We just left our first checkup for our newborn son and I have to say, it was amazing so far! Dr.Suresh is awesome and she was so kind and helpful along with everyone else in the office! They were also really flexible with our appointment time. Its really unique also! They have the parent handle their baby/kid instead of messing too much with them and stressing them out. Then youre allowed to touch them and such while they do procedures/checkup.We will gladly be going back for all of our future visits!

Everyone was so helpful and kind, from Kierra at the front desk, to Suri, to Dr. Thomas, to the ladies in the back hallway. They treated me GOOD and loved on my precious baby. I am recommending so many people to this place. Kind, loving, and VERY helpful. Thanks guys!!

Mediocre practice.. They dont even care to followup on baby’s health, had really bad experience when Dr Norris refused to listen about baby’s eye infection and was adamant that we get her tomorrow to her ( although we kept asking to her if we should take her to ER and seek immediate help). Eventually my kid had to be taken to ER and then hospital. Nobody cared to follow up after as well. The staff here is very inefficient, they mess up on the test orders and you need to keep following up to get anything done. One such case, my 1yr old baby had to draw blood twice because they messed up on test results.Only good thing was Dr Suresh, but she isnt with the group anywhere.

I’m a single mom with twins and had an appointment for both of my twins. I arrived 20 minutes late and asked if just my son with a high fever could be seen. Knowing I was late I thought they would be accommodating for one appointment and I could bring my daughter back. I even asked if she could ask the doctor if this was ok and she replied no she’s already asked before.Front desk staff was very nonchalant and made me feel like they could care less about my situation. Even if you have to deliver unfavorable news, I feel as though you can relay this in an empathetic manner.I also usually receive this same treatment when calling about an urgent issue. Whoever answers the phone always seems to care less about my concerns. They usually reply with an attitude “What did you give them?” or “Just give them Tylenol”. As a first time mom this is always unsettling. If you get frustrated easily and do not have a genuine care for the well-being of children I think you should consider working in a different field🥴

Say NO to Dr. Norris and find a different pediatrician. Inconsiderate enforcement of 15 minute grace period. I was stuck on 400 trying to get to doctor’s appointment and I even called ahead to tell them I was running late because of traffic. After unloading and carrying in a toddler and infant, the doctor insists I reschedule, because I was TWO MINUTES past the grace period. I have five children and I am ordinarily always on time. Dr. Norris can make you wait 30 minutes in her office lobby regularly, or not even show if she’s held up elsewhere, but refuses to show me the same respect. DOCTORS, THIS IS NO PROBLEM, IF YOU SHOW THE SAME COURTESY TO YOUR PATIENTS. I’m happy to take my business of five kids elsewhere. For the record, office staff and nurses are great here.

Dr. Willa Moore, was the pediatrician for both of my kids, before she left the practice to move out of state. My son is eight, and we have a 5 month old as well. She was so caring, honest, and very knowledgeable. She understood our concerns; if we ever had any concerns. Dr. Moore always went above and beyond especially when our daughter developed colic. She will be truly missed, but I know wherever she goes in life she will do great! The front office has always been amazing to us as well. I mention them since Ive never felt rushed checking in or out with them at all. They have even scheduled appointments while we were still gathering our belongings in the room. I pray Dr. Moore all the best for her, and her family. She is truly amazing and will be truly missed!

This place was a breath of fresh air compared to the prior doctors office. Its calm and quiet. There was a very short wait time. Staff is friendly. Dr. Norris saw my son for his 8 week shots and she was very sweet, patient and helpful. We did not feel rushed at all and she made sure we had no questions. I feel very good about my son coming here.

Doctors are nice, but the two nurses at front desk seem to have an attitude the last two times i’ve came in. they aren’t very welcoming and seem to have a chip on their shoulders. i was 15 minutes late to appointment, they weren’t busy at all. maybe one person in the clinic and they had me in the waiting room for 45 minutes. mind you i just had a baby less than a week ago so you would think they would be some type of grace period of being late. not just upset about the wait time i’ve had, more upset about the nurses at the front desk and their attitudes.

