My 4 year old is good with haircuts, but the stylist went above and beyond to communicate with him during the haircut nonetheless. My stylist did exactly what I wanted and was also pleasant to chat with. Ive been a regular at another chain for years but will most likely switch now because of the quality of this stores service.Check-in online was quick and painless, no registration required. Wait time was 19 minutes from check-in to sit-down.

I live very close to great clip and Ive been there to get my hair cut ever another month, All the young girls who works there are well done with my hair cut...i wish that I can keep same one to cut my hair I dont like to change someone to cut my hair every time, but it seems like I have no choice have to changed most the time. Its all good .

My husband and I both got our hair cut by 2 different people. Both hair cuts were not good at all.

My family and I have been coming to the Atwater shop for many years. Yes, the stylist change a lot(only meaning that if I have a favorite, not sure how to keep thay one person) but either way my family(children and I) always look and feel like a million dollars when we leave. We always have a great experience and always fell like apart off the family here!

The hair cut was awful she butchered me. If your a woman with short hair -DO NOT GO THERE they cut it like a mans. Its a shame because I have gone to other great clips and have been happy. There was no shaping, layering to my hair. It will take months for it to look half way decent. Tempted to go get some hair extensions until it grows out.

I go here everytime i need a haircut.. the online check ins is the way to go. They do a good job and always have coupons out in the mail for great prices.. sorry to those who had a bad experience but other than that give it a try!

I show a picture of how my son had his hair at one time, waited months for his hair to get back to that length, and then the lady cut it all off. It wasnt even close. I stopped going there because of the quality, I guess I have to stop again. So upset!

Not accepting of family with special needs. Not in my experience.The hair cut is okay for the price. Overall, all hair clips I have been to with my son have not been so accepting to children with autism.Update 8/19/18: zero stars if possible. We checked in using their app and I put 3 people getting hair cuts. Came in and finished up their check in. The lady who came in said we still had 30 minute wait and if we wanted to run an errand we could. We did. We came back and I notice my name and my sons name was on their check in, but not my husbands. So I ask kindly and rudely Ariana reply yeah hes not on here I told her my name is #4 and my sons name is #6. Again rudly she said yeah theres nothing I can do, hell have to got to the bottom and its a hour wait. Anyone with a child of Autism knows theres a time frame for everything. I asked her for he manager name and she laughed. Ariana at Atwater youre a horrible employee. If you think people are not going to be rude back to you, youre wrong. Never again will my family attend here. Not a good bussines ethic and not special needs friendly.

I recently moved to the area and started taking my son here. They DO NOT know how to cut hair. My sons fade is always jacked up. I try to have a different girl cut it everytime hoping to find 1 good stylist, but no. Customer service is non existent. All they do is gossip. (Julie) No one cares about your drama and weight loss. They walk around looking miserable draging theyre feet, like they hate theyre job. Saying, Oh god. When a family walks in. Mumbling things to eachother. I wont be going here ever again.👎👎👎

If you have children or teens, STAY AWAY from Allison! Not only does she not listen to them, shes rude about it too. Haircut was asked for, she choose differently, uneven sideburns, nape of neck, etc. Will not be going back there again.
