I absolutely love this place! The entire staff is kind and knowledgable. I followed my injector Maggie from another practice, this woman is a magician. She is EXTREMELY skilled at her craft. I also recommend Jessica for facials. I have had the best Hydrafacial experience with her. This place is 5 stars across the board. Highly Recommended!

Came here for a hydrafacial and a peel for the acne scarring on my back. I had really good results. Brooke was really knowledgeable about what would be good for my skin.

Incredible experience. Went in for a facial during COVID and the atmosphere was phenomenal. Staff took every precaution to make me feel safe and environment was clean as can be. In addition, Brooke, in particular was more than kind and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Waited 18 minutes then I was told I needed to wait another 30 because they were doing other services , I drove 2 hours in total plus rearrange my schedule around this appointment! I also have spent lots of money there so definitely they needed to calculate their timing better !

I had my first visit with Truffles Medispa last week and went for some botox for preventative reasons and I am very impressed. The front office was also very accommodating and friendly. I am VERY HAPPY with my results! Michelle not only answered my questions but took the time to talk with me about her approach given my bone structure, age, and desired results. She is an ABSOLUTE pro and definitely treats each patient specific to their needs. I HIGHLY recommend using Truffles Medispa if you are looking to a med spa in Atlanta!

Found my new favorite place to go for injections. The staff was incredibly friendly and the spa itself was very clean & professional. I told Courtney what i wanted & she took the time to talk with me & offer me options for the filler. Overall, i had a great experience.

We were in the ATL area for a little staycation and I booked an appointment with truffles medispa sometime Jun- August 2020 timeframe. We were greeted and Front staff seemed super friendly at first and facility looked clean. I did have the Hydrafacial. I wasn’t satisfied with my facial experience. In my first review I talked about my facial experience in detail and what I didn’t like about it. ( to make it short My esthetician left the room three times because she had forgotten something such as a headband, or when already putting on the acid for the hydra facial on half of my face she realized there wasn’t enough in the vile so she grabbed another one.. while leaving the acid in the mean time on my face.. a no no). Fact is: The room wasn’t set up and the facial wasn’t worth the price I paid.Today August 28th 2020, I received a phone call from management (Mexican lady at the front that upon visit was actually friendly but supriiiise .. keep reading) from this location and was asked a few question, for example, I was asked why I didn’t reach out to her, to give her a chance to resolve the issue vs me turning to google and post a review. What seemed like a sour and somewhat tense conversation at first ((from her making remarks such as “I would rather give you the money back, because we don’t need your money” or “your name used for the facial wasn’t the same like your gmail or card”) ...(I know, I know.. let me tell you, plenty of other people would have hung up on her then and there) ) turned into me calmly and actually friendly explaining my side of the story. This wasn’t my fault, it was an unprofessional facial and the reaction and tone from this so called front desk lady/ or management person calling me was just as unprofessional. Maybe that’s why staff is unprofessional. But weeellll, since I stayed calm we came to an agreement. I think its fair to say both sides made mistakes and we spoke of those (such as maybe I should have reached out to management first instead of making a review and her admitting that yes things went wrong during this facial and saying that the girl who gave me my facial was new and certain things could have been done better). Hopefully they will learn from them mistakes, nobody is perfect. The conversation de escalated towards the end. I took out a few details from my previous review and she refunded me the money. But I blocked their number and I would advice anyone else to do the same so you don’t get a rude call from this place only for writing an honest google review in which you explain that you received an unprofessional service here.

I wouldn’t go anyway else. To know that Michelle will do what I need is wonderful. I can’t express how much I appreciate her professionalism and Artist approach. I look years younger. Thanks Michelle for all you do for me.

Maggie was very knowledgeable an made me feel comfortable with getting Dysport Botox and Restylane Kysse fillers for the first time. Beyond happy with the results, I definitely recommend!!

I have been going to Truffles for years. I love my esthetician Jennifer Chiu. Jennifer does an awesome job with putting my skin issues at ease. She is amazing at the facials, and her knowledge about products is outstanding. She truly cares about her customers needs, and she will take care of you. This place is very clean and neat, and people are very friendly. I would highly recommend Truffles Medispa!

Everyone was very friendly, greated me as soon as I walked in the door, explained all the services to me, recommend a consultation. I had my consultation with Michelle and I was even able to recieve services the same day as my consult! Michelle was truly amazing, she guided me in which treatment to receive to achieve the results I desired and eased my nerves through the whole process. I decided to get Botox and filler (Juvederm and Voluma) and I could not be happier with my results! Everyone was very professional and the facility was beautiful! I will definitely return for more services in the future.
