Amazing experience. Went alone and felt at ease and relaxed the whole time. The staff was amazing and made sure that i was comfortable the entire experience.

Had a fusion massage with Michele, best massage ever!!! After I told her I waitress she literally assessed my body and was able to tell me exactly where I had pain/tightness and why. Extremely professional and clearly knew her stuff. Went above and beyond even by showing me stretches to keep from getting so tight (and told me to get better shoes.. lol). Thank you Michele!

The amenities are great, but the therapists are hit or miss. The esthetician, Danielle, was super efficient, friendly and professional and made the experience wonderful. My massage was the opposite experience. During my pre-massage consult, I told the therapist that I wanted deep pressure to work out the many knots in my shoulders and back, and to relieve tension in my glutes. In 80 minutes, I had one knot in my shoulder worked, and no glutes. I asked for deeper pressure twice during the massage and reminded the therapist of my focus areas after spending the first 45 minutes on my neck and arms. When she asked how it was at the end, I focused on the most obvious problem, You forgot the glutes. Her response: were not allowed to expose glutes. What??? I agree that I wouldve been exposed given she didnt know how to drape the sheet to cover anything (also a pretty serious issue). But it wouldve been nice to know before the massage that she didnt plan to work on one of my three focus areas.

Booked for two couple massages and we were put in separate rooms . The massages were ok but the facility was not clean, the jacuzzi was dirty with green algae on the jet and not hot. Really disappointed. Paid a lot of money and didn’t enjoy myself

I had a horrible experience at this spa. When I called to make reservations for a couples massage they never stated that the massages would be in separate rooms. I think this should have been stated when I made reservations for a “Couples Massage”. Not only that, know one seemed to know anything. The person that made the reservations gave out info that that the hotel staff knew nothing about. I was asked if I wanted to add on hot stones to the massage. Only to find out once I got there that they don’t offer that service. I am enraged and feel as though I was mislead. This totally put a damper on my Valentine’s Day. Katie my massage therapist was amazing! She put me at ease and for her I am thankful. Other than my amazing experience with Katie, I feel as though I could have gotten better service at Massage Envy.

Called in to make an appointment for a massage I gave the dates we would be in Atlantic City and was told there was a special for the month of April told them I needed to speak to my wife to find out what time she would like to get the massage. Called back the next day and I was told that the special for April is not available for the day we wanted. I feel that since the person I spoke with offered me the April Special knowing the dates that I was going to be there that they should have honored the price. Needless to say that I did not book the massage through them and I found another spa close by that was way cheaper with better reviews!

I just tried to book for a Saturday couples massage and when asking about the prices she mentioned me tipping. It is only Wednesday, why would you mention me tipping now?! That was distasteful. Ill pass.

It also offers a wide range of amenities and health/ beauty services such as massages and scrubs. Perfect place for a romantic night with your partner and be sure to take full advantange of their facilities. Hot tub and heated pool are bathed in beautiful mosaic tile and are a must. Both men and women have their own sauna, steam room and private hot tub. Theyre also coed options. The staff are amazing and very accommodating of any situation so do yourself a favor and stop in!!!

Had an excellent massage during our stay. The staff were extremely professional and accommodating. So much so, we booked a second treatment before we left.

It was not as nice as I thought it would had been for that price and they said there was supposed to be an April sale but I didnt see no April sale on my bill I ordered a couple massage for me and my mother so would could be in the same room together but no one explained it would be separate, not only that half of the stuff were closed due to covid but yet they still charged regular price for everything which was crazy.And the funny part after all the receptionist asked us how much of tip would you like to give. Like my bill wasnt high enough.

Best massage and facial with KellyAnn. I have had treatments at quite a few spas and I have never had a massage and facial by a better qualified therapist. Kellyann was so very knowledgeable of all aspects of my treatments.

Quan was literally the BEST Swedish massage I have ever had in my life! I will come back forever! The waiting room before services could be a little more relaxing/decor could have been better but other than that the rest of the spa and amenities were quite beautiful. But if you’re in Atlantic City or even in Philly and want to make the drive, Quan was worth it!

Awilda transformed my achy, tension, stressed filled body into a relaxed one in a 50 minute flow massage. She really knew what she was doing and I could feel the knots being released as she worked on them. What a difference a masseuse makes. I highly recommend you ask for Awilda during your next trip to Exhale Spa.

