This is by far the worst doctor office I have been to ever. I was looking for a new doctor that I could build a relationship with because I just got insurance for the first time in over 10 years, and all he did was tell me to call additional doctors. I could’ve done that at home.They addressed no issues that I was having, and both the doctor and nurse did not seem even remotely interested in anything I was telling them at all. Lastly, the nurse techs here come off as extremely uneducated and unprepared to work in the medical field. Do not go. You have been warned.

I have been going here over two years now and I must say all of my experiences have been EXCELLENT. I especially want to mentioned the clarity and professionalism of Dr. Booker. Ive seen Dr. Booker twice and have been left with the following impression. Dr. Booker makes sure you understand completely every move he makes. He provides you with examples, and makes sure you are comfortable and completely informed. I dont think Ive ever dealt with a Doctor more thorough. Thank You Dr. Booker and The Primary Care Center. I will continue to use them. Professional overall staff, and very clean facility.

Dr. Whitener is awesome. He really takes the time during exams to listen and treat properly. I highly recommend him.

The actual visit with the physician went well. He was attentive and listened well. The staff is professional but getting my medications has been a terrible ordeal. Everytime I try to order my medications it takes hours of calling over and over again because they either dont send the fax or they send it incorrectly. Ive had to have the pharmacy call them directly several times. They did not respond to the fax from the pharmacy for my medications so I have run out. I wouldnt recommend this office for anyone who needs ongoing care with medications. Im not exaggerating...i called them several times and they even lied when i saw the incorrect fax that they finally sent. Then i had to go through it all again...on three different occasions this basically repeated itself. Ill be finding a new primary care doctor. Poorly managed office.

I can always count on the staff at the primary care center.The hours are great but they really treat you very well.my initial visit was for urgent care treatment but they have now become myprimary care providers.i have referred friends and family. they are kind , knowledgeable, and effecient.

While visiting my daughter, I went to this facility for the first time for a suspected broken nose. The physican, Dr. Shia, was outstanding, thorough, professional, and helpful. Luckily it wasnt broken but badly inflamed and he was able to give me steroid nose spray and oral steroids to reduce the swelling and the pain. His xray technician was also excellent and very kind. I would highly recommend using this facility. as a permanent physician if I lived nearby.

The Staff and Doctors are always nice and caring. You can get appointments for same day, walk-ins are allowed. The clinic is open on saturdays and sundays as well.

At first I was hesitant since theyre not associated with Piedmont or Emory, but the convenience and availability to be seen on short notice is great, especially because theyre open late and on weekends.First visit with a physician assistant was fine but I requested to see Dr. Shikh for the follow-up results. He listened patiently and put me at ease. Additionally, he uncovered 2 issues that the physician assistant did not.I will definitely go back and likely use Dr. Shikh for my annual physical. Nurses and physician assistants are great for many issues, but dont be afraid to insist on a consultation with the doctor.The first visit I would have rated 3 stars. The 2nd visit earned 4 because the doctor provided good value.The staff are all nice, although no one ever introduces herself.

They are friendly and fast and extended hours make it easy to see a doctor without all the hastle.

The office staff is HORRIBLE!! My boyfriend signed a medical release to have his records sent from the Primary Care Center to his new doctors office. This was on a Sunday. Wednesday of that same week, I called to see if they had been sent and the girl that picked up the phone said Yes, they were sent on Sunday. I called his new doctors office to see if they had arrived and they said NO. I called the Primary Care Center back, immediately, and they gave me a story of how he would have to come in to get his records. I explained to them that a medical release had been sent FROM ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE and that the records are requested by the new doctors office. She then said that they would be sent. I expressed the importance of sending his lab results, as well as all of his medical records and she said OK. We showed up at his new doctor today only to be told that all of his medical records were faxed EXCEPT HIS LAB WORK. They called the primary care center to have them fax over his lab work and they sent it to their TELEPHONE NUMBER instead of the fax number. When the new doctors office called to tell them that they were faxing it to the wrong number, they said it would be another 20 MINUTES before they could get the lab work faxed again! We had to leave before they faxed the lab work because the new doctors office was closing. They are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, LAZY, and LIARS. Good luck if you decide to go here.

Im not at all happy experiencing paying $$$ for nothing! To be consultated? Ridiculous!

I visited this place on 1/22/16 and they over charged me by $60 plus dollars. According to my EOB from my insurance company I shouldve paid $60 but they charged $120. It has been a nightmare trying to get a refund. Ive left multiple messages for their 1 and only billing specialist and have yet to receive a phone call. Ive also called the office and they claim they cant help me. If I owed them money they would be calling me non-stop. At this point Im over it and will just let them keep them money but Im never going back.