My daughter broke a bone in her foot. When I called to schedule a follower up with her pediatrician after leaving urgent care. They said my children can no longer be seen there without giving any explanation. They only had one appointment and I thought everything went great. Giving no explanation is ridiculous

My daughter has been attending this office since she was born. Very good about answering questions and working with your insurance. They only accept vaccinated on schedule patients, which was extremely important to me. All three times I have had to take her on a Saturday becuase of sickness, the doctors have been great, even waiting for us to get there a few minutes after they technically closed.

We LOVE Dr.Willa Moore but she is no longer there. The young nurses are not kid friendly. They came to administer my infants vaccines, told me the abbreviations and when I asked what they were she said “I don’t know. Do you want me to check?” Umm HELL YES i want to know what you’re injecting into my 3 month old. It is unfortunate they can not or will not tell me where Dr.Moore is moving.

Amazing staff, Great Doctors! Easy to get in to see and fun waiting room :) We moved away but we travel to see Dr. Willa Moore because she is the best Dr. We have found. I highly recommend this office. Be prepared to pay for parking though, The office is in a large building next to Northside Hospital.

Other than Dr. Moore, this facility is below par with isnt communication and customer service. For example, If Dr. Moore is not the on call physician for the weekend, the doctor has consistently failed to return calls. After expressing our concern the 3rd time this happened (in a 4 month time period), we scheduled an appointment and met with the doctor to express our concerns and was given a half ass apology but no plan to prevent it from happening again. We took our daughter to the ER each time we didnt get call backs (after calling several times in a day FYI and being told the doctor would call back) as 1st time parents not knowing what to do or look for, racking up $$$ in ER copays! Because of how awesome Dr. Moore is, we tried to look past the rest. The last issue that was beyond disappointing happened today.....We were told to bring our daughter into the office if her cold symptoms worsened. Never was told to make an appointment even as a just in case but throughout the day we checked in since she had been suffering from a pretty bad cold for 2 days. After lunchtime, we decided to take her to be seen since she was constantly pulling her ears and crying and we wanted to rule out an ear infection. While pulling into the parking lot, we called to give the office a heads up and was told that they could not see her until 4pm (it was 1pm mind you and we took off work just to bring her!!!!). After explaining the same, the office could care less and we were told that they dont accept walk ins but this reason (and the alleged Saturday hours that they randomly honor at their choosing) was why we chose this facility over others. We will take her at 4pm and also ask for our daughters file. I believe in working with a business but at some point you have to cut your losses and move on to better. We will miss Dr. Moore!

All the doctors provide excellent care, (will miss Dr. Moore) and my daughter has been going since she was 2 days old (mandatory visit after you have a child). They also come to the hospital when your child is born (Northside Hospital). Front office is nice and accomadating. You initial a vaccination sheet before they administer any vaccines so you do know what your child is getting. Saturday appt for sick children is a great plus! All ER reports are sent to there office, so trust they know what is going on with your child by the next day!

The doctors here are great I love dr Thomas he loves to play with my kids while he is examining them. Dr norris is prettey good too. But I admit sometimes when I come I am few minutes late because I travel far to come to them because I love them so much. But the one time I was late it was like hell freezing over. The nurse wouldn’t let me see the doctor and had to wait for an canceled appointment which was like 2 weeks later. Some of the nurses there have attitude but there is only one nurse there that I like but I forgot her name.

They submitted 2 claims to my insurance as if they were problem visits when they were regular check ups. I spoke to my insurance and they said they needed to be resubmitted as check ups. When I called the office the billing woman was plainly rude she said she was going by what she could read in the history.( Just found out that the office manager is his wife and the biling manager is their best friend)We are now going to Baybol pediatrics ☺Update: Dr. Akinsola @Baybol was great. Very professional and knowledgeable and did a through check up of my LO. Small facility which allows for more time dedicated to your child. So glad to have found him!
