Horrible. I specifically told the lady I wanted to keep my shape and wanted them thick. She dismissed what I was telling her and told me to sit. They are sooo thin its not even funny. Im hoping my original girl who does my brows across the street can fix them when my brows grow back.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My eyebrows are always done great and the ladies are very nice. Love it here!

I went in and when I sat down I told the lady I had let my eyebrows grow out bc they were a little uneven and I wanted to fix it so I needed a clean up. She said okay let me see and started doing my eyebrows when she told me to look my eyebrows were so so thin like a line compared to what they were before and I didn’t want them like that, it wasn’t what I told her. I was there for just a clean up and she made them super thin and even more uneven then they were in the beginning. Just when I had let my eyebrows grow out enough to Fix them up she threads all my hairs off. I was so upset and dissatisfied my right eyebrow is higher now and thinner then my left one. I told her that I thought she made them super thin and that they were uneven. She then proceeded to tell me they weren’t thin and not uneven I just had no hair. Well yeah because she threaded all my eyebrows off but I have really thick brows and had a lot of hair before that.

First time I went here my eyebrows looked amazing, but the few times I went back either stray hairs were still left or a lot of hair was still left. I had to finish my eyebrows off at home myself because they were undone. Better off going across the street to perfect brows.

Ok so where do I start???THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!! The last time I went there she took half of my right eyebrow OFF and every time I’d go it was soo painful that I would cry and under my eyebrows it would Bleed!! And when I told her that It was painful she’s just say “Shhh you’re ok”.I do not recommend this place to ANYBODY!!! After 2 months of being scared to go back to get my eyebrows done I went to a way better eyebrow threading place in Merced called “City Brow” on G street and I showed her a picture of how messed up my eyebrow was and she was in shock and let just say the lady there got my eyebrows on fleek and even gave my eyebrows a mini massage I LOVED IT!!! Totally recommend ❤️

They do a great job. The owner is nice and makes sure that I was satisfied with her work.

I love coming here. I live in Merced & will drive the few min to get them done here. Very nice lady!!
