This is my first time getting my nails done at Lush Bar as I am from out of town. Don did my nails exactly what how I wanted it. I wanted something cute, plain, and simple and he did just that. And Kayla did my feet! She is amazing! She took her time, hooked me up, has a very great personality and has wonderful customer service overall! They are a little pricey but if you want good quality service, this is the place to come.

I am from out of town and unfamiliar with any nail salons in the area. This one completely exceeded my expectations. I was a walk-in and they welcomed me and was able to sit me down and start my nails within the first two minutes. Tammy did my nails and she was the sweetest. She took her time but also did my nails efficiently. I was able to be out of there within 45 minutes with perfectly done nails. The place had a great amount of staff and everyone was super helpful and friendly, regardless if they were doing your nails or not. I will definitely be returning here next time I visit :))

I came in to get my nails done for a photo shoot, and Martin and Kat did an AMAZING job! I showed Martin the photo and he 100% understood the assignment. I’m obsessed with the work they did.

I love coming here because it’s always a luxurious experience. Today me and Sonya tried something different with color and marble effects, and I LOVE IT! I’m so happy that she was willing to be adventurous with me, and we both had a great time with the process! I’ve been here 3 times and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I went to Lush for a SNS correction + fill maniciure and requested Sonya because of her amazing reviews.I was not disappointed. Sonya is a master nail professional. She provided a comprehensive consultation and then worked with me to achieve the perfect custom high-quality look for me. I based the look on one of my husbands favorite palmstones... the Blue Goldstone. I love the look and feel of my mood changing nails!!! Huge thank you to both Lush Nail Bar at Atlantic Station and my new nail artist, Sonya! By the way, parking was a breeze. The salon was super clean and beautifully decorated. I was warmly greeted by Evana, the assistant manager. She was super helpful and I am a fan of their online booking system and the option to pay via CashApp. I look forward to my next service at Lush Nail Bar!!!

Wish I could give a zero star. The service was terrible and I not only got three nail technicians working on my one set of nails, but the nails turned out terribly. For the price of 107 dollars, the results were exceptionally atrocious as seen by the photos. The last photo was what I asked for and what came out of this visit was downright upsetting. It was bumpy, the design was botched up and the lady who worked on the design made it seem like she was in a time crunch and rushed through the design.

My nails were done nicely however my eyebrow waxing was a completely different experience. It was very evident that the young lady doing my brows didn’t know what she was doing because she was indecisive and kept consulting with her coworker just to do a simple eyebrow shaping. Firstly she burned me then proceeded to tell me that she can’t arch my eyebrows because of how they’re naturally shaped which is crazy because I’ve had my brows arched to my liking thousands of times. I told her to let someone else do it and the second lady came in and was VERY RUDE and told me to go back to the people I normally go to to get my brows done . She carelessly finished my other eyebrow and this is the result. I would have let it slide if the second lady wasn’t so rude with her response. Won’t be getting another dime from me and I live right across the street!!!

The nail tech was sweet but did a horrible job on my nails. I got a gel manicure and the gel was bubbly, my nails were trimmed/filed unevenly, and looked like regular clear polish. I paid 36$ + 30% tip for something I could’ve done at home, honestly.

I want to start this by saying Kayla absolutely did an amazing job on my gel pedicure; she took her time, cut/clipped my cuticles to perfection and painted my toes really well. I give HER a 5/5: professional, sweet, and timely.Now as for the older lady (forgot name) who did my nails, I give her a 0/5. To start, she kept trying to upsell me asking me a total of 5 times within 2 minutes “did I want to upgrade to added nails, add gel to nails, etc” after repeatedly being told no. So I have this lady in my face making me feel uncomfortable, like the gel pedicure and basic manicure I was getting wasn’t enough. THEN, she did the worst manicure job ever. I went yesterday, July 27, 2021 at 3pm. Tell me why, it’s the next day, TODAY, July 28, 2021 at 1:30 pm and my nails look like my 11 year old sis did them. When I tell ya’ll, I’m sitting here confused like huh how? It hasn’t even been 24 hours gahh dang. Now I’m aware gel makes polish last longer, but I always get manicures with regular polish because I always switch up my nails. I just want to know why is the paint coming off like this, and I paid $80 AND tipped 20%. It’s giving…. somebody needs to either go back to nail school or pick another career. I will never ever come back, and stick to going to MOD nails on Ponce instead.*They most definitely over charge, especially for gel: gel is more $, but nahhh, they’re capped out on the prices.

