I enjoyed my visit today with Greenbriar Dental Care office staff and dental professionals. They were friendly, yet very professional.They made feel that they really cared about my dental health and other rated issues. Every step of service was explained as well as inquired recommendations.

If youre looking up Dentists like I was you can stop now. This is probably the best experience Ive had going to the dentist in my life. They were up front with what I needed done and nothing was forced. I had to get a deep cleaning and the dentist / staff made sure I was comfortable before starting. Had anxiety about it but that dissapated as well. Cant go wrong here at all 💯💯

I had a great experience at Greenbrier Dental Care. Kameelah and Stacey were extremely helpful. Kameelah went above and beyond to ensure my insurance coverage was secured prior to my visit. Christina and Melissa were very professional when communicating was to take place throughout my visit. Dr. Clarke was patient and kind. She appreciated knowing my fear of the dentist in advance, to ensure she made me as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them to all my Family and Friends.

The new patient process was appreciated. The forms are emailed and returned to avoid sitting in the lobby longer than needed. Everyone wore a mask and practiced safe and clean procedures. I arrived embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. I left feeling like I chose the right place to achieve my healthy smile goal. The hygienist, doctors and Stacy at the front were polite, informative and professional. It was a pleasure to receive treatment from their office. I definitely suggest visiting this office for your dental needs. Thank you and see you in two weeks!

I was in so much pain ( had a toothache) ; yep I needed some long overdue dental care! ( yes I brush, floss on a regular basis 😜).. Anyways, the staff and Dr. Clarke were professional, efficient and very kind ( really lovely personalities, warm, friendly. I am so pleased with the service provided to me from Greenbriar Dental Care. Everything is done in excellence. Would Highly recommend this Dental Office, should you need it/them.

I was very nervous coming here after the horrible experience I had last week at another dental office however from the front desk all the way to the doctor they were all amazing and made me feel like family. I never felt more welcomed and comfortable and cared about in a long time. Usually I dont want to go to the dentist however theyre so nice here they made me want to come visit them everyday. Ive never heard so much laughter and laughed so much in a dental office. You can tell they all love what they do and it shows!!! Thank you for giving me hope back when I had lost hope.

Greenbriar Dental really shocked me with great customer service experience. The two front desk ladies are the best. They really assisted me getting my work done and the docs know their stuff. I been previously given meds but no one has told me straight up what I needed. Thanks for a great experience.

The staff at Greenbrier dental are very friendly. But the service is extremely slow. Do not make any plans after your appointment. I’ve been using this dentist for about 2 yrs, but today is the last time. I have never had an appointment that was on time. My daughters appointment was at 1:40, we are on time, she is not called back until 2:15 and it is currently 3:40 and they are just getting started. Unacceptable!!

This was my first visit (emergency). I was very impressed with the entire experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. The staff adhered to Covid 19 restrictions. I received a detailed pricing list for each service being provided. A short, detailed film was shown to inform me of the expectations of the services required to fit my needs. The staff went above and beyond to get me the follow-up appointments I requested. I highly recommend this place of business.

First time there(had a bad toothache);the dentist after examining my tooth; told me I DIDNT NEED ANY ANTIBIOTICS BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A TOOTH INFECTION !!!!!! BOY, WAS SHE EVER WRONG!!!!!! Left there; NEVER WENT BACK!!!!! FOUND A GREAT DENTIST WHO THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON!!!!! GREAT DENTIST!!!!!! COME TO FIND OUT; I DID HAVE A TOOTH INFECTION !!!!!!!!IF TOOTH INFECTIONS ARENT RESOLVED; IT CAN LEAD TO DEATH, BY HEART-ATTACK!!!! In all my 40 + years I have never encountered a more thorough group of dental practitioners. Starting with my dental hygienist John who performed an absolutely pain free scaling, I was completely wowed. The atmosphere is kept congenial, and the reception staff treats you with the utmost respect. As you can tell, I am a raving fan!!

