Great staff and very professional place and also clean

Services was very good! I walk around and viewed the property was clean, rooms and bathroom was clean. Social worker and business office were very nice!! Informative nurses on floor. Always have info on patient and what the client needs in the room. Very pleasant nurses.

The worst place they let resident direspect us talk to us any kind way let the resident call for there own food of what they dont wamt to eat. let them call out of our name when they eant when we ask or talk to them about it. they say this is there home like this what u sign up for like i didnt sign up them to abusive me

These are the most unprofessional bunch of people I have ever seen. How are you taking care of patients while you walking around on the cell phone all day? I was there visiting my sister in law and an elder lady was left in the bathroom, hollering for help because she had fell. She was in there and down there, and I went to get help. My sister in law was getting bathed and cleaned as they saw us the family approaching to come see her. They leave patients sitting in there room in wheel chairs for hours at a time. Is this rehabilitation? The unprofessional workers are just as loud and out of control. There needs to be some type of command presence at this facility. No one checks up there so they do what they want, mistreat patients emotionally, and neglect them.

The five stars go to the therapists up stairs! I give four stars to a couple of nurses, Angel, Tracey, nurse P. Night tech Pierre she is great! Daytime tech Thurmond and male CNA on A-1 were great to my mom. I thank them for taking care of my mom Jeanette. As far as nurse hogan on A-1 she needs to apply to Dekalb county Sanitation! She is rude is and disrespectful. She tried to get my mom and other patients in trouble for No reason. The tech Melissa on A-1 needs to go work in a warehouse far away from human interaction. And the so called chef needs to be fired for the garbage that he feeds the patients. If it wasnt for these people coming here, these ppl wouldnt have a job. Otherwise there are some great people that work on A-1! Thank you to all that took care of Jeanette. Love you guys!