My nails were very well done. And Ive never seen blacks working at a Asian nail salon. That was different, I had my hands and feet done at the same time. Ive also been very picky on where I go. But this was bad very pricey but worth it. My toes and nails look amazing. No complaints Im simple sally just gel nails thats it.

I wish I could give this salon 3.5 stars. The woman who did my nails was very kind and friendly. She provided great customer service. The salon itself was nice and clean. My nail job was just OK. I got a shellac manicure and the basic pedicure. My right thumb chipped within a couple of days, which really should not happen with shellac. It cost me about $60-65. I just moved to ATL. I thought that was a little steep, but it seems be standard for the area. Overall, it was an OK experience, but if this salon isnt close to your house, I wouldnt go out of my way to go there.

Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Nail tech rushed me off and assumed I didn’t want clear polish because I’m a dude 😑. As you can see, the tips of my nails are still dirty. She told me to air my nails off about 5 to 10 min but after about 2 min rushed me away. Oh she also charged me 6 extra dollars to remove my previous gel but told me it would be $5. Where they do that at???

Vicky and Don were truly awesome. Vicky did awesome on my pedicure. My feet feel and look amazing! Don got my nails together exceedingly! This was my first visit and it will not be my last!

[Elizabeth, didnt get the other name]I got an ombre full set w/ design by Nikki, im so happy with it. Simple but very cute.My husband and I both got the King/Queen pedicures w/paraffin wax for him; Mimi was AMAZING.Place was packed, but they didnt miss a beat. Very quick and wonderful service. I cant wait to go back!

My nails are simply gorgeous. My technician- Sonia -suggested that I try a different type of manicure and it turned out beautifully. I was in and out in one hour and the value was good. I will be back!

The pedicures were good, but a guy came & put my gf’s hands in baggies of acetone & then went over to do someone else’s nails. Her hands were soaking for damn near an hour before we asked about it.. pedicures were done & we are still sitting, waiting for someone else 30 minutes after being finished for someone else to even come touch her nails while other walk-ins who sat down after us are finished. No accommodations being made to get her nails done & can’t just leave with them looking how they are. Picture is after almost 2 hours from sitting down.

This place is awesome I totally loved it! They have great service and very friendly and professional staff! Too bad I don’t live in Atlanta cause this would by my spot for sure! Only thing is they aren’t serving the drinks due to COVID-19! It’s still worth the trip! Thanks to all the staff there!

PRO: The staff is nice, there are never really long waits (even when the place is crowded) and the location is very convenient to where I live. CONS: However Lush is OVERPRICED!!! $115 for a full set and a gel pedicure?!?! They charge extra shaping your nails (i.e. almond shape, stiletto)... I mean, isnt shaping your nail apart of the service already. They also charge for French manicures (which isnt unheard of)... but they use the white nail tips, so that they dont have to actually paint it. If that is the case, what exactly are they doing that they wouldnt do for a regular full set??? NOTHING! And on top of it... my pedicure started chipping after two days and two of my French nail tips broke after four days. Ive been going here for years, but Im looking for a new nail salon. Lush is overpriced and the services do not reflect what they charge.

Fave place to go to get my nails done!! The ladies at the front desk are very warm and welcoming. In addition to always doing a great job, the staff is friendly. Their dip/SNS manicures are great and last 3-4 weeks. Their gel pedicures are also well done. While the prices might be on a bit of the higher side, I think its worth it because of both the quality of the job and the relaxing/aesthetically pleasing atmosphere.

I love lush bar. They have great selections of colors especially gel. When I go I get a pedicure and waxing. The waxing is so clean that I dont have to get waxed for 3 weeks at a time. I dont break or get a rash on my face which lets me know that they are clean and their method are sterile. Definitely a must go if visiting Atlantic station or want a pedicure/ manicure that LASTS.

