I have had only great experiences from visiting this office. Dr. Dennis is knowledgeable with lots of professionalism and a great personality. She and her team treated me well and made me feel comfortable in an environment that typically wouldve left me feeling anxious. I cannot recommend her enough!

Not so pleasant experience. So I went to this dentist first after researching for hours because I am new to the area. She proceeded to explain my issue and tell me that I need a root canal ok cool but first I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. She couldn’t do so she referred me. I had teeth removed. Recovering and then they told me I had to go back to this dentist. I go back and she tells me she don’t do root canals so at this point I’m in pain and frustrated. She sticks a needle in my mouth to numb it and refer me to another dentist but charged me for some information I already knew and X-ray that has already been taken. The pain after was excruciating. I wouldn’t recommend going to this dentist for serious issues maybe if you need to brush your teeth or get your teeth cleaned she may be able to do that. My spirit told me to just get up and leave. She asked why didn’t the other dentist do it? “Asked this when I walked in”(Unprofessional) because he didn’t specialize in root canals I answered. This would be one referring *** dentist. I have never!

I am going to start this review by saying that I have never been to the dentist in my life and I was looking to find an office that took that into consideration with me and my treatment. I found that her. Dr. Dennis and her staff is amazing and they make you feel appreciated from the moment you come in for treatment. I was nervous and scared but she put me at ease. I had 2 visits, the first for a basic cleaning and exam and the second was for extractions and fillings. I FELL ASLEEP DURING THE EXTRACTIONS. Yes, she is that good. And as far as recovery I only had pain that day and the next day I was eating solid foods (I shouldnt have but I was hungry and I had no pain at all). Would absolutely recommend her and I will continue to go to her in the future.

Ordinarily, I do not write reviews, but in this case, I find it necessary to publicize my experience and the consequences resulting from my visit to Peach Valley Dental. The fillings I received were undoubtedly the worst dental experience I have ever endured.Not only was I not as numb as I should have been, Dr. Dennis was extremely rough, constantly pulling and tugging on my face, neck and head. I was able to feel much of the poking and prodding during the filling.Dr. Dennis took off too much of my enamel and improperly rebuilt the wall of my tooth, causing me to undergo a redo of the filling THE SAME DAY, on the SAME tooth. A subsequent redo was also required because the she caused an extremely uncomfortable gap that is still present today.After the numbing wore off following the 2nd redo, I continued to feel discomfort, only to discover that my tooth was still high (I could not chew). Because of the anxiety and constant back and forth with Peach Valley, I decided to visit another dentist to have the tooth properly fixed. Upon checking, they IMMEDIATELY saw the high tooth and was able to fix it. They also informed me that due to the improper filling, I would potentially need a crown in the near future. During my visit with the new dentist today for my 6th month visit, I was informed that I would in fact need a crown because of how the fillings were installed. Now, I am forced to spend hundreds of dollars on two crowns as a result of improper fillings performed by Dr. Dennis.They did remove all remaining fees for the filling costs, but it does not make up for the emotional and physical distress and the delayed costs resulting from the crowns. This experience was VERY traumatic and I would not recommend. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Dr. Dennis was very condescending throughout my procedure criticizing my failure to floss effectively. She was heavy handed or maybe irritated with me and seemed to take it out on my mouth. She repeatedly told me I needed to step my game up and get it together. Im a laid back person so I suppose she felt comfortable criticizing me without fear of rebuttal. I would never recommend her to anyone I cared about.

Im all for supporting black businesses but the people at Valley lley Dental are unskilled, unprofessional. You will leave Valley Dental worse off then before you came in So please do not let them do your fillings. The anesthesiologist will leave you what permanent nerve damage & then you wont here from them again!!!! Peach valley promised that they would call me back to setup a follow up appointment with nerve specialist but Its been nearly 5months. I havent heard anything back from them!

I want to start out saying being in an office surrounded by professional Black women is a beautiful thing!! I was searching for a black owned dental office for my routine maintenance and was pleased to find Dr. Dennis. The entire staff is very welcoming. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but these ladies make you feel so comfortable. My hygienist, Safiyah, was the best. She took the time to get to know me and have a genuine conversation. Dr. Dennis exained, in great detail, what was going on with my teeth. She helped me understand my x-rays and broke it all down so that I could understand everything. Great customer service and conversation with each visit and interaction. I look forward to staying with them for quite some time.

