Ive used Dr. Casama since my first was born in 2014. We now have 3 children and shes seen them all since birth. The staff and Dr. Casama are all so kind and polite. Shes also intact-friendly for my son and doesnt push medicines like some other doctors are known to do. I highly recommend her! I have never once had a problem calling and making appts and it’s been almost 7 years with them. They’re also great about calling back after hours and making room for you same day or ASAP if something is urgent.

Hard to get an appointment, over charges for certain appointments i.e. went in for flu shot and discussed (literally spoke about) the possibility of potty training daughter having a UTI. The doctor did nothing- sent us home with a sample cup to return with. Returned following day in the morning at 11:30 and office was locked and phone system was off. Never got to leave sample and was billed outrageously for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Honestly the worst service.

We had our first appointment with Dr Cassama today and it was a wonderful experience. She was very thorough in explaining everything that was going on and very nice. The nurse that took care of our son was wonderful and so good with him. The wait time was not long at all.I was on the fence about bringing my son here because some of the reviews I had read but I’m SO glad we chose to come here!

My daughter called two days in a row to make an appt for a newborn and was sent to voice mail. Left messages. When she finally got someone to listen to her they had the audacity to tell her they did not get her calls.

This place is horrible! My 7 month old had a lower respiratory infection. They decided irhe infection needed to run its course. We were told to give our 7 month old honey in her formula to help. Who gives honey to a 7 month old. The nurses are rude and this lady is a quack. Go to Millington or Covington!

I love the nurses and how patient they are. I love how supportive Dr. Dillon is with breastfeeding and helping parents as well as children. Im glad I take my kid there.

I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT take you child to Dr Dillion. He is very much an incompetent dr and has shown with his actions he doesn’t actually care for the children put in his care. It’s very hard to get an appointment. The wemon up front are very rude. Dr Dillion would not give me my child’s records because my child was not up to date in shots. Which is illegal to do

I started with dr cassama but switched to dr Dillon when she told me that my son may have cystic fibrosis but don’t worry about it. When I switched to Dillon he set up the test and confirmed my son didn’t have it and has been super helpful ever sense. He’s always great in the appointments and doesn’t take very long.

Double billed for a wellness visit for discussing dry skin! Looking for a new Pediatrician. Everyone was nice enough but no one in this office really seems to be liking their job very much.

My daughters appt was at 2:15. She was a new patient so I arrived at 2:00 to do paperwork. There was noone at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes before someone came along and I could get the new patient paperwork. Then, she wasnt called back for another hour, then I say in the exam room for another half hour. The doctor looked at her throat, her ears (which she has a history of horrible Infections) said it must be viral and sent me on my way! I didnt leave the office u til 4:30!!

You can hardly ever get an appointment when you need it. If you see Dr Dillion he acts like he doesnt even want to touch your child and if you see Dr Casama 9/10 you get sent home just to end up making and f/u appointment for the same thing. The nurses there never do what they say or return your call in a timely manor. Its a real same Atoka doesnt have more pediatric options.