As a treat my friend and I went to this salon on Friday night with AN APPOINTMENT for a manicure and pedicure. We both received the “Like a boss” pedicure for $68 each. This was my first time at this location and I must say it was very chaotic. Very packed with no social distancing in this facility.Since we both wanted specialty manicures, I needed my old gel set removed. Between them forgetting to file both hands and leaving my hands in acetone for ONE hour and 20mins, I was dissatisfied with the service. When I tried to ask, I got quickly dismissed from two employees. After asking a third person, she apologized for the “delay” and said there’s another 1 hour wait to get my manicure done. While my friend received a manicure quickly, I was stuck waiting for my pedicure to dry with my hands in acetone. I spoke to the manager not wanting to do the manicure but the damage was already done. My fingers were throbbing and my hands were 10x worst. What made me mad was the none communication. Waiting 1 or 2 hours for a manicure with an appointment is bad. Waiting with your hands in ACETONE for over an hour is physically PAINFUL!Upon seeing my hand the manager did agree to take the gel off my nails. However, my fingers were hurting and throbbing for 2 days. Having spent 300 dollars, I’d expect better service.The only reason I’m giving this TWO stars is because the pedicure was good and the manager was understanding. The negligence on the other hand forced me to book a doctors appointment. Luckily, the pain finally subsided otherwise legal action would have been underway. Lack of attention to customers, global pandemic, and sloppiness leads to bacterial infections and fingernails falling off. I really hope this salon can fix the systems and processes, but I WILL NOT be returning to their salon.

I needed a pedicure BADLY so I looked up a highly rated location near me. The verdict: This is the best nail salon experience Ive ever had. The customer service was on point, the ambiance was calm and upscale, and the other customers were pleasant to be around! I had a cooled plastic wine cup for my Riesling, and my nail tech took his time! The conversation wasnt forced at all. I wish I got his name, because Id love to give him a shout out! Im usually anxious when Im getting a pedicure because I hate getting nicked but that didnt happen here! They take their time with you! Prices were also reasonable, which is a huge plus in my book.

My nails came out worse than what I came in with. My nails were done by Kayla. Although she was a sweet person my SNS came out lumpy and very uneven. I had high hopes because of the location and how nice the place is kept but Kayla should not be doing nails.

I picked one regular pink color and one regular gold glitter color for a regular basic manicure $18 on May 18, 2021. Based on my previous experiences here multiple times, the glitter layer is harder to remove than the regular nail polish. So I asked the manicure person to paint the glitter layer half of my nails only. When I checked out at the front desk, the blond short straight hair lady from Vietnam (who typically work at the front desk) charged me an additional $8, which is $26 in total. I was very surprised and told her that I am here for $18 basic manicure service only. Then she yelled at me with very loud voice saying it is a special design that requires special techniques which is more than an additional $8 charge.I told her that I’ve been here 1-2 times per month and nobody has told me putting a glitter half on my nails would cost $8 while you guys actually save half amount of nail polish. If any special design costs additional charge, you should communicate with the customer first and let the customer know before doing it. She yelled at me in front of everyone like I committed a crime and none of her colleagues discovered my crime before. And she yelled that she is giving me an exception today like I owed her 8 million dollars. I am very disappointed with the service that I got today. However, this is the second time that I got very rude service from the same blond hair Vietnamese lady for no reason. A few months ago, I walked in and there was no other person was available to do the basic manicure. She’s working at the front desk but she said she can do it for me. When she cleaned up my cuticles, suddenly she asked me to pay her in advance without finishing the service. I turned down her request and told her that I would like to pay after receiving the entire service. Actually she did very poorly but I still tipped her 20% to thank her saving my time. However, I’ve never asked her to do my nails ever because she does nails poorly. I hope the manager can supervise and correct her rude behavior and her low quality of the service.

Ive been here a total of 4 times since the beginning of March 2021. My nails have been done nicely each time and each time I have tipped the staff that have done the work. My only issue is the prices. I need to see the pricing listed so that I dont have to ask and get different amounts.

