I forgot my makeup bag on my trip to Atlantic City last week. It had everything in it - my foundation, concealer, primer, etc. So happy to have been helped by the gentleman in Bluemercury...he saved the day! Actually, back at home (Maryland) I never received help like this in Sephora or Ulta. He actually took the time to really match my skin and pick out products that were good based on my skin type. Ive completely changed my makeup routine and Im so happy this ended up happening!

Stopped in to find a Face Cleanser & 2 gals were more than ready to help. Very informed on their products. Face cleanser they advised me to use is fantastic. Also purchased a tinted moisterizer that they thought I would like--I love it!! Dont know the names of the gals that helped, but they were great! Thank You!!

My husband booked us both 80 minute deep tissue massage appointments for Saturday morning for my birthday. We were told to be there by 10:15 for our 10:30 massages. We arrived at 10:15 and the building was not in yet. We had to call down and have someone let us in. The steam out in the female was broken. We waited for our massages. My husband was taken in promptly at 10:30. I renamed in the waiting area for an additional half hour. No one came into check on me. No one was around. At 11 o’clock I found another therapist and asked her if she knew where my therapist was. She went to check. After several more minutes he came out and said he was sorry and he would make it up in time in the room. Not only was he late but the massage was the worst I ever had. The room was cold the whole time. It smelled like hotdogs. And he had the sniffles the entire time. I was to get a deep tissue massage and it was not. The oil was cold and I could not wait to be done. After about 45 minutes he said OK I’m done. When we went to check out I told them I did not get the full-time and they said we know he told us. No apologies no questions and they charged me for the 15 minutes for a deep tissue massage which I did not get. We spent over $300 in services with no apologies and no credit due for the inconvenience. I will not be going back. Very disappointing especially on my birthday

Sandy my masseuse was wonderful! She was nice during our introduction and I had told her I had herniated discs and she made sure to work carefully. Definitely go here and request her. Thanks sandy, I definitely feel a million times better!

Had a Swedish massage with Deborah, Sunday 3/18, she was great. Made me feel so relaxed and rejuvanated after a big night of drinking (St. Patrick’s Day). Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good massage!

I have been visiting this spa since they opened and have never had a bad experience. The staff and facility are top notch. My husband and I receive 80 minute massages on our visits and they have always been some of the best ever.

We made an appointment here after not having a good time elsewhere.I have to say it was amazing. I had michelle and diane and they are great. The facial was better than any facial I have ever had. The massage was a swedish massage so it was good. I usually get a deep tissue massage.My girlfriend had Tiffany and another woman named shelly. My girlfriend said both were simply amazing. Out of this world.We did the steam room and took showers. If you dont see something you need ask the desk and they will provide it to you.You can see the wear and tear but it was overall a great experience.Very punctual and professional.

My ladies and I made reservations with ease. From the moment we entered, customer service was awesome. My swedish massage with Mary was amazing, almost angelic. She had soft, cold in a refreshing way yet powerful hands. Certain areas felt slightly rushed but 50 min is never enough. Facility use was surprising with various snacks and infused water choices. Felt so relaxed had to stay in the relaxation room, sauna and finally shower with more than enough amenities. Left feeling brand new and relaxed. Will definitely return whenever I stay at tropicana.

The staff was friendly and helpful but my eye lashes were not applied correctly. Application was free but I didnt even feel comfortable asking the associate to redo them. I would purchase from here but not have any makeup done.

Sarah Lovell..... The most unprofessional employee..... services were short of good.... If towels are missing from the Salon in AC ask Sarah and her co-worker why they stole towels from the salon and took them to the Brigantine beach.......its unfortunate that such behavior exists in such a place.... I hope others have a better experience!!!!

So this is weird but we I went to walk in for service and I was told all they are doing was massage that day. They must have a pamphlet with 8 pages of service but on Tuesday... They do nothing. The said I could come back tomorrow but if I brought a friend, we could only do individual sevices while the other waited. How can you not have more than one start member offering service in a day?

