Nurse practitioner Hiromi was amazing! I was amazed by her compassion and I couldn’t wait to tell my family about my experience! 10/10 would recommend anyone coming to see her!

My wife went in there today, Sunday July 25th with my 8 year old son. I told her it was walk-in (I was wrong), which the lady at the desk told her there were no walk ins. However, her demeanor, tone and general lack of compassion for someone who has been up all night with a child that’s been sick, was uncalled for. She was rude and her attitude was not what I would expect from a healthcare “professional”. I’m not sure what her level of training is, maybe she’s just a person that sits there and answers phones, but she needs to be trained on general human decency. I assure you if I was there instead of my wife, this would have been dealt with in store. But, I have restrained myself since it was my mistake she was there in the first place. Go to Redmed, instead of this place, you won’t regret it.

I went to the little clinic feeling really bad. The only thing the nurse practitioner cared about was covid. My test was negative. I told her that I didn’t have covid. She was not listening. She told me to quarantine and take Tylenol. I went to Red Med the next day. They found fluid in both ears, which little clinic never checked, severe sore throat and sinus infection. They stated that this has obviously been going on for some time.. they stated that I needed rest to prevent possible pneumonia. Two shots and round of antibiotics given. On the mend. Do not recommend the little clinic AT ALL!!

Found this location close to my hometown on way to airport. Excellent service and staff. I had the flu but they got me meds and a mask to get me home. Highly recommend this location as a good walk in service.

I love this place! They are so helpful and honest! I feel like they are family. It is so convenient using the Kroger pharmacy and shopping while our prescriptions are being filled.Every person in my family has used the Little Clinic. My children love the nurse practitioners too! The prices for services are very good in my opinion. Im very thankful for this place!!

Never again. To error is human. To have no accountability is unacceptable. The Nurse Practitioner made an error in dosage of our 5 year old for Strep. Didnt catch it until after I had picked up the prescription. While he was a nice guy and called me immediately when he caught the error an hour later, I had already dosed our kiddo. He had to put a 2nd scrip in. The Little Clinic will not take responsibility for the error and offer a credit for the additional fees incurred due to the error he made. I was told the pharmacy should have handled the return. The pharmacy and insurance company told me there was no way of doing this. Wont be back.

They never answer the phone and recently hired a Dr who doesn’t take Medicaid. How am I supposed to know if they take it that day or not if they never answer the phone? Or maybe they don’t want repeat business from Tenncare?

They were awesone with my 5 year old son and they even called the next day to check in him! Thanks for the good service.

We were visiting family from out of state when our 19 month old daughter got sick. We got very little sleep for two days and finally when she had a 103 fever I located this clinic thru my health insurance app. They dropped their lunch plans to see us and had us in and out in no time. The best part was that we were able to get our prescription right there in the store in less than 10 minutes. Turns out she had a pretty bad ear infection. The staff was so sweet and kind to us!

The doctor there does nothing for you. I have been there a couple of times for various things and I would be in and out due to nothing done. She misdiagnosed a sinus infection that went to my lungs and I ended up in the hospital. Freaking joke of a place!

If you want to catch the flu go to this clinic. Wait time is dangerous 2 -3 hours!!!!!!

They are very sweet and capable.
