I saw a virtual presentation by Dr Howie from Integral Health Studio organized by my employer. He showed how the bones of the neck become stiff due to prolonged sitting postures. I had been suffering from stiff neck and shoulder and decided to visit. After the initial assessment, I signed up for a series of visits during which regular chiropractic adjustments were done. I like the staff at Integral Health Studio. They are very courteous, professional and caring. After a month I already feel much better with more mobility in the neck and shoulders. Highly recommended for their service, knowledge and care.

I love Integral Health Studio for my chiropractic care! I’ve been a client for about a 1.5 yrs and they have helped address neck and back pain issues from the new working at home routines during the pandemic and now currently during my pregnancy. I wasn’t sure if seeing a chiropractor would help but I figured it was worth a shot.Within the first 4 weeks my neck pain has all but disappeared and hoping as I decrease to once a week sessions everything keeps like It should. The staff is sweet and I love how they knew my name within the first appointments without looking at appointment lists.

I’m 23 years old and I’ve never been to a chiropractor before I came here. I’ve had a childhood and young adulthood of playing sports, working hard labor jobs & eating a lot of junk food, so it’s safe to say that taking care of my body was hardly a priority for me.I come here to integral after realizing that I needed to see where I stand as far as my spinal health and overall posture and wellness. From the start I was introduced Kelly, if I said friendly, that would be a severe understatement of how she is. She makes the clients who come here feel very special. Every time I come in for a visit, she greets everyone who walks in the door by their name...even the delivery people! That is just something that amazes me. There is a warm glow about her. Also, Dr. Sebastian is amazing. He also makes his clients feel special with personalized conversations with each patient that he works on. He and I have talked about many things over the short time that adjustments take. And the interns who work here are integrated perfectly (see what I did there lol) among the team. They all have amazing chemistry together and I can tell they enjoy working with one another. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I feel much better.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! I came in with severe neck pain from previous injuries barely even able to move my neck comfortably and after almost 2 months I’m experiencing little to no pain at all and I never thought I’d be able to be escape the pain. Dr. Mike is definitely a life saver and I’d recommend him to anyone !

The Staff and Dr. Mike take very good care of my needs. They are very responsive and show genuine concern for their clients. They’ve provided great advice for continuity of care at home and until my next adjustment. I’m able to sleep through the night and I even walk better which I hadn’t been able to do before starting my care with Integral health. I now drive close to an hour for each appointment just to keep my body aligned and to continue having a good night’s rest!

This review is not on the quality of massage but rather their service thus I have opted for 2 stars as oppose to 1. I originally scheduled my appointment for Monday, October 11th, and I was really looking forward to my 1-hour massage. After receiving a call back, I was told that my massage would have to be rescheduled for after my travel as their practice was actually going to be closed out of observance for Columbus Day.I was assured that j would receive ample reminders ahead of my appointment, allowing the opportunity to reschedule. This did not occur. I received an automated text 24 hours ahead of my appointment with the option to reply, “YES” to confirm. I replied “Reschedule” immediately and so I was within my 24 hours. No confirmation text or reach out was received, and so, I called their office multiple times apparently during their “Administrative Break,” and left a message with my information to return my call to reschedule ahead of my appointment. I received zero response.Upon my third call, Kelly indicated to me that they received my message but “it has been crazy” and I would be unable to reschedule due to the Pandemic. This was never explained to me upon my initial reservation; Rather, I was assured that if I book my appointment in advance with them, I could reschedule my service for another available time. Disappointing service, and I suggest taking extra caution when booking your appointment with Integral Health Studio.

Was ref by a friend. The special was no cost for consult, xrays and a massage. I was in extreme pain and it was the er or these guys. I was hesitant bc i didnt know if my pain was muscular/nerve or kidney etc. Went in at 4pm, brief consult, 2 x-rays, then was told I would need to come back for results. Next appt 2 days later. I could not make the appt and asked what my x-ray showed - was it something they could help with or do I need to go to my reg doctor. They advised it was against hippa to discuss. After back and forth emails... they told me for $90 they would discuss my results over the phone. Scam to get people in. Note. I was not told it would be days later and another appt. I needed an answer the day I went in... not 2 days later. I called several other clinics and typical protocol is all done in one appt!

From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Amy greeted me with a smile and went over everything with me in detail and made sure I understood the flow and process of things. Both Dr. Sebastian and Dr. Krisel were very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my body and have guided me through my healing phase. I am not 100% yet but I definitely am better. Dr. Sebastian has been doing my adjustments and I can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and really takes the time to listen. A big plus for me is they focus on holistic approaches for healing which leads to a more permanent fix versus medication.

I’ve always had a positive experience when visiting Integral Health Studio. When I had a frozen shoulder, I was advised to receive PT which ended up being more painful and did not bring relief. I decided to go to IHS and Dr. Krisel treated and healed my shoulder with little to no pain. The staff has always been courteous and pleasant. I definitely recommend this Chiropractic group!

I moved into the area just 6 months ago and needed a doc close by because driving 45 minutes to my old chiropractor was defeating the adjustments. Dr. Hamilton gave me a program of adjustments then he and Dr. Howie worked their magic. Within 4 visits Im feeling absolutely marvelous! Im a HAPPY person. My lower back was taking its time holding an adjustment but now, they are holding. My goal was to stop walking like an EMPIRE Penguin and as of today...Goal has been reached!! Wonderful, caring doctors and staff! My chronic insomnia was cured after just a few sessions because I could finally sleep without pain. I felt so much better quite a few times I quit going before my treatments were complete and had to go back to finish up because the chronic pain and stiffness returned. The level of care is top notch. I started treatments in December 2019 with a very very sore neck and back. After ~10weeks I can rotate my neck and back significantly better than before. I was apprehensive about the neck adjustment portion of my care plan just because of bad press concerning that type of treatment, but Dr. Mike has been great taking care to address my concerns and at each treatment coach me through my anxiety. The facility is well maintained and clean. I have also been given the opportunity to experience a free 30 min massage for referrals. For the time allotted it was very comprehensive and I will definitely do it again. Last, but definitely not least the entire staff are warm, curteous, knowledgeable and patient. They have helped, for example, my childs ear complaints by improving drainage through neck adjustments. Overall an excellent and affordable means to improving and maintaining overall health.