Tracey and CeCe provided high quality, prompt service and I left feeling happy, relaxed, and beautiful! Ask for them for pedicures and manicures! I look forward to my next appointment with them :) Of note: the decor in the salon is beautiful, especially the massive & sparkly chandelier hanging over the pedicure area. My only regret is not asking for champagne (which I’m sure would’ve been given to me), but to be fair my appointment was in the morning!

I’ve been going to lush nail bar for a few years now and I’ve had several different technicians do my nails. They all do a pretty good job. I also like that they are making sure patrons and staff are wearing masks during the pandemic and that everything is clean and safe.

This is the end result after one hour and a half of trying to get SNS. Apparently the color I chose they didn’t have enough of it but instead of telling me to choose another color she tried to make it work. There was an immediate red flag when she came over with another nail tech to tell me about the polish color. I asked the nail tech is this her first time doing S&S and she said no. It was at that very moment I should’ve requested someone else or they should’ve told me she was not good at SNS. The end result was bumpy, lumpy, wide, cracked polish, unnatural looking shape and 90 min of my time and $40!/Someone else tried to fix it and instead of her starting over she thought it would be a good idea to just change the color, that was not a good idea. I feel like I have 35 layers of polish on top of my nails and you can clearly see the second color on the sides!The shape is horrible! This nail tech shouldn’t even be doing nails she should be back in school training. I was told I can come back... that’s the solution... they did make me pay before I left. I will have to go back and do this all over again only because I’ve already paid for it. Hopefully they assigned me to a much more experienced nail tech.

I PAID $65 for SNS and GOT 5 CUTS ON MY BOTH HANDS! You can see them from my pictures and they have been hurting! One was bleeding so I didnt notice the pains from the other 4 fingers in the salon. The nails design was not even what I asked for, both of my ring fingers have different designs. I called last night to ask if I could get the appointment with a nice nail artist, they said no, so today I went there and the front desk lady assigned me to a new first day working girl Jessica and she cut my 5 fingers and not even noticed until I said something. Plus, she didnt even offer any hand lotion and massage. Terrible customer service! When Jessica said the nails were done, I asked a couple of times if I could wash my hands, she just ignored me and talking to others, which made me really upset. Jessica didnt have the capacity to make the right design that I showed, so even if I asked her to, I didnt think it would change. To be honest, I dont like both of my two ring fingers designs, they are totally different from the photo I provided. I even wasted my phone batteries showing the photo all the time to make sure the design was on the same track, but no... If your store cant provide equal quality as the rest of the nail techs, I am sure I will not visit Lush Nail Bar again!

Today was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. I have found my nail salon in Atlanta. I had an appointment for a mani/pedi and requested Vicky. She was SO amazing!! I absolutely adore her!Upon entering the hostess/receptionist was nice and professional. They stay busy though. I would suggest having an appointment for sure. Disappointing experience...Experience: I booked online and picked a specific nail tech. Once I got there it was pretty clear they had no record of my booking and gave me a different nail tech. The place felt cluttered and dusty, especially for a weekday and only a few clients being in the salon. The lady was nice enough but the mani and YOLO (not most basic level) pedi were rushed and completed in less than 55 minutes. The tech used an electric file on my nails, which is fine, but she was filing my skin, so much so that I ended up with a rather large cut on my toe making it painful to walk with.Quality: I got the gel manicure and YOLO polish pedicure. The gel on my nails had streaks and didnt look great. Within 24 hours of getting the mani one of my nails had already chipped and a few days later one of my toe nails chipped as well which usually never happens to me. Within 8 days of getting the Gel mani, each nail had started to peel off and a few days later it was all gone. Ive never had a gel mani last less than 2 weeks.Price: The total was more expensive than the salon I regularly go to, even though Lush spent less time on my nails and the quality really wasnt there. Later, looking at the receipt I wanted to make sure I was charged appropriately. In checking their prices online I noticed:1. The YOLO pedicure comes with a glass of champaign I was never offered.2. I believe I was charged a 3% fee without warning, simply for paying with a credit card.The only positive point was the callus removal which left my feet fairly soft. Overall, I would not recommend this place for someone who wants a good value.

