I simply made a call to the owner. I left a message on his line. A lady name Amy called me back. Ask what it was I needed with him. I explained to her that I would much rather speak with him. She proceeds to tell me who she was and what her duties were. In total disbelief I told her the message was for him not her. She stated he wanted her to check to see what the call was in reference to. I told her it is my choice to speak with the owner not her. She abruptly says he’s out of town. He may or may not call you back. I did not call to be harassed by an overbearing office person. I think it is my right to speak with the owner if I so choose. If there is an open line for him. Dialing his extension leaving him a message should have at least rewarded me with a call back. I have never experienced unprofessionalism in this manner. If this is the way this office operates I’m reluctant to even call back and attempt a call to him. However what I will do is contact the BBB and check to see what type of reviews this company has. I’m not sure what happened between my leaving a message and getting a return call from the mad disrespectful office person rather than from the owner whose extension. I left the message on. Is she a office manager or jealous girlfriend? I really don’t know…Needless to say the owner has yet to call me back. SMH.Business is business. I’m closing be mindful who you do business with…

Very professional and caring can’t find anyone better with the exception of Jereta one The nurses who cared for me for months.Such a nurturing and caring nurse always on time always making sure my that I was taken care of. Cindy was delightful, she gave me all the answers I needed and helped me ask the questions I didnt know I had. Between Cindy and Lauras living room visit, we were sold on Health Force. Once dad made his decision, Amy was quick to get us connected with a resource and to get started right away. Honestly where do I begin this company has really allowed them selves to be let go . they have unprofessional manner of handling things and have rude employees especially this one in particular Amy Davis this lady has gotten on the phone with my daughter and myself countless of times and every time it has been nothing but rude , disrespectful and over tone conversations Amy she has talked to us as if we are not the clients that we don’t matter . There’s been countless of nurses but no one that originally stays . My hardest complicated decision I made was allowing my self to take on this company

Laura definitely went above and beyond. I had been setting up care with another agency for about a month. The day before I needed an infusion I called to confirm and they had no idea who I was and totally blew me and my care off. Someone recommend Health Force of Georgia to me and they didnt let me down. Not even 24 hours later Sam, the nurse was at my home giving me my infusion. They were very kind, and went above and beyond. I will definitely be using them for my repeat infusions.

I contacted Laura at Health Force of Georgia from out of state to assist with services for a friend in Atlanta. She was so knowledgeable about available services and has gone above and beyond to help us. I look forward to continuing to work with Laura in the future.

I have been a monthly infusion patient of Health Force of Georgia for over 6 years. Ms. Sonia Campbell has been my nurse for the majority of these years. Ms. Campbell is an amazing nurse, who genuinely cares for her patients. She is always considerate, respectful, and professional as she strives to meet my needs as her patient. I appreciate how Ms. Campbell is continually learning and updating her skills as a nurse. Ms. Campbell shares our love of family. My entire family is thankful that Ms. Campbell is my nurse; they all know that she has my best interest at heart!

Laura Mitchell has been an integral part of our sons improved health. She is an exceedingly skilled nurse with a rapport and bedside manner that has won the heart of my special needs son. He has been through a lot in his short life and has lost trust in a lot of medical professionals. Laura has helped him regain trust in those who can really help him. Her patience and skill with people, especially children, makes her an important and integral member of our sons medical team. Laura is the Director of Nursing for Health Force of Georgia and her attention to detail and respect for her patients are her two best qualities and she requires the same qualities and standards from her staff. I highly recommend Health Force of Georgia for your in-home medical needs.

I spoke to Cindy, in regards to my level of care and needs, as Im disabled. She went above and beyond, in assisting me through the program, but also referred me to several other programs that were just as helpful. Shes caring and extremely competent. Excellent customer service.

Used to work for this company thought about coming back but the new person they running it, Amy I believe she said her name is, is RUDE. She spoke down I want to limit how far I travel and she said that she didnt want to hear it that she traveled hour and half to get work. if that what she wants to travel that is her choice but my choice for right now is smaller distances. its like she took it personally that i didnt want to travel further cuz it wouldnt help her with cases she needed filled.

Ive been an infusion patient with Health Force for over 3 years requiring 2 visits to my home per week. Ive been very pleased. Concerns I had in the past that were addressed to management were resolved immediately. My regular provider, Sonya Campbell, is a great and knowledgeable nurse who goes out her way to accommodate me, considering my demanding work schedule at times, to ensure I am seen within my dosage schedule. On top of that, she gets my humor and laughs at my corny jokes! Nurses sent to me when Sonya was on vacation were all great too. I am thankful that Health Force is my provider and I would highly recommend them for nursing services.

I have been receiving infusion Therapy for three months, primarily under the care of Sonia Campbell. Besides being a competent nurse she has a personality that makes her an instant friend. I am very pleased with everything provided by health force.

My son recently had emergency devastating surgery following which he needed daily skilled nursing care for wound care and dressing changes. Healthforce sent us an angel, Leslie. Leslie was compassionate, helpful, resourceful -- I could go on and on. Her care helped get my son on the road to recovery. We are so grateful and would highly recommend Healthforce. Thank you!

I have been getting IV infusions from Health Force of Georgia for over 6 years and have never, ever had a problem with them. My provider, Laura Mitchell, has been treating me every 3 or 4 weeks for the entire 6 years and has been wonderful. She always goes above and beyond to help solve issues with the medicine supplier, CVS Specialty Pharmacy. (and there have been MANY, on-going issues with CVS Specialty Pharmacy....)I do not receive a bill from Health Force, so I cannot comment on Billing issues, and since Laura Mitchell is the only person I have ever dealt with, I cannot comment on other personnel. My experience has been 100% Positive. 6 years, more than 75 infusions, over 300 hours hooked up to the IV with Laura, no problems. Thats a great track record. I highly recommend Health Force.I read the other reviews and one suggested that a potential user should check the Better Business Bureau. I did. No Reviews, no Complaints.When I see bad reviews I like to take a look at the Reviewers other reviews. Often it shows a pattern of negative reviews. Makes you wonder if maybe the Reviewer has issues....

Terrible company. Aides or often no shows and arent properly trained. Supervisors are nonchalant and only care about getting your money. Over billing and false billing are also issues. Check with the BBB about this company and dont chose them.