Attentive Staff , Lots of ammenties &ii felt great after spending a couple hours there . I didnt get a chance to experience the salt groto but will def come back for more.

Highly recommend, on a recent trip we wanted a couples massage but do to Covid-19 it had to be individual. Michelle and Ashley were fantastic very professional and enjoyed our massages. Looking forward to returning to see the both of them again!

Haven’t had a massage in over a year. Took a girls trip to Ac this weekend and was in need of one. First time having a male definitely worth it. Quan was great, definitely worth the money. Will definitely come again.

We didn’t get any services done here but we paid for the day pass. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. It was very clean and we enjoyed all of the amenities including the pool, the Jacuzzi, the steam room and sauna. The Zen lounge included complementary tea, water, and warm neck towels. Robes and flip-flops are also included. I would much rather spend $55 and have this experience than to lose $55 at a slot machine in five minutes. Would definitely go back again!

Your only allowed to use the bath house for 2 hour after your treatment? So you cant spend the day at the spa

I am so sad to say that I would not recommend this place. We went in for the massage and mine was great, as for my husband, he left with a shoulder pain that he did not have. We went back the next day to speak to the lady who gave him the massage to see if she had some recommendations for the pain. The guys who approached us about the subject was unprofessional. We did not ask for another massage or any service and he was so quick to say just contact your doctor or put ice. Then he tried to blame it on the pool because we went to the pool right after. I am so saddened by the treatment we booked an expensive massage the least your could have done was have a masseuse take a look since she is a LICENSED MASSEUSE! we came on a trip are we really going to go back to have a doctor take a look? Save your money.

The spa is beautiful. Lots to do. I would have given it 5 stars except for a few things. All of the mouthwash was empty. Asked for refill and they couldnt find any. Had to ask for spa slippers which they usually give you with the robe. The massage was ok. Not bad but not great. Again the spa is very modern and has both private areas for men and women and also a coed area with a pool hot tub, a hot stones and a salt room. I would definitely give it another try.

This experience was awesome! I enjoyed the wonderful spa which included a hot tub, steam shower and sauna. I also had a massage by Jeanine which was amazing. She has magic hands and is quite the professional. I plan to return soon and ask for her again.

Just spent the day there. This spa is awesome. I purchased a Spacation package on the hotel website. I called once a day prior and got a slot for my husband and myself. The spa is luxurious and squeaky clean. Our massage therapists were excellent. I had Mo and my husband had Katrina. We had a couples massage. He opted for a deep tissue and I had the basic. The deep tissue was additional $15.00, The massage lasted 50 minutes. The area has a salt room, Jacuzzi tub and pool. Theres also a coed room for snacks , water and tea. All of the employees are helpful. The only downsize was no combs or brushes were available, in the ladies locker room, and I forgot mine.

Staff is extremely rude. We came in from the hotels outdoor pool interested in paying for the spas facilities as it was too windy and cold outside. We being 4 friends and myself, all in our low to mid 20s but all over 21. While standing in the entryway to the spa, a staff member rushed over to us and asked how she could help, however before we said 5 words she interrupted us very aggressively asking how old are you repeatedly. After finally allowing us to answer that we are all over 21, we were able to say that we were looking to use the spas facilities due to the weather outside. She immediately said no you cannot, to which we responded by asking how it wasnt possible for us to pay to use the facilities. She then stated we could use them if we paid $55.This staff member rudely interrupted us and assumed we were to young, then discriminated against us assuming we would not be willing to pay for the spa even though we were.Note, this spa is managed separately from the hotel. The hotel manager was polite in explaining this and arranged for us to talk to the spas manager.The spas manager, Stacey, listened to us and issued what appeared to be a somewhat fake apology while partially defending the employee, without even asking which employee it was so she could discuss the matter with her. While she tried to appear understanding, it was clear it was not fully sincere. She did offer one complimentary pass, but with how we were treated this was a poor attempt to mitigate an employees bad treatment of customers. Its unfortunate because the facilities looked nice.

This spa is my absolute FAVORITE place in all of Atlantic City. I always arrange to stay all day, have lunch, a facial, a long massage, and then enjoy the rest of the various amenities before I prepare to go home. I cannot think of a better way to pamper myself, rejuvenate and relax. Love the ambiance and have a great experience every time. Ive found all of the staff Ive encountered to be welcoming, supportive and nice. For me, it the ultimate in luxury and indulgence.