The worst experience of my life, came down with friends for a birthday, booked messages one week in advance, specified female therapists was given male, when I complained manager at trapicana in Atlantic City said cant do anything for you sorry. I said I expect to be compassionate, she said do you want a goody bag how demeaning. I was humiliated in front of everyone, how sad, be careful with a place like this a nice day could turn into a night mare.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Shelly Dubois was extremely rude and cold. She was aggressive during her motions with my massage and seemed to cut it short. She gave me a nasty face when I went to shake her hand and after the massage told me “I guess you know the routine, drink water” and she walked away. During my massage she violently ripped my hair tie out of my hair. She NEVER focused on my problem areas that I specified. I was very uncomforable that she did not even drape me properly to keep me appropriately covered the whole time. There was a time that my entire rear end was exposed! As she removed my arm from under the blanket, she just dropped it down onto the table which was actually quite uncomfortable. I left this massage even more in pain than when I arrived. I am extremely upset that I paid over $100 for such a terrible experience.

I got a deep tissue massage here, worst Ive ever had. Dismissive masseuses, they did not care about there jobs at all, she was very choppy with her hand movements and she clanged and washed dishes for the last bit of my service. Waste of time and money.

I went to the Blue Mercury Spa to receive a aromatherapy massage (50 min) by Carmen which was amazing and the customer service was outstanding. Then I had a Brazilian wax done by Mary Ann who was extremely pleasant but not trained well in the waxing dept. she stated I shouldve went to The European wax center near Target and that she does facials. I asked for a mirror to see her work and she said she doesnt provide one. When I got home I noticed alot of mishaps. So I will def be going back so they can finish what they started for $90 including tip!!! Needless to say my experience was like torture. I still tipped very well and decided to keep my complaints to myself and write a review...

My husband and I were there 7/8/18 for a couples massage. Every time we visit Atlantic City, bluemercury is the FIRST place we visit to make our massage appointment so we have been coming here for quite some time now. Shelly DuBois was my massage therapist and it was the WORSE experience I have ever had. First off as we were walking towards our room we were making small talk and before we entered the room I just wanted her to be aware of 2 things and as soon as I tried to tell her she quickly said well lets go inside and let me introduce myself first before you feel the need to tell me anything and I thought to myself you already introduced yourself to me but ok. We got into the room and I told her I didnt need my head massaged and I dont like knuckles being used because I bruise. I have told all other massage therapists there the same thing and have never had an issue before, she didnt seem to like it. The bed was a bit cold so when she came in she asked how the temperature was and I said can you make it a little warmer she answered well its on high sooooo. I didnt say anything. She began to massage me and mid through she asked Hows the pressure and I said Can you add a little more pressure please she answered More and I said yes please and the pressure remained the same. I am now on my stomach she puts some kind of what felt like a pillow case over my head to hold my hair and she did it quite hard. Mid way through massaging my back she asks again Hows the pressure and I answered Can you apply more pressure please where she answered This is a swedish massage correct and I answered Yes correct but the pressure remained the same. It also felt at one point that she used her knuckles. She did NOT concentrate on the issues that I wrote on the sheet and she also did NOT finish my massage. She was pulling the sheets on and off me with such attitude. I was so angry when I left that I did not want to speak to the manager at that moment but I did leave my name and number for the manager to call me and I never received a call back. I called on Monday, the day after our awful experience, and spoke to Rochet (Im sure I misspelled her name) but she was the very nice girl working at the front desk and she remembered me asking, no one called you back yet and I answered her no, but I will wait for a call back from Sara, the spa manager today but I never received a call on that day. Then I was told Maria, the general manager, would be working on Thursday and should get a call from her but that never happened either. I am very upset about my experience I had there but even more upset that no one bothered to contact me about the situation. Not very good customer service.

Walked in and got no response from either employee. I planned on buying but was turned off.
