Dr. Mike is professional and very personable. He really cares and wants you to get better. Ive been a cosmetologist for 27 years. The usage of my hands and standing on my feet have taken a toll on my body. My feet had been in constant discomfort and pain. My fingers are partially numb as well. After the sound wave treatment and adjustments, I can feel a tremendous relief from pain from the first visit. I recently visited an orthopedic doctor who wanted to treat me with an anti inflammatory medication. I wanted to get to the root of my pain and heal holistically. I saw Dr. Mikes advertisement on Instagram and immediately called for an appointment. He got back with me right away. Dr. Mike was a God sent!

I had been diagnosed with a severe case of Plantar Fasciitis last August 2019. It seems that I had torn my plantar fascia muscle which is also bent on both feet. This condition is so painful. So painful that it had been hard to stand for even 5 minutes without being in extreme pain. I had received 6-8 weeks of PT that didnt help and then received cortisone shots one time that literally immobilized me. I had to walk on a cane for at least two days after that shot. I dont recommend that shot to anyone as it is a band aid. I had to start being my own advocate and do my own research. I came across acoustic wave therapy for chronic pain for several conditions including Plantar Fasciitis. Just so happened that Structural Based Therapy here in Atlanta offered the treatment that has helped so many individuals with chronic pain. Long story short, I visited with Dr. Mike who performed the wave therapy on me and I can truly say I am beginning to feel better. Dr. Mike listened to my complaints and assured me that I would see a difference with these treatments. The first 2 times were very uncomfortable, but less painful than dealing with the sharp pains from my condition. The next 2 times got a little easier as the injured tissue is healing. I am now on my 5th treatment and feeling much better. I recommend Dr. Mike and the acoustic wave therapy treatment. Dr. Mike is very experienced in this field and truly wants you to get better.