The massage was great. But the facial was awful. I go in with better skin. And leave with worse skin. I have acne. And I had a power facial .The one who did it this time. She made my face break out Worse and after 2 days my skin is still red. And think her name is Nina. I had gone thier before. The facial I had thier the last time was amazing. My skin has never looked better. I wish I had gotten her this time. The price was $260 dollars for this facial. Buyer beware. I suggest never see Nina. She may ruin your skin. And the price for this facial outrageous. When your skin turns out so badly. Cathryn bye.

Kimberly Robles was my greeter and she was everything you could want in someone that deals with the first guest interaction. My experience was wonderful from the beginning till thee end. Mad PROPS to Fuquan D my massage guru, I came in feeling like a train wreck and left feeling like a million!!!! I will be sure to spread the word about your spa and your GREAT STAFF that makes it worth coming to EXHALE!!!!

There are spas and there are good spas. This was a spa. While the pool/hot tub main room is beautiful. The rest of our experience was lackluster. Price for a 50 minute facial was ridiculous. We also ordered food and drinks while we relaxed which was 80 dollars for a salad, hummus and 2 glasses of wine (in plastic cups) which were all brought up in plastic containers. We won’t be coming back.

Worst phone customer service ever!Made me call back & cancel my appointment.Not going to a place where theyAnswer you with the worst attitude.If they answer your phone calls like that imagine how they will treat you in person.There’s more to it but I will keep it simple.There’s so many more beautiful spas with better customer service, just saying.

This was the worst spa staff I have ever encountered. Normally when you enter a spa, you are greeted and guided by an attendant to be shown the locker rooms and facilities. None of that was done and I was left trying to figure out where things were on my own. I went back to the front desk to ask the staff where I should go and a woman took me to the lounge and instructed me to wait- not without attitude. We also booked an 80 minute couples massage and was only given 50 mins. They gave a half hearted apology with no intention of rectifying anything. Just a terrible feeling from the staff in general. The masseuse was friendly and that was the only reason I tipped 18% still. While the ambiance in the spa is nice, it is not worth it for the staff alone. Just terrible given that we were so looking forward to a nice relaxing time.

The facial and massage I got here was super relaxing, and the ladies were also quite friendly. The jacuzzi was the same temperature as the pool, which was weird, and it couldve been hotter. The sauna rooms were quite small, but were a good temperature. Overall I would come again.

I had a deep tissue massage and a 20 min acupuncture. It was amazing. The massage rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The place is HUGE! It has a sanctuary for women only with a hot tub, sauna, steam and Zen room. It also has a coed bath house that looks straight out of luxury magazine. The whole place smells like lemongrass which took me back to my honeymoon in Thailand. The staff were very attentive to our needs. There was always someone around to ask if we needed anything. I highly recommend for a weekend away from the craziness life.

I am a Beauty blogger and guest recently to Ocean Resort and Exhale Spa and left myself and three other guest pretty saddened. Noise levels, inexperienced young staff, no eucalyptus oils in steam room, dirty hot tubs filled only enough but never to capacity as designed ruined any therapeutic opportunity to relieve neck and shoulders in the entire facility. Telling me they can not fill the pools to the top??? Not my problem as I paid over $200.00 dollars for this experience. Then the loud jets in main pool area that never functioned but blew loud noises constantly was horrible. To take a beautiful amenities like this former spa was and reduce it to under average really sucked. Ps make sure you ask for things like deodorant or mouth wash because they won’t be readily available unless you ask. Good luck finding an attendant. I complained about all this to management and got no where, so I called corporate at Hyatt and hopefully they looked into this.Cindy

Hard to find but good food.

I would have never gone there if i knew how bad there staff was i fell and hurt my ankle and no one was around but i had to go get the message and star was 15 minutes late she was rubbing me i kept saying to hard not there and you where hurting me and i just stopped because she was just not an enjoyable when we left kim asked if it was good I didn’t say anything because kim kept talking over me just shrugged it off and i called them the next day to let them know and they told me there was nothing to do kim told me there was nothing she was willing to do I am very disappointed

Horrible experience. Made an appointment, checked in for such appointment. Didn’t get called for my appointment time. Total waste of time. The receptionist didn’t have an answer for me and kept telling me to hold.

Love it here. I went for the day of rejuvenation package. Massage, body scrub, facial. Everything was amazing. The restore tea is delicious. The bathouse grotto was cool. The steam room was really nice. I felt great when I left.
