I would highly recommend Dr. Jewell. His great bedside manner and expertise was comforting during my high risk pregnancy. We could not have asked for a better experience. We now have a beautiful daughter!!!

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. Everyone at this office is amazing! There are so many positive things about Haven that I thought it would be easiest to list them below ... I hope this helps some of you! I had 2 amazing pregnancy and deliveries with them.- Never have to wait more than 2 minutes past your appointment time, ever.- You get an ultrasound and/or a 3D ultrasound at almost every visit. For those new to pregnancy, this is NOT normal. Most places only do 2 ultrasounds per pregnancy and a lot dont have a 3D machine.- All blood work is done in house. For those new to pregnancy this might not seem like a big deal, but if you went to an office previously where you had to go to a lab after every visit to get your blood drawn, you know the convenience with this.- The front desk staff are always happy, smiling, and friendly.- Leah (NP in the office) is simply amazing, funny, and kind.- Both Dr. Moore and Dr. Jewell have the best bedside manner, compansion, and patience. I probably sent them 80 emails my first pregnancy and asked 100 questions at each visit and they never seem annoyed or frustrated. They have different personalities which I loved and made it fun to see both doctors throughout the pregnancy.- I delivered both my babies with Dr. Moore and he was incredible. With the first, the epidural didnt take (OUCH!) but Dr. Moore stayed with me the entire time, coaching me through the process, and keeping me informed of everything that was happening and/or about to happen. The second delivery he was on call and out to dinner with his family, but when the nurse called and said I just got checked in and was indeed in labor, he showed up at the door 15 minutes later. He was not at all annoyed about having to leave his family dinner, but was excited for another sweet baby to be born. He checked in over the next hour or so until it was time to push.I could honestly go on and on about how incredible they are, but all good things must come to an end. I have recommended them to everyone I know. If you are looking for a great OBGYN, you have found them!!

They are wonderful, Leah is amazing and both doctors are Awesome, so happy with the attention i got during my pregnancy and support too. The delivery at the hospital was 5 starts doctor was with me a lot not just at the end, when i called doctor waited for me at the hospital and got a room ready for us. We really appreciated all they did for us. We love the stuff and the team they have.

The providers at Haven are hands down the best I have seen! They are patient, kind, and truly care about you and your family. Dr. Moore and Dr. Jewell have cared for us through it all with compassion. They take time to answer every single one of my questions and never make me feel rushed. We asked all of our friends in healthcare for the best recommendation in an OB after a miscarriage and every single person pointed us here. So glad they did because we adore them and they make fertility care, pregnancy, L&D and postpartum care as easy and memorable as possible. We could never thank them enough!

First time calling. i understand i leave a message an they call me back BUT i asked one question and she said i cannot answer that and hung up while was talking. Very rude it was a simple question. never calling again.

I have been with Haven for over 9 years! It takes me about 45mins each way and I definitely believe Haven is worth the drive. I have seen Leah Pombo, Dr Jewell, Dr Moore & a ton of nurses and assistants and love them ALL! They have helped me through 3 pregnancies and now have 3 healthy boys. I highly recommend!!!

Are you looking for a practice that genuinely cares about you and doesnt view you as a number? Haven is hands down the best OB Ive ever been to. The entire staff is wonderful - each nurse, lab tech and doctor truly love what they do and you can tell based on their interaction with you. I saw Dr. Jewell for both my pregnancies and he is caring, reassuring and just plain great. Aisha and Connie are incredible nurses who remember your name each visit and genuinely care about how youre doing. Dr. Moor ended up delivering my first daughter via induction and hes great too! Run dont walk if youre looking for a great OB! Worth the drive and experience no matter where you live in Greater Atlanta.

Best doctors in town!! Dr Moore and Dr Jewel handled my high risk pregnancy with such good care I cant thank them enough! They pay attention to every detail and have the patience to actually listen to your concerns and do something about it.