Greenbriar Dental, an AWESOME place for all of your dental work. I couldnt be more pleased with Greenbriar Dental after some of the dentist Ive experienced over my lifetime 50 years old. Professionalism at its finest. Being completely honest, I hate going to the dentist, terrified of needles and hate the sound of drilling in my mouth along with the burning smell of teeth being grinded upon but,its an afterthought because they are so Gentle with you. This dentist says she guarantees her work, but she does not. I have spent so much money using Greenbriar dental to repair my teeth. Four years later I had an issue with a crown that the dentist put in and was told by the dentist that it has been five years since she did the crown, I would have to pay for another crown out of pocket. I decided that I would pay someone else to do my crowns correctly rather than waste my money at Greenbriar dental again.

I got two cavities taken care of and my mouth still hurts. My mouth has never hurt this bad before after getting some fillings. The way they numb the gums is horrible, basically stuck the needle in without numbing the gums. Not gentle at all.

I love this dentist they make you feel very comfortable and they very friendly!!! Whole staff be on it... Fast, energetic & the place was sanitize properly!!! Can’t wait until my next visit

Horrible experience at this dentist the staff is awful and Dr Clark is disgusting and a disappointment to people that need dental services at her dental establishment poor choice to get a appointment there all her staff and excluding her have a nasty attitude towards people

John, the dental hygienist, did an excellent job. My teeth arent straight and Im always concerned, after a cleaning, if the corners were cleaned. Its the first thing I check when I get home. John took extra care and made sure to get every spot. Great Job!!!

Dr. Clarke and her team were fabulous from the moment we entered their office.I loved that I could fill out all the forms online in advance of the visit. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful. This is a very well run professional office. All personnel are friendly and helpful going out of their way to make your visit smooth and as pain free as possible. When I needed two emergency extractions the office helped me in only one day. Love these folks.

Staff were friendly and helpful but I was told over the phone by the receptionist that my crown would be $700 cash, to get the office and they tell me it’s $1200. I’m very disappointed, I was lied to. A waste of time, no one was apologetic.

Been in GA for 5 years I have finally found a dentist that Im comfortable with the atmosphere in the office is great. Everyone is friendly and courteous. They make sure your comfortable. I also love how the dental treatment plan is broken down into phases. Had a great experience with everyone whom help me in my treatment from the X-rays, the cleaning and my extraction. I would recommend GreenBriar Dental Care to everyone I know. It is worth the 1 1/2 hr drive.

I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled and Dr. Martinez was excellent. He made me feel comfortable and he literally pulled both in about two minutes. He was done so quickly I didnt have time to cry, lol. Dr. Clarke and her staff are always very nice and accommodating.

I was recommended to Greenbriar Dental Care from a co- worker after I had such a bad experience with another dentist, I was not to impressed when I heard Dr. Clark office was located at Greenbriar ( nothing wrong just never like the area). My Co- worker talked real good about Greenbriar Dental Care, so I said let me call and make a appointment, I believe my appointment was scheduled two days after I called. When I walked into the office on my first day I was very impressed, the atmosphere was pleasant, Dr. Clark whole staff is the up most friendly people. Wait time was not long. Called Greenbriar Dental care this morning to see if they could fit me in for an emergency extraction. They were able to schedule me for this afternoon and it was the best dental decision I could have made. From sign in to walking out I felt like I was a part if a family. Everyone took great care to explain and answer questions (and I ask a LOT of questions). The prices are affordable and best of all, they focus on your needs. Even though I thought I needed an extraction today, they explained my actual needs and took care to come up with a plan of action to get me where I need to be. They could have just pulled my tooth and sent me on my way, but they care so much more than that. I cant wait to go back for my next visit, and I look forward to taking my children for ALL of their dental needs as well.

Accused me of trying to commit fraud because I was speaking to my mother on the phone about a credit card number? Also insisted on her social security number beforehand when she wasn’t even a patient, told me I looked trashy and interrupted me consistently when I asked for the managers name. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy
