Dr. Anna Pare is the most brilliant physician I have ever encountered (and I am a pharmacist!). She also has a fantastic bedside. Her staff is top-notch. I have found her knowledge to be cutting-edge. A must-see after having a baby - her core-to-floor approach is essential for postpartum pelvic floor issues. I wish that more OBGYNs and physical therapists knew about her and her services. Plus, my skin looks amazing. I only wish I had gone to her sooner in my life.

Jennifer the PA and Dr. Juneau are wonderful with cystic/hormonal acne treatments. The aesthetic/spa department is every woman’s dream. They will pamper you and make you feel so relaxed and at ease. Dr. Pare’ will completely exceed all expectations you look for in a cosmetic dermatologist! She is not only a meticulous expert in all procedures performed, she is a compassionate, warm and honest person who genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Pare’ is the BEST of the BEST. I had skin inflammation on my neck and went to three different dermatologists. This was the second place I visited for help. Staff was nice and the doctor I saw seemed helpful (hence the two stars at least) though I questioned her use of giving me a cream instead of a certain ointment but I figured she knew best.This visit was in August of last year. I saw a claim sent to my insurance at the end of last year. Never did I receive a bill after or any notice of it being late. And this is why Im only giving two stars - I never got a physical bill or a digital bill nor a phone call from these people so I assumed insurance took care of it. But then I get a letter this week (NEARLY A YEAR AFTER THE FACT) in the mail that my bill has become delinquent. Its funny how I never got a bill from this office but they are quick (well, I guess not-so-quick, being a year later) to send a delinquent notice. Anyway, I paid today online but I wont be doing business with these people again and do not recommend them.

Dr. Pare is wonderful, as are all the other staff! This place saved my skin when no one else knew what was happening! Thank you!!!

DC is the most efficient medical practice in the history of the world! Yes the world. I can show up there 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled time, because I cannot predict Atlanta traffic, and they will see me and I am out of there before my scheduled visit time. I go twice a year and this is the consistent operation of DC. Dr. Juneau is the best. Personable and professional. Simply the best. All the assistants and staff are top notch.

I had a great experience here! I was really overwhelmed trying to find a dermatologist (Im the kind of person who usually waits to seek medical attention until I am actively dying), but Dermatology Consultants made everything easy. Check-in was quick, Dr. Barnett was very helpful, and she was able to help me find a quick, effective solution.

I really wanted to love this place. Been a patient for 8 years but they are never on time. Always wait to be seen for at least 30+ minutes before even being taken back to an exam room. Also, Dr Pare does not spend a lot of time with patients unless you are wanting to talk only about cosmetic. I always feel rushed and like I don’t matter. I honestly don’t know why I have stayed except that everyone else seems to have a better experience.

Very professional, they provide medical service, esthetics services. They are so friendly and supportive.Every time I go to visit them I just feel happy, even when it is a medical consultation.The new location is just amazing.You will have to pay for parking, parking is not provided.The instagram channel is super fun and keeps you updated with the last news, and good promotions and deals.

Im in my 30s and still suffer from some hormonal acne on my chin. Dr Barnett prescribed both a topical and oral treatment and my skin has been clearer than its ever been. Appointments are on time and the new offices are clean and huge. I only saw one other person in the waiting room while I was there and everyone was masked. The office also sells a variety of beauty products but Ive never felt pressured to buy anything.Some products and medications are pricy but the doctor also recommended really cheap drugstore brands as well. Earlier this summer I also had a telemedicine appointment which was great for getting my prescriptions filled without the hassle of going to the office.

I recommend Dermatology Consultants to everyone. All the doctors, staff and aestheticians are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to me. They spend time with their clients, they answer clients questions and they really care about their clients wants and needs.

I just had a facial with Emily at the new office in Buckhead- it was amazing! The new space is beautiful, accessible (has very easy parking), and very safe Covid protocol. Emily did a hydrating facial and a light to kill bacteria on the skin from constant mask wearing. My skin is glowing and clean!! Highly recommend D.C.!

I waited 8 days to write this review because I was so frustrated after my last experience. Ultimately, I found it necessary, though.Id been seeing Chhavi for eczema and have zero complaints. Id asked about Botox consult and she referred me to Dr. Juneau who just happened to pop in and agree to go ahead and do it immediately. This is where things went awry.In summary:-$600 for initial forehead and around eyes Botox treatment-$40 for follow up to correct the initial treatment-30 minutes for initial visit (approx., not a long wait)-1 hr, 25 minutes for follow up-Total cost: $640-Total time: 1 hr, 55 min & 2 tripsExperience:Ill preface this with saying that Im not a confrontational person and am pretty passive. I wanted my forehead & around the eyes done. I asked the assistant twice. She said oh, theyll go over everything. The assistant numbs me, Dr. Juneau comes in, and its over before I could think to ask a 3rd time. For this bit of Botox, I was charged $600. Although I felt the entire situation was a little pushy, I didnt say anything.I was told on my way out that I needed to make a 2-week follow up because Dr. Juneau likes to make sure everything is alright. It was clear within a few days that it wasnt alright. I was completely asymmetrical.I made an appointment and then sat in the waiting room for about an hour before even being taken back. Dr. Juneau mentioned oh yeah, you dont want to look like youre giving a creepy wink. She was very kind and corrected it.On my way out, the technician said okay, I think youre good to go since this was a follow up. I then hear this woman behind the counter named Amie yell no, he still needs to pay a copay. I walked to the counter, expecting to encounter a regular human. Instead, I got quite possibly one of the rudest, most surly, miserable souls Ive ever had the misfortune of meeting. I mentioned Oh, I thought this was a follow up because my Botox wasnt right. Her response, condescending, well you still have to pay a copay, sir as if I was trying to cheat her out of something or was just being cheap. I clenched my teeth and paid. The more I thought about it though, I still dont understand why I was asked to pay $40 copay for a cosmetic procedure that I was paying for out of pocket and not going through insurance. Amie was quite possibly one of the rudest people Ive encountered in a long time. She asked me 3 times if I wanted a receipt and got visibly frustrated when she had to pivot her chair to pick up a piece of paper.I then walked through the sea of younger women with their masks pulled down and buried deep into their cell phones at the front desk (waiting room now not busy). Despite 4-5 of them being there, no one said goodbye or thanks, and I was on my way!I spoke to some friends whove had Botox and they were horrified by both the cost and experience I had. I feel like I was both overcharged and treated like garbage by this office. I shouldnt have had to spend this much time or money to get what I got. Lots of frustration and I cannot recommend.Shout out to Fernando the assistant. He was kind, gentle, and easy to talk to. He even looked a little embarrassed by his miserable coworkers demeanor.***Update 5 days after initial post: No one ever called me like the response suggested. I guess I paid a copay for a cosmetic followup. Lesson learned***

Ive been a patient with Dermatology Consultants for over 20 years and remain very satisfied with their service. I get personalized medical assistance. They are prompt, very little wait in the reception room. And always flexible to squeeze me into their schedule if I have an immediate need. If youre looking for a dermatologist you need to give this practice a try.

I was seen quickly, they spent time asking the appropriate questions and making sure i felt like my concerns were their concerns. It was a quick ear piecing appointment for our baby with nurse practitioner Jennifer - she was sweet/patient with our baby and took the time to make sure we were happy as well. Pandemic input is that all visitors are required to wear masks, all their employees were wearing masks, lots of hand sanitizer available, visitor seating is spread out.

Ive seen Dr. Degolian for both cosmetic, and non cosmetic skin care.She has removed a suspicious mole off my arm with minimal scaring.I have had her remove multiple spots off my face and neck (which I have had to do so many times before as they keep coming back). She is by far the most thorough and most patient doctor I have ever been to.She spent so much time making sure she got them all. My face never looked better.She is now my go to dermatologist, and will be sending my family and friends her way!

