I always have a great experience when I see Dr Soufi. She’s very thorough and has great bedside manners . I’ve been seeing Dr Soufi for 24 years and she delivered both of my children by C-Section. I also love her nurse Torie, she always makes me laugh and has amazing bedside manners, too.

I just had my first baby with Dr. Soufi and she was wonderful. I’m generally an anxious person, particularly when it comes to health related matters, but Dr. Soufi was a calm and confident presence throughout my pregnancy and especially during delivery. She is kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and ultimately there for you. She was recommended to me by a few friends who rotated with her as med students and I’m so thankful she was my OB! Her assistant Torie is also awesome - on top of her stuff and just one of those people who can feel like a friend to everybody. Highly recommend the practice!

Dr. Soufi has been my only On-Gyn doctor for over 15 years. Prior to being highly referred to her by another top medical professional who advised she was the only doctor who delivered all of his grandchildren, I visited many other female specialists with much disappointment. However, after meeting Dr. Soufi and being thoroughly and accurately diagnosed and treated, I learned again how “feeling great” really felt like! She is a rare doctor (a priceless gem) who REALLY listens to her patients, has excellentbedside manners, and doesn’t rush her patients out of her office. I wish I can find other doctors like her in other specialties (ie., internist), but like I’ve expressed above, SHE’S A RARE PRICELESS GEM!!!!

The entire practice made things simple and smooth for my first visit! Dr. Soufi has incredible bedside manner, attention to detail, and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Nurse Torie explained things simply, was very helpful and thorough. I am so happy I found this practice and will definitely recommend to others!

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Soufi now for over five years and the birth of my three children. Dr. Soufi cares tremendously about her patients and is meticulous about their care and communication especially during pregnancy. She came in after hours and on a weekend even when it was not her turn to be on call for the c-section delivery of my second and third children when I went into labor early. She has personally called me after hours to follow up on test results and medical concerns that needed quick action. Whenever I send a question through the portal she is quick and thorough in her responses and either handles my issues or gets me to the appropriate referral doctor to appropriately take care of my issues. Her nurse Torie is also fantastic and makes my visits very personal and as quick as they can be. Between her and Dr. Soufi I always feel like I can get in touch with my doctor and get taken care of when I need it. This is a wonderful practice and I cannot recommend Dr. Soufi enough.

Dr. Soufi is the smartest doctor you could ask to bring your baby to the world, i live in Woodstock and drive all the way to sandy springs because of her competence and knowledge, she saved my first baby’s life and now we are pregnant again and I could not go through without her being my obgyn. Her staff is loving (Tori will treat like family) and you will be amazed by how accessible doctor Soufi is trough her patient portal, you don’t feel alone or distant from your doctor being her patient, me and my husband love her and this was built on every appointment where she put all your questions at ease and did go above and beyond for us while in the hospital to bring our baby to the world.

Dr. Soufi delivered my first baby in September. I highly recommend her! During my pregnancy she was more than accommodating, supportive, and informative, she was like a mother figure during the entire experience! She is able to make you feel completely at ease. I dealt with a few health issues during and after my pregnancy and I always knew I was in the best hands. The care she gave and her response time was better than expected for such a busy doctor. She always explains why she takes such actions, and gives me as much information as possible about the baby and explains what that means. It was a long day on the delivery day. My baby’s one hand was on his forehead for his pleasure I would say, but it was hard to push him out. Dr. Soufi tried different options, and it was so close to change to a c section. Thanks to Dr. Soufi’s help, I finally didn’t need to go through that. I would say she is the best!

Dr. Soufi has been my doctor for about a decade. Recently, she delivered our beautiful baby girl who unexpectedly came seven weeks early. Dr. Soufi knew exactly what to do for both the baby and me, and baby girl was born perfectly healthy. She also went above and beyond to check in on me during my stay in the hospital. She is both knowledgeable and caring. She is also extremely responsive in the patient portal. I highly recommend both her and Womens Health Associates.

Ill give five rating to Dr.Soufis diagnosis and care, she is an excellent physician. However, Ill rate overall service four because of the wait time, every single appointment I went to I had to wait for almost an hour.

Dr. Soufi is the best doctor in Atlanta. She’s delivered my 1st baby in 2018 and 2nd baby in 2020. I was in the hospital during the midnight and she was not on call, but she called the hospital to check on me and make sure I was fine. I am beyond thankful to have found such a great doctor. Her nurse Torie is also very nice, she always return my call quickly. I would highly recommend Dr.soufi to anyone who is looking for a gynecologist.

