked away at that point. But they sure lost 2 customers who love spending more money then we probably should cus of judgemental employees! Most embarrassing moment Ive had in a really really long time!