I have been going to this practice for over 2 years now and I could not be happier! Whether is is an issue I am having or when I was pregnant Leah is always there to answer questions and help! I started going to Haven about 11 years ago when I first moved to Atlanta. I chose them based on their reviews and would drive an hour from the south side of Atlanta to see them. Every person Ive interacted with has been wonderful, from the ladies at the front desk to the nurses, nurse practitioner, doctors, and even the people in the lab. Leah and Dr. Moore are especially great.On top of the excellent staff, I especially love how modern their practice is with their patient portal. You can access every test result and your medical records online, and you can even send emails directly to your doctors. Ive done this a few times and always had fast responses. They are top notch. I love them so much, Im even still going here since moving to Chattanooga a year ago. I can only see that changing if I decided to have a child now and the practicality of the commute would force me to.

I have been coming here for over four years, before during and after pregnancy. I love this place so much that I actually missed being pregnant since it meant less visits. Dr. Moore, Dr. Jewell and the NP are all fantastic. More OBs should be as caring and concerned with their patients as they are.

One amazing practice with two great doctors. We worked with both Dr. Moore and Dr. Jewell through my wife’s pregnancy. It was always a pleasure to go there since both doctors would spend time with you and truly cared about you.Dr. Jewell is a superhero. He was the one that did the delivery and I have never seen a more caring and nurturing physician. He’s an expert in his field and really cared for the mom, baby, and even me when I was worried. He’s truly compassionate about what he does and although my wife’s delivery wasn’t an easy one, she would do it again with him.

Ive been a patient at this office for 11 years. Dr. Moore delivered both of my children, and has delivered 6 of my friends children as well. Ive referred multiple others to him, and they have referred their friends as well. I absolutely trust Dr. Moore and his colleagues more than any other doctor Ive ever seen. He kept my babies and I healthy and happy throughout my pregnancy. Ive seen Leah as well, and shes also amazing. Ive not personally seen Dr. Jewell, but my friends love him. Bedside manner is #1 for me, and that is 100% here. I would recommend taking any negative review with a grain of salt. This practice is AMAZING!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore since I moved to Atlanta in 2007. The staff is top notch and everyone genuinely cares about your health and your time. Dr. Moore delivered my son in 2012 via c-section and not one time while at the hospital did I feel afraid because he is outstanding and we had open lines of communication! I am pregnant with my second child and the technology at his office is amazing and makes me feel so confident in everything that is going on with my pregnancy. Leah and Dr. Jewell are also fantastic. I would recommend their practice to anyone looking for a doctor for normal yearly checkups and for pregnancy and delivery.

I really love this practice! Throughout my pregnancy, I met with all three doctors and each was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive — which is saying something because they have a lot of patients and deliver a lot of babies. I never felt rushed at any appointments and felt completely free to ask questions about anything and everything. I would have been happy if any of them had delivered our child. They really know what they are doing, which gave us a sense of confidence and set us at ease as we welcomed our first into the world. The office is welcoming, the nurses and ladies at the front are all friendly; I only ever had to reschedule one appt, and only a couple times did I have to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room.

I highly recommend this practice! I always have a great experience at each appointment. Drs. Jewell and Moore, and NP Leah are all extremely knowledgeable and caring for their patients. They always make sure all of my questions are answered and I know what is going on with my pregnancy. I have referred several friends here and they have all had positive experiences as well!

Im a completely new patient and Ive never experienced a service like this from any OBGYN office. Im considered to be high risk with my current pregnancy; so finding a capable doctor was top priority. I read over 50 reviews and made an appointment right away. My appointment was around 11am & it was very quiet. The waiting area gave you a calm/peaceful feeling. I interacted with 5 office staff members and they all were personable. I saw Dr. Jewell & instantly knew he was the right doc for me. He answered all my questions and kept asking me if I had anymore. He was AMAZING!!! (So was his assistant). He even hugged me when I was leaving. My husband and daughter were with me & we all agree that WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! After reading all of the positive reviews online, you would be a FOOL not to make an appointment asap. BEST PLACE EVER!!!Update - I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl June 2015.