Beware the dentist tell patients to write reviews & I believe the negative reviews are removed to make it look like a legitimate business but please dont come to peach valley Dental. This Is the reason i fear dentist!!! Before going to peach valley Ive never had any tooth pain or nerve damage but after getting fillings I was left with severe nerve damage. I made several complaints about tooth pain before they finally gave me a prescription for antibiotics & promised to follow up with me the next wk to see if antibiotics help or if the pain was caused by another issue. But they never called me back to follow up with my treatment &its been almost 2 month & Im still suffering in pain & barely able to eat. Ive lost weight bc I havent been able to eat properly!

First time in a long time going to the dentist but I loved everything about the service. Safiyah took my x-rays and was so friendly while she explained the procedure. During the cleaning she asked me to raise my hand when it hurt and stopped to let me relax when I did. Then I met Dr. Dennis who was friendly and funny. She asked me about my medical history and made me laugh a lot during her exam. The people at the reception were kind and Safiyah even gave me some Ibuprofen to take before going home so I wouldnt have any soreness after my gengivitis cleaning. All the doctors were kind and fun. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Dennis was friendly, delightful, knowledgeable, calm, and detailed as she gathered my medical history, cleaned my teeth, numbed my gums, and extracted a tooth. I couldnt have asked for a better experience than what she provided. The front desk consultant and dental hygienist were also very friendly and patient. The dental hygienist explained what was wrong with my gums and the steps I must take to get to a healthier place. In general it is essential for a patient to be treated with respect when receiving a service and it is beneficial to be taught how to improve their health habits. I received that at this location.Nov. 11 2019 came in for a deep cleaning on the right side of my mouth. Everything went great. It wasnt painful.

I love this dental office so much! My hygienist, Saffiyah, is so nice, and really cares about healthy gums and teeth. Dr. Dennis is great at explaining dental issues and what needs to be done to fix them, and she and her team really try to make me comfortable. Everyone in the office is warm and friendly.

This dental office is convenient by being close off of the Clairmont Rd exit on 75/85. There is a sense of community with caring staff members in a quaint space. I am most appreciative of my custom fit mouth guard that helps me sleep better at night and avoid tooth damage from grinding.

I came in when my other Dentist had no availability and I am so glad I did. Not only is the staff friendly, kind and supportive but Dr. Dennis took the time to educate me on my mouth and how things should be preformed. Dr. Dennis is courteous and efficient. She is one of the few dentists who does the teeth cleaning work. Many dentists have hygienists who do the teeth cleaning and then the dentists look in your mouth afterwards to say all is well. Not Dr. Dennis. Just had initial visit with Dr.Dennis and staff. Very professinal staff with very little wait time to be seen. It’s no secret that most people dread going to the dentist and I for one agree even though it’s a necessary part of our lives. I was referred by my sister and a friend of the family and I wasn’t disappointed. Dr. Kellie was very professional and even laughed at my craziness when I heard I her directive to her assistant to go and get the cow claw. I was shocked to hear that my tooth extraction would require the same instrument used on a cow. (Haha) Dr. Kellie and her assistant relieved my stress by visually showing me why it was called that. Overall the experience was great and I will continue to see Dr. Kellie for my upcoming appointments.

I had a great experience with Peach Valley dental. My first time there. They took time to make sure I understood everything from my dental benefits to the care I was to receive. I definitely recommend this dental practice and of course I will be back.

She called my teeth trash and said we don’t work on trash. I didn’t return and believes she is by far the most disgusting dentist I have ever met. She humiliated me and embarrassed me. She and he practice is filth. I was paying for my service out of pocket which would have been $5000-$7000 from previous estimates received. She told me to come back when I have insurance although she was accepting patients without insurance.

I dont know how anyone could have commented that Dr. Dennis office has horrible customer service. I took my mom for a procedure and they have treated her like a queen. I love the customer service so much, I decide this was the dentist for me. I have a real problem with germs and everything is so clean and procedures are taken to prevent contamination plus they have state of the art tools I did not see with my previous dentist. Me and my fiancé feel that this clinic is taking advantage of workmans comp paying that they really are not doing the best service possible for the patient. With him having a cracked tooth and in so much pain only motrin was given to him. Then the same day he had a crown put in it fell out. Really feel they could be doing a better job with the dental work that he needs.