Parking was via valet and then a short walk to the building. They have construction going on and have changed the parking. The information was on the website, so no surprise. Office is nice. The waiting room is typical for a large practice. They could use a few more chairs designed for big boned people. Saw Rob Whiddon who did an excellent job with the exam and treatment. Rob took time to explain what he was doing and to answer questions. I would definitely schedule another appointment with Rob. Check out was easy.

I typically do not do reviews, but this place was excellent! Got me in the office the day I called and my consultation fee was below every other doctor I called. I didn’t need something major, but the assistant Veronica was amazing, so ask for her. I saw Dr. Whooddon and he was fast to tell me exactly what was wrong and how to fix my skin condition. You will not regret seeing them.I hope this review makes others more comfortable and steers them in the right direction when going in.

They were incredibly safe, clean, and efficient during these COVID times.**The parking lot at the Buckhead location is under construction so give yourself extra time before your appointment to self-park or use the valet at the building next door**I was in and out of the office within 15 minutes- my PA (Lal) was caring, explained everything perfectly to me, and got me out of there quickly! Overall, a great experience and I will recommend to my friends!

This place was terrible. I have a regular dermatologist, but ended up here as I was referred from my OB for an issue during my pregnancy. I called because I couldnt find their office using GPS and the address on their website to navigate to the Buckhead location. I called and they told me the address is actually wrong and I should have gotten a text (I obviously didnt...also update your website) and that theyre actually 10 minutes the opposite direction. The office is under construction so they have valet parking set up (?????) YES a DOCTORS office with valet parking during a pandemic. I told them I was self parking since Im not letting a stranger with no mask get in my vehicle when I basically have no immune system due to being in my third trimester. I also saw multiple people in the office that I didnt need to, unlike other doctors offices they arent limiting the number of people you come in contact with. They also arent enforcing patients wearing their masks. When one guy came in they told him he needed a mask, but then we he put it on over just his mouth, and then later took it off completely they never addressed it. 10/10 would never go back here again, even in normal times.

Come here if you want to drive one hour to get to the office and then arrive to be told you cannot see the doctor you set time to see!!! Alternative set another appointment to come back another day!!!

I have been going to this practice for approximately 5years.

Not upfront with costs and way over priced. I scheduled a short consultation, asked for pricing upfront, but they said they couldnt tell me any prices. After a 20 minute appointment, I received a bill for over $500 with nothing to show for what I paid for. The mole they wanted to analyze was benign, and the wart they tried to remove came back. I do not recommend this place, and I definitely wont be back. Oh, and they said if I wanted to come back to get the wart re-treated, I would have to pay again. So, another $350 when I can just go to a drug store for $5? I dont think so. Find another dermatologist to go to.

DO NOT GO HERE! They will give you all sorts of excuses and products that don’t work so that you keep coming back. They also provided me with a certain medication that they told me to use on my hands but failed to mention it was not intended or approved to be used on hands. I ended up in the emergency room because of it and had to get a CAT scan. There are other dermatologists you should go to

She listened to what I was looking for in keeping my youthful look and advised on what she thought would be the best products for me. Barnett and her staff were great!

This place is awesome. You dont have to wait for a machine. The staff is very friendly. The benefit I like the most is the fact that if you have the mid grade membership you can bring a friend at no extra charge. If you are married its a plus because you dont have to buy two memberships which saves you money.

Great service & very little wait time, if any. I am concerned that it has taken nearly 2 years to determine a treatment but Im not a Dr. so I just have to be patient (and a patient). Dr. Juneau is the best and her staff is cool too. Update: Skin problem solved!

I checked with my insurance providers website to make sure that this provider was in network before calling to schedule an appointment. I drove all the way from the airport to Buckhead to be told that my insurance was out of their network. I don’t understand why they would not have checked my insurance before I got there. I offered to give it to them prior to my arrival. Instead, I was faced with a complete waste of time and an apology. Even though my insurance says it’s in network, apparently they are not in network. They conveniently offered me to pay out of pocket. What a complete waste of time!

I gave this office many opportunities. I even tried two separate doctors here. Each time I felt my moles were barely looked over and then the majority of time was trying to sell cosmetic procedures. I was there bc I have a history of skin cancer and am actually worried about my moles and freckles.Also, they don’t answer the phone. I had a problem on my bill and called 4 separate times for about 20 minute waits without talking to anyone. It’s very frustrating. So I’ll have to figure it out without talking to anyone from billing.Anyway, a hard “don’t recommend” from me.

I was interested but apprehensive about getting fillers under my eyes - I’m still in my 20’s but I have thin skin under my eyes which is genetic, so I always looked like I was sleep deprived. I saw Dr. Barnette, who told me under eye fillers are her specialty, and she was wonderful. She listened to me, answered all my questions, and made the experience very comfortable for me despite me being very nervous for my first facial fillers. She uses a cannula approach so the dangerous side effects of this procedure are basically eliminated. I had two rounds of filler (though many patients only need one) spaced a month apart. After my first round I thought one side looked a little weird, but Dr. Barnette addressed that in our second session and smoothed everything out, and it looks perfect! It looks so natural and no one knew I had anything done. On our follow up after my second injection I mentioned I might like some more because there was still a slight darkness, but Dr. Barnette talked me out of that and told me anymore filler would make me look puffy and unnatural. I really respect her for giving me her honest opinion and not just trying to talk me into more fillers to make some more money. I’ve asked about other fillers I might be interested in in the future, and she has always been informative without pushing me to do anything.The treatment isn’t cheap, but I didn’t mind - seeing an experienced and talented doctor in a metropolitan area will always cost more, and this is not a procedure I would want to skimp out on.

Key in finding a health care provider is trust. My experience at Dermatology Consultants has always been great, professional and personal at the same time. The recent visit was minor, minor surgery. Dr. Dobes had the capability to put you at ease with what was going to take place, put you at ease with a long term get well plan, and made you feel special. My doctor, Elise Barnett, was wonderful - she listened patiently to my concerns, spoke reassuringly to me about my minor condition and quickly prescribed something to handle it. Highly recommend Dermatology Consultants! After struggling with folliculitis for over 2 years and trying out 3 other Atlanta dermatologists.. I was recommended Dr Michelle Juneau by my primary care physician. She absolutely changed my life!!!! Spent time to understand exactly what was going on, come up with an entirely new treatment plan, and get to the bottom of it!! 2 months of treatment and appointments and I’m completely healed!!I also highly recommend Jamesa for any of your aesthetic needs! I’ve seen her for two different facial treatments and my skin looks amazing!Dermatology Consultants has a lovely front reception staff, as well. Overall, can’t recommend them enough.

Went to have a cyst looked at. Dr spent about a minute looking at it and asked no background questions. Said cyst looked fine but a mole needed more attention. Just an excuse for an costly procedure. The cyst I had looked at became infected month later, now back at the doctor. Do not use this place.

I have been going to Dermatology Consultants for over 20 years. I see Dr. Pare, who has found several basal cell cancers on me. Some of these cancers have been on my face. I have been very pleased with the results of mohs surgery that I have had. Recently Dr. Mina performed a mohs surgery on my face. It looks like there will be little to no scarring. Yea!

First visit with Jennifer Avaliani went very well! i arrived early to complete the paperwork, as i was a new patient, and was taken in early. Jennifer took the time to explain the diagnoses and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. i will be back soon for my FSE!

I have had Botox and filler through several other providers in Georgia and Florida. None can compare to Dr. Pare. Her consult was extensive; she covered every concern I had and offered me a complete plan for my personal anti-aging concerns. I walked away with personal advice and a personal plan for what I can do through fillers, lasers, and other procedures to get results on my face, neck and chest without having an invasive facelift/neck lift. Dr. Pare had each person that specialized in a particular part of the plan come into the consult. I can’t wait for Renee to get rid of the fat under my chin!! Just such personalization! Tessa prepared me so well with numbing and ice packs before the injections that I never felt a thing. And, I had absolutely no bruising the next morning. The entire visit was calm and smooth. Even the person that checked me out took the time to find every discount she could for me on the recommended products. At 54 I feel like I’ve finally found the place and the doctor that will help me (and my face and neck) be the best version of myself without invasive surgery. Not pleased. I saw the doctor for all of 3 minutes. I was given a treatment and not told it was going to be $200 until I got stuck with a bill a month later. I will definitely not be going back.

I went in with a itchy arm, they took a biopsy and told me to use an over-the-counter anti itch cream and they would contact me and let me know what they found. 2 weeks later, I received a call, they said the biopsy was inconclusive.My arm continued to bother me on and off for several months, it got rashy, then the hair started to fall out.I went back to see the doctor (I have always only been able to see a physicians assistant.) They told me that the biopsy showed either a drug interaction (I do not take any drugs,) or sun damage, and that I should come back for allergy testing. They said they would call in a prescription for me, so I went to the pharmacy after work, but they had not called it in. It would not have been such a big deal if I had not been leaving for Mexico early the next morning. In Mexico, my arm swelled up and started to ooze puss. Luckily, I went to the pharmacy there and was able to get the prescription that the physicians assistant failed to call in for me.In conclusion, my arm does not like the sun! I cancelled my allergy appointments and will not return to Dermatology Consultants.

My 4th follow up so far and no relief plus the fact the treatment gave me acne.11/16/18 UpdateI saw one of the dermatologists (versus a PA) and she prescribed an alternative treatment plan and it seems to be doing great!

Nice professional and personal people 👍 just dont like the change in parking lot I am disabled and cant make it alone So, the parking lot lot people helped more than I could imagine. I had a bad experience once now it was wonderful

Professional, friendly staff. Jennifer Avaliani is very empathetic and does a nice job. Love how quickly the practice responds to messages through patient portal and that you can book appts online.

Came here to get a mole removed, costed me 200$ for a procedure that lasted less than 1 min. The mole regrew within 2 weeks. They said I have to pay AGAIN if I wanted them to re-remove the mole. Basically paid 200$ for nothing. This place is a scam, come here if you enjoy getting scammed.

This place is awful. All they do is try to sell you more.. doctor sees you for like 2 seconds. Don’t go here.

Ive been a Dermatology Consultants patient since December 2000. Yup, essentially 18 years! The current practice is HUGE compared to when I first showed up for an appointment (acne), but what hasnt changed is the terrific customer service. I loved my longtime physician, Dr. Michelle Futral (now retired), and I love my longtime PA, Chavvi Lal. But it isnt just my doctor and PA whove been great. The office staffers also are quick and efficient, yet friendly, responsive and always kind. As for my acne treatments, theyve evolved as my skin has changed with age. Oral and topical treatments that left my acne-prone complexion looking flawless for more than a decade had to be adjusted once I passed age 50. Thats when my basic acne turned into viciously stubborn, hormonal cystic acne clustered around my chin, complicated by a resurgence of seborhea. I have to visit more frequently now, but Im always glad when I do. It makes SUCH a difference. My skin still looks beautiful, all things considered. But, gosh, is it expensive. No, Dermatology Consultants isnt pricey. MEDICAL CARE is pricey.

Ive been going here for years. The PAs are great. Sometimes the office staff are not too friendly but a good place overall.

Kind, efficient, and fun to talk to. Dont know why people give this place a bad rap -- I fully appreciated their services!