I would like my experience to be a learning lesson for first time moms and patients. This clinic has a policy about appointments attendance, so please do not miss them. I was advised that I missed 2 appointments. I had to cancel an appointment due a family emergency (I am a co-caregiver to my grandmother and she has been in and out of the hospital) and handling stacking medical bills. I was advised to schedule an appointment as soon as I could to avoid being discharged so I complied and scheduled an appointment. Nevertheless, the night before my scheduled appointment with Leah, I was advised via email by Dr. Moore to seek Medicaid to lessen my medical bills and I was discharged from the clinic being 35 weeks pregnant. I went to the clinic thinking i had my appointment but it was cancelled. I asked to talk to someone about the situation. Neither Leah nor Dr. Moore were willing to talk to me and a staff member served as a liaison relaying messages back and forth. Even though I tried to explain my current situation, the decision remained to discontinue medical care. I’m still seeking prenatal care at 35 weeks. I’ve called at least 5 clinics and they have turned me down as I’m pass 20 weeks and too far into my pregnancy. This a very stressful situation. Please learn from this mistake and hopefully the staff can revisit their procedure on handling situations like this for future patients.***Update: Thankfully, I found a great staff who continued care with me and I delivered a health baby. All is good! However, the Dr’s reply below—and the subtle jabs in between the medical verbiage—says a lot about the professionalism. Once again, my main concern was how the discharge was handled. I never said your decision to follow policy was wrong (in fact I said that future patient can learn from my mistake) ; I wanted the decency to have the conversation face to face, not via email the night before an appointment. Furthermore, I should be able to voice my experience as a customer without an attempt from a clinic to humiliate me. Yes, the balance was less than $200, I didn’t have it at the time; and No, writing multiple reviews doesn’t speak about my parenting skills—not even close.

LADIES, look no further for your obgyn. Dr. Leah Pombo is AMAZING. She has become a friend and every experience I have with her is relaxed but attentive. I’ve been seeing her for the last 2+ years and I never want to see anyone else. Stop searching, she’s it.

I am so glad I found this practice and Dr. Jewell specifically. He went above and beyond for me during my appointment. Hes skills and bedside manner are top-notch. This was a diagnostic visit, but I will be using him as my regular Ob/GYN from now on. The front desk and the nursing staff were amazing as well. Also, there is free parking and the building/facilities are beautiful.

I have been going to this office for almost10 years.Dr Moore delivered my 2 babies via c-section.Ive always had a great experience with the staff.Both Doctors Moore and Jewel are extremely knowledgable.Its obvious they love what they do.They always answer my questions to the point, give the best advices and their diagnosis are always accurate.Aisha, the nurse is very sweet and personable.Choosing a doctor during pregnancy is such an important decision.Picking Haven/Oby/Gyn for your care is a decision youll be happy you made.

Dr. Moore and Dr. Jewel were excellent and very personal with me. I had a stillborn baby in November 2016 at another hospital and wanted to go through my next pregnancy with a Dr. That would follow me from the beginning of my pregnacy to the delivery room. They understood my concernes and made sure I delivered a healthy baby via c section. I would highly recommend coming here.

Dr. Moore is phenomenal as are Dr. Jewell, Leah, and the rest of the staff at Haven. I had my first child in 2013, delivered by Dr. Moore, and am pregnant with my second now. The office is high-tech and everyone working there really cares about the patients. I couldnt possibly ask for anything more from an OB/GYN practice. Theyve taken care of me through hormonal anxiety episodes, answered all my questions, and supported me through both pregnancies. Im lucky to have found this practice.

I missed the first few appointments with my girlfriend due to business travel, but the ones I did come to seemed like our doctor was not very personable or warming towards us. Usually when you meet someone for the first time a handshake is the professional thing to do. One Friday we were leaving the office and we walked by him, and he didn’t even acknowledge us with a hello or wave. Also our anatomy scan at 20 weeks was very short and brief, it was not a pleasant experience. He didn’t even give us many pictures when other copules I’ve spoken to had a long session and came away with several pictures. Even after we switched our new doctor and staff is much more friendly and caring than the experience we had here.