My nails and toes look exactly how I pictured in my mind each time, Vicky made sure to fix my toe nail shape and is always friendly.

Don’t waste your money, look at the actual pictures from reviews on here. I only came here because the place I wanted was booked and I thought it had decent reviews and was worth a shot. The good reviews you see are from being blinded by being offered wine/champagne and overly chatty techs. They give you all that and over sell the pleasantries so you don’t notice how awful of a job they’re doing on your nails. Didn’t even let me finish picking out a color before that rushed me to a seat, fine maybe they were just excited to be helpful, but then kept trying to up sell me. Worse than a car dealership. After I politely refused her attitude changed. She was very rough with my nails/hands to the point where I verbally cried out, didn’t even take the time to push back my cuticles or prep my nail beds in any way, and did a very sloppy job of painting. I also had a pedicure where the girl who did my feet was friendly but barely did the minimum when it came to scrubbing. She at least got my cuticles, so one point out of a hundred for that :/ I paid over $100+ for services here and I definitely regret, will not be going back and wouldn’t recommend. Mediocre at best, save your money and go else where. These are my nails after only ONE day, they look like they’ve been on weeks. I wish I hadve seen all these mistakes before I left.

Tracy ALWAYS does an amazing job! I never have to tell her what I want, she always finds the best colors for my skin tone and the best shape for my fingers. Anybody who goes to this shop needs to ask for Tracy.

Fave place to go to get my nails done!! The Evana at the front desk are very warm and welcoming. In addition to always doing a great job, the staff is friendly.

I love Lush. I come here all the time. A piece of advice: if you come here a lot, stick to who you know. Last weekend was wild.On Saturday, I went in the shop and realized that the tech who usually does my nails wasn’t there. The lady who did my nails charged me for a manicure she didn’t do and $20 for beads on two fingers that fell off 15 minutes after I got done. She gave me the wrong color and tried to tell me I was mistaken and when I asked for tapered square, she tried to do coffin (which I’m assuming is more expensive). She cut my fingers horribly multiple times because she began to rush and had an attitude that I didn’t like how my nails were turning out. She definitely tried to get over on me and I was furious. I wasn’t going to come here again.I went back on Sunday and let them know everything that was going on. I got seated with Sy who I see all the time in the shop and he made the world of difference. He listened to what I wanted, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, made sure I liked the way my nails were turning out every step of the way, and covered the cuts on my fingers for minimal pain. He took his time and was extremely considerate. I will definitely come to him from now on.Thank you Sy!!!!! 💕

The prices for the nails are quite expensive. I wanted SNS nails but they did not have the color I wanted, but the next color they gave me was beautiful! The service for my manicure was amazing. However, when I got my pedicure, I decided I wanted regular navy nails. The woman insisted that I get gel nails and I told her specifically that I did not want matte nails, but she put the topcoat on anyway. I was very satisfied with my manicure though.

Pedicure was great but the nail tech was horrible with a horrible attitude and his work shows. I got a full set and within 4 days I’ve already lost 2 nails.& they make up their prices. You could go for the exact same thing & I swear each time you’re getting a different total.Save your time and money

My favorite place! Drive almost an hour and 30 minutes just to have their service. They introduced me to SNS and I had it ever since. Love the energy and vibes from the overall establishment!

Wasn’t impressed with this place @ all. The receptionist was probably the nicest part about this place. My service wasn’t completed & the way she painted my nails I could’ve done a better job it was sloppy & not cleaned up.. super disappointed in my service & would not return.

I love Lush Nail Bar! My Nail tech is Sey ( I hope I spelled it right). He is very talented especially when it comes to nail designs. If youre looking for a nice nail salon Lush Nail is a go to!

Came by today to get a basic pedicure and ended up getting an upgraded one with oils and hot towels. Then, I also added a manicure with a shiny buff. I am very pleased with the services and my tech, Mimi was great. I enjoyed the red wine. Thanks! Ill be back!
