I’ve been to Li’s twice and had great service for a fair price. This time in general was terrible and a complete waste of money … this guy literally had me wrapped in towels and pressed on my body for 20 mins before starting the massage. Now I’m no massage rookie so I am aware that most therapist take a good 5-8 mins to loosen your muscles before beginning but NOT 20! Also, This man kept pressing his palm into my butt bone and I was in excruciating pain and had to tell him to stop doing that several times. I did not relax not once during this massage! I told him my problem areas in my neck and shoulders and he spent all of 2 mins on those areas! I understand the massage was only $61 for the hr. but this was terrible. I still tipped but I’d never go back. I went in on 9-5-21 around 2pm if this helps the staff get this guy proper training.

I give this place only 1 🌟 bc their doors are open & I never have a wait bc theres never any customers. The slim mild mannered Asian young guy has no strength nor does he ever address areas that I stress need attention. Surprises me after all my chances Ive given this place and the many different people working there today bt gone tomorrow they STILL look for a tip for sub-par services...their loss bc Im always a good tipper. Ive learned my lesson even if they are my last result...never going back

Don’t circulate your black dollar here. They are unprofessional. I called and was told that they close at 7:30 I arrive at 6o’clock and they told me that I cannot do a hour massage because someone booked. I also called and they said I didn’t need an appointment. They didn’t want to service me nor did the attempt to fix anything. They some to each other in there languages and I walked out. I don’t spend my money in places that disrespect me. I wasted my time gas in money to come here when they gave me miss information. I do not recommend this unprofessional place and they did nothing to try to rectify the matter. piss poor customer service.

Wonderful massage! The 60 minute body and 30 minute foot combo massage is a great value.

Just went on July 15th, super professional and great service. The prices are super affordable and you get the ultimate experience of relaxation. Paid for super deluxe which included 60 body massage with oil/ 60 min foot massage and 10 min exfoliation for 102. Highly recommend and will continue to support this small business.

I never had an issue with them until they got the new girl at the front desk. I came in as a walk-in and requested a 60 min body/60 minute foot massage and was told there was no availability, so I decided to leave. Something felt weird about it because there was only one other customer. I politely left, waited 10 minutes then called asking if there were any spots available for the same exact service and was told they weren’t busy and I could come in at anytime. I’m almost certain I spoke to the same exact person. I’ve been going there for YEARS but after this they will never get another dime of my money.

Dont go here...you have been warned!

Massage wasn’t great and the room was very cold.

I had the 60 min w/ oil massage with Steve. It was the best massage I have ever had!From start to finish he worked out the pain in my lower back and leg.Reasonably priced and wonderful service!

It was a 90 minute full body massage and they do not massage your chest or the front on your legs. Which they did not tell me until my massage was over! I told them I would never be back for a body massage and they didnt seem to care!

This place is amazing. I enjoy tina and lily. The men are super strong that work there. They are super sweet and their prices was lower than average!

I throughly enjoy coming to Li’s Massage 💆🏾 they do an amazing job at an even more reasonable price. I generally always get the 1 hour body & 1 hour reflexology combination ($81) not bad at all. I’m unsure what all the reviews mean when they say they have no sense of what a massage really is? Why because they don’t over charge u to tap on your back with mediocre pressure? Hmm if your looking for a good Quality massage/ reflexology with courteous, educated & friendly staff check out Li’s Massage. 😁

It really deserves a 4.9 out of 5 always quick to serve with or without an appointment and they do an excellent job and are professional the only issue is sometimes they do hot stones and massage everything sometimes not i have been about half a dozen times and sometimes they go above and beyond and sometimes they are doing just enough massaging to fill the hour but I always come away relaxed and happy to tip

TERRIBLE ! Came here as a gift did not receive the services we asked for . Asked for a 60 min full body massage , about 15 min in they told us we couldnt get the full hour because someone else was coming and cut it down to 30 min and didnt even receive the full 30 min . Lady who did me was very little and weak and didnt fullfill my wishes to focus on certain body parts .
