Maria did an AMAZING job at highlighting and coloring my hair. No one has been able to get me to true baby blond highlights, without picking up a lot of orange and brassiness until today. My hair was a medium to dark chestnut color with a lot of red and orange mixed in, but now it looks amazing and still feels healthy. I highly recommend asking for Maria if you need a good colorist.

I asked for a specific thing and they said they would be able to do it and told me what exactly they were going to do. Once the day came it was bot what I wanted nor done the way they said it would be done. After all that, the dye came out after ONE wash. I explained that to them n they acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. For over three hundred dollars, I would expect a dye to stay in for more than one wash. They told me to come in and they would would fix it. I still had to pay for them to dye it again. I have since found a better salon that actually did what I wanted and the dye stays.

I went from virgin black hair to red hair the color stays in my hair for weeks! Went back to do my roots but still left with black roots unfortunately.

Took both of my boys here to get their hair cut which they both had long hair, showed the stylist the picture of what they wanted and she completely butchered their hair and was done both their cuts in less than a half an hour, my 14 year old was in tears when we left here, i will never bring them back here.

Karen did a wonderful job of highlighting my hair! She’s a fabulous colorist and really knows how to transform dull into fabulous!

Probably the best salon I have ever set foot in, all of the stylists were extremely welcoming and the level off sanitation and abiding by the covid and mask rules made me feel extremely safe. My hair turned out amazing and the stylist was able to target exactly what I wanted without me even knowing exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend this salon to everyone I know the environment was amazing an I felt extremely comfortable. I wish I had an option to give more than 5 stars because it does not give it justice! Will be coming back ASAP!

Loved my color correction to blonde! Welcoming and very clean salon. My stylist was amazing, totally transformed my hair! Very educated stylists. Great atmosphere. I would recommend this salon to everybody!

I have to say I have been to many Salons in my lifetime, the stylist & colorist Michelle is truly the best of the best. She is caring, professional incredibly talented & worth the 3 1/2 hour drive to have her highlight, lowlight, style & cut my hair. I can’t say enough great things about Michelle. She’s not just a hairdresser she’s an educator. A master colorist that does color correction if your hair is not becoming to you, book an appointment with Michelle.As an undercover reporter I have heard & seen disasters. Bangz greets you with courtesy & truly appreciates your business. They give you the 5 star treatment you deserve!

Had a blowout and curl done by Karen. She was excellent and is a top stylist there. Place is new, bright and clean. Excellent addition to the resort. Definitely request Karen if you need your hair done. She is very personable. My hair still looks great 24 yrs later.

Came into town for a cheer competition, and had a little down time to get my nails done. Josephine, the nail tech, was very professional, personable and did an amazing job. The salon didnt have a lot of dip (powder) colors, but they had a natural color that worked for me.

If I could put 0 stars I would! My daughter was treated HORRIBLY at this salon. As soon as she sat down the stylist ripped into my daughter, criticizing nastily about her hair and the products my daughter uses. She criticized her the whole time. She violated the mask policy several times removing it to drink her coffee and talk on the phone WHILE DOING MY DAUGHTER’S HAIR. My daughter wanted to leave and said she didn’t want her hair dried. Stylist kept insisting and my daughter got up and spoke to the manager. To that manager I will say that woman should be fired. You are supposed to be a higher end salon and your stylist was rude and tacky. We are regulars in AC and we will not only never be at your salon again, we will discourage others from going there as well.

I definitely recommend this salon. The people there are all so very personable. I made last minute appointments for me and two friends for blowouts. They were so accommodating. Our hair looked and felt great. All three of us left there feeling amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this salon.

I made an appointment the day of which was nice But I had to push it back so I wasn’t late. I waited for about 10 minutes and than I soaked for about 25 minutes and by the time she started my pedicure it had almost been an hour and I only had an hour and half to spare. So I asked her to just polish after she pushed backMy cuticles. So no foot file, no massage, no lotion. I was only given 5$ off. So i paid $45 plus 20% tip, I’ve been a cosmetologist for 14 years and that was a first :( I still tipped accordingly) and mentioned i worked in a spa :(

Do not get a manicure at the AC Ocean Resort salon. Florence the nail tech was not experienced in gel polish removal, nor polishing. She scrapped my nails so far down that my nail Bed was exposed, and a nail had a blood clot. My hands burned for days, because my cuticles were cut to close.I must wait until all ten nails grow back to their natural state, before I can get manicure again. They are too thin.

Best full service salon in Atlantic City! Friendly staff, talented stylists, BEAUTIFUL salon. Will definitely be going back!

Enjoyed have a hair treatment done at Bangz. Michelle did a great job and was a delight to talk to for two hours.