I give 5 stars for Dr Soufi and her nurse Tori. However the office staff has gone completely down hill and are so rude and non personable . I’ve been going to this practice over 10 years and now I’m thinking hard about switching . It’s a shame . I will avoid unified woman’s health offices at all costs . They just do not care ....

I have been visiting WHAAtlanta for 5 years now. Dr.Soufi was the OB for my first child and I am currently pregnant with my 2nd one. She goes above and beyond to give her patients the best experience. She was not even the on call doctor on the day of delivery for my first one but she decided to be available for delivery. Not only is she a great doctor but the entire team of WHA are very professional and accommodating. Her nurse Torie Starks is a wonderful person and they are an amazing team. I moved to Atlanta this year and was looking for an OB/GYN for my pregnancy. I am so fortunate to have Dr Soufi as my doctor. She is the kindest doctor I have ever met, right from the first visit she made me comfortable with her warmth and care. Pregnancy is such an anxious state and she understands that. She responded to my queries at odd hours even during long weekends. During my delivery she was monitoring me continuously .Her kind touch and positive vibe made my delivery experience even more beautiful. I couldnt be more glad that she delivered my precious baby.There can be a little wait during regular visits, but once you experience her attentiveness and diligence you will know it is all worth it. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows. To add to it she has one of the best office staff and nurse who make the experience even more delightful . So grateful to the entire team. I never want to go to another doctor. Dr. Soufi and her nurse Torie are THE BEST.The wait time can be long because she delivers her own babies, and often has to leave the office to do so. I was thrilled with this when it was my day to have a baby, so I never minded the wait -- just bring a good book and relax!

Dr. Soufi is the best! She delivered both of my children and continues to be my gynecologist. She’s extremely intelligent, thorough, patient, compassionate, and is a great listener. Sometimes I have to wait a while in the office, but I never mind that the office runs on “baby time.” I love that this group tries very hard to do their own deliveries. When I needed her, she was there and never seemed rushed.

Dr. Soufi is the best OB/GYN I have been a patient of. Shes down to earth, personable, answers all questions and explains everything thoroughly. If you dont understand something she takes extra time to explain to ensure you understand.The office staff have always been friendly, especially the billing department lady, Sandra. Always takes extra time to explain the cost of service and makes multiple calls (if needed) to the insurance company to make sure service is coded correctly.

I am absolutely thankful I was referred to Dr Soufi. I had a emergency and as a new patience I called her frantic, she move my 1st appointment up, saw me, talked about a plan and we got moving. She is very easy going and calm and I really like that.Since that day, shes answered all my questions personally. Dr. Soufi is just amazing!! Not only is she smart as a whip, but she is the kindest, gentlest, and warmest doctor I have ever met. Being pregnant with my first child, I was very picky and wanted nothing short of the best from an OB/GYN. That is exactly what I got and then some! Dr. Soufi always took time to explain things to me and really made me feel like she cared deeply for me and my baby’s well-being. She was always very quick to respond to my messages sent through the portal. For example, I sent a message on a Sunday once just thinking to myself that I would hear back the next day and about an hour later, she called me. I was completely shocked! Dr. Soufi has an enormous amount of compassion and always made me feel comfortable. The delivery of my little girl went very well and I couldn’t ask for more. An added bonus is she has the best assistant in the world, Torie!! Absolutely love them as a team and felt completely taken care of. I am hoping GOD blesses with another child and if so, it’s a no brainer that I’ll be going right back to Dr. Soufi!

We went into labor on a weekday night. Dr. Soufi is our ob/gyn and happened to be on call that night. But what was unexpected - and meant a lot to us - was that we didnt deliver until late the next night, and Dr. Soufi took on an additional shift to be with us, despite the all-nighter the night before. We ended up needing an emergency C-section, but Dr. Soufi was intent on letting us explore every option. She was very careful not to push us into anything we didnt want to do --- it was so appreciated. We couldnt have been in better hands. Dr. Soufi is thoughtful and thorough; we consider her a member of our family.

Dr. Soufi is Incredibly qualified, professional, and kind. The other doctors in her practice are also fantastic. You will not be disappointed. When it is time to deliver your baby she will go above and beyond the call of duty. We are so blessed to have Dr. Soufi deliver our little Grace.