We highly recommend the Haven OB/GYN team. We loved working with Dr. Jewel and Dr. Moore.

Leah Pombo is great and I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My wifes OBGYN - Dr. Moore - is phenomenal and the staff and other doctors in the practice are incredibly professional, caring and willing to go the extra mile to make sure shes taken care of. Ive been able to go with her to all her prenatal appointments for both our children and its been a wonderful experience each time. Dr. Moore administers the ultrasounds and he encourages us to bring a USB drive to save the amazing 2D/3D pictures he shows us of our children in utero. Its so amazing to see their progress as they develop over the 39 weeks and even better that we can share these priceless pictures with our friends and family. Top notch group and highly recommend!

Best experience!! I was referred to Dr. Moore by my god sister who has been going to him for years. She has given birth to two children under his care and now I see why. He is great and his bedside manner is unmatched. All staff members friendly and welcoming when I call or come in for an appointment. The office itself is clean and decorated to be a relaxing place for patients. Dr. Moore is meticulous, pays attention to detail and responds quickly via his patient portal. I can tell he loves what he does. I was nervous about leaving my GYN of 4 years but not after my first appointment. Dr. Jewell is also very pleasant and friendly. We also enjoyed pur appointments witb Leah the nurse practitioner. Make sure you know what lab your insurance accepts before blood work is done and clearly communicate this so your blood work is only sent to the lab your insurance covers. I had some issues with that and got bills from their lab of preference where my blood work was sent and ended up having to come out of pocket due to lack of communication by their blood technicians. The 2nd time this happened I spoke with their office manager who was friendly and helpful..she spoke with the lab and got things figured out and I came out of pocket very little as expected. Overall great place, top notch practice just a hiccup in the labs area.

Absolutely love this place..very nice and professional and dr Moore is amazing and very trustworthy doctor when i came with my pregnancy related problem he took everything very seriously performed usg and exam to make sure everything is ok..i would highly recommend this place its totally worthy for me to drive 1 hour each way to this office

Dr. Moore delivered by son in 2010 and now that I am pregnant with my 2nd child, I could not imagine any other ob/gyn to handle my obstetric needs. He is unbelievable!!! And Im very hard to please so take it from me...he is one of the best, if not the best ob/gyn you will ever find. He answers all questions promptly via messaging on the patient portal and he takes his time as if he has no other patients waiting. I am also happy with Leah who is awesome as well! I love love love his haven ob/gyn

I would give them zero stars if that was an option, but to post you have to give at least one star. These people dont care about your health and wellbeing! I was prescribed a dangerous medication without any follow up. When I inquired about it, they were rude and disrespectful. If you care about your life, dont go here!

Typical commercial medicine. If you go to this office, make sure they sign a contract with you (not just tell you!) up front with the exact amount that you will pay in the end! Otherwise they will charge you as much as they want.Believe it or not, if you dont have insurance, you can get their full service for $2,500,but if you have insurance, you will pay more! We owe them now $2,600, having a decent Cigna insurance! Cigna paid all their bills during these 9 months while my wife was pregnant! But still we need to pay them $2,600 more.Here is why:When we came there first time (Feb 2015), we tried to find out what the exact charges will be, but no one wanted to explain the financial side to us properly. Finally doctor Moore told us that our total out-of-pocket charges (after the insurance), including payment to hospital, will be 2-3 thousands. Thats OK, we said.But now, after our baby was born (Nov 2015), the reality is: We owe out-of-pocket $2,400 to Northside hospital for delivery (normal birth, no complications) and $2,600 to Dr. Moore. That is after the insurance! Cigna did cover like 90% of hospital charges and like 95% of Dr. Moores charges. The very last bill Dr. Moore sent to Cigna for actual delivery in the hospital, was for $4,800! Of course Cigna didnt cover this rubbish completely, only covered $2,200 out of it. Hence we owe $2,600 to Dr. Moore and his business.On the medical side, the doctors and nurses are OK and the service is pretty nice.But the other personnel there is far from being professional.
