Scheduled an appointment with miayra for my wife. It’s been a month we have been texting. She flaked on her appointment with my wife. miayra said she had her kid that was sick. That’s so understandable with covid in place. Then we find out miayra was at work doing another persons hair. Bad customer service Miayra. That’s so disrespectful especially when we are paying you. A text back would of been great. I would rate you 0 stars if that was an option.

I’m not surprised after reading these reviews that Mayra cancelled my appointment 30 mins before as well. I booked my appointment over a month and a half ago and have been waiting patiently for this appointment. Such a bummer considering I have big plans this weekend I would have loved having new hair for. Honestly she never really replied back to my texts either, I was practically begging for her service. Just take your business else where if you want to actually get your hair done.

Deanna is the best nail tech in the 209!! I love getting my nails done by her! She is professional, always on time and does an awesome job! I have been going to Deanna for my nails for over 1yr now, she’s super understanding when it comes to me booking/cancelling my own appointments, she’s always on time! And keeps it super friendly and professional! I always recommend her to others on who ask about my nails, aslong as she’s in business for nails I will make sure to keep booking my appointments with her :)!I did have one hair appointment there with Mayra back in Nov 2020 and she was 45 Min Late. Hair work was great. But the lateness, I was super disappointed.