If you are looking for THE BEST doctor...Dr. Soufi IS IT!!! She is thorough, caring, professional, attentive, and most important to me....she listened to all my questions and concerns!!! She delivered 2 of my babies and one was a premie and she took THE BEST care of me and my baby!!!! With my last pregnancy, she took even better care of me to make sure my third baby got the BEST CARE to help prevent preterm labor for a second time! After delivery she always checked on me HERSELF and when I needed extra attention, she ALWAYS answered the nurses call to request additional meds or what ever I needed!!! I never had to wait for care after delivering by babies!!!! Again, if you are looking for a doctor to take care of you and your baby...LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Dr. Soufi and her staff are amazing!!! Please keep in mind that because Dr. Soufi is amazing, she sometimes may have an emergency that may interrupt your appointment because she will have to leave to go to the hospital. Therefore, your wait time might be longer. However, keep in mind if she is your doctor and you have an emergency, Im sure you would want her to do the same for you!! Dr. Soufi is truly one of a kind. I have not met another doctor that demonstrates the care and compassion that Dr. Soufi does with her patients. While the wait times in the office can sometimes be long, it is more than worth it to be seen by not only a kind but extremely skilled doctor. I have had very difficult pregnancies and Dr. Soufi was by my side the entire way. I never felt like just another patient instead I always felt she genuinely cared about me and my family. The office staff and the office administrator are all horrible. I waited almost over an hour to be seen by Dr. Soufi and I definitely expressed my irritation. The nurse laughed and lied about why it was such a delay to see the doctor. Also the stupid office administrator made it seem as though it was my fault and violated my patient privacy by coming into the exam room unwelcomed. DO NOT got to this doctors office because you will be disrespected and lied to for no good reason.

Where do I begin, first, I was referred to this doctor because she had experience with high risk pregnancy. The first time I went to her was simply to ask her some questions about getting pregnant again. Her office billed my insurance for a large amount of money just to ask her some questions. Then when I was actually pregnant, I went back, big mistake. Her office will run a lot of tests they will charge you for and do a lot of labs. When you go you will wait for hours before you actually get to see her. Then she will spend 5 minutes with you and thats what you waited all that time for. She claimed she found ureaplasma after testing a urine specimen that she had me treated for. Then it was according her still present and my husband and myself both had to be treated. Everytime after that when they tested my urine, they would always find a problem and want to treat me for various things, when I had no symptoms whatsoever of any infection. Make sure you have plenty of money because her office will harass you at every visit to pay your OB deposit. They want your entire estimate paid up front many months before you are even set to give birth. When you ask for a breakdown of your bill so that you know exactly what you are charged for, they respond with, we dont do that. So they refuse to tell you exactly what you are being charged for, how many visits, what the cost of labor & delivery is, antepardum, etc. They just expect for you to pay them whatever they ask for with no detailed bill provided. At my last visit I was set to have my glucose test. They first asked to speak to me in billing and informed me that after having me drive an hour away from my house, Dr. Soufi was not going to see me unless I paid the balance on my account. If I did not pay, they were going to refuse me treatment altogether. So I made a partial payment because I informed them that I was getting another OB and this would be my last visit. So I saw no reason to pay the entire $512 balance which included labor & delivery when I knew they would not be delivering my baby. After I agreed to pay, they agreed to see me. However, they made me sit there another 45 minutes before they gave me the drink. Then I had to wait another hour before they could test my blood. Since you have to drink the beverage and then wait an hour, they could have given me that when I first got to the office instead of arguing with me about the bill. When I finally get to Dr. Soufi she informs me that unless I pay the balance that day, she will not see me again. So I told her and her staff before I left that day that I was finding a new OB. She told me it was fine, they would send my medical records to whomever, just let them know where to send them. An hour later I gave them another OBs fax number, name & address and asked that they send my records. I left a voicemail message and followed up with an email. I received an email back that day saying my records were sent. I then get a call 2 days later saying I need to fill out an authorization form to have my medical records sent. WHAT? Didnt you tell me they were sent the other day? And if you needed an authorization to send my records, why didnt you have me sign that 2 days ago when I was in your office? I told multiple people in your office I was never coming back there and that I would need to have my records sent some place else. Her office staff is rude, unprofessional and completely incompetent. Dont have an emergency because they wont answer the phone. And when they finally call you back they make excuses like they are short staffed. Dr. Soufi herself lied to me when she emailed me back and said my records were sent and they were not. Stay away from this office. You dont need this kind of stress when you are having a baby. I am so glad I was able to transfer to another office and was not stuck with them! They will overcharge you, not properly explain things, lie to you, have you wait forever to be seen and they never really do anything at their appointments.
