Some smalls finishing details like cleaning dark color off skin after coloring and blow drying hair completely before styling with curls so they hold longer would be awesome. Went from shoulder length hair to a pixie cut for the first time. Kristen walked me through everything she was doing and made me feel at ease; I highly recommend her if youre looking to go short! She also styled my hair with a few products, but didnt push me to purchase anything, which I appreciated. The rest of the staff and the atmosphere were great too.

It was my first time visiting this salon and I loved that it was artsy and trendy. I thought it was a little pricey but Megan did an amazing job. She was sweet and professional and we talked the whole time through the process, which made the time go fast. Overall it was a great experience.

Came in for my first ever hair coloring and chose to do balayage with Christi. She did a fabulous job! I love my color and most importantly I love that my hair wasn’t damaged and I came away with still healthy and shiny hair after such an extensive treatment. I also loved how it was styled. The attention to detail, friendliness and expertise of each stylist that worked on my hair was something I haven’t experienced elsewhere. Thank you ladies for making this an amazing experience for me! I will definitely be retuning!!

I went specifically for a curly haircut and color. When I told the stylist I use permanent haircolor because I like something that will stay in my hair because my job makes it difficult to consistently come to the salon, she told me that there was no reason for me to use permanent color and used a semi-permanent gloss; my roots now still don’t match my ends, which is disappointing considering the cost of this semi-permanent color (same price as permanent I found out). Picture below of gray hair I was excited to have covered with color that is still bright gray on top of my head. When it came to the deva cut, there were no deva curl type products at the salon, and when I brought up the fact that the alcohol-based products put on my hair had given me what I can only describe as wavy frizz nothing like my natural loose ringlets the response was that the good thing about curls is they always change. No, they don’t. I even showed pictures of what my normal curl texture is. And if I’m paying for a haircut that is specific for my curls and texture, then I expect my curls to look better than normal. I immediately went home and washed the product out of my hair. $200 poorer and very disappointed.

Came in with my girlfriend to get old dye jobs retouched and I cannot recommend Kristen enough!!!! She was such a great time and truly an amazing stylist. She corrected and explained issues my old stylist had made with my hair, was genuinely enthusiastic and excited about helping both of us achieve our hair goals, and was super kind and understanding about us being late to our appointment. I would recommend anyone go to her if they want to leave the chair with a fun, unique, and amazingly executed hair color!

Is my first time that my stylist does not depend in flat iron to get good results. The color i asked , she gave me the exact results from the photo! And the cut , i love it! The results? I have gone three times now, all to Kristen. To start, Covid caused me to grow my hair past my shoulders. I spent a week researching pixie haircut stylists and Kristen is the one. My pixie is the first time in 6 years I have smiled after a hair appointment and felt beautiful without having to wait a few days to adjust to the hair. Kristen talked to me and made sure she knew what kind of pixie I wanted and we looked at pictures I brought in.Since then I have been back twice for trims to keep the pixie. Shes been great everytime and is a joy to talk to as well.The only con I have is the first time I went I ended up waiting over half an hour past my appointment because of a schedule issue, but I was so happy with my pixie I really dont mind that I had to wait for Kristen.The other stylists have been nice as well, even if I havent been cut by them.

Christie was so fun! We had a blast talking about food and restaurants. (Brittany also visited and chimed in, being new in town I haven’t had girl talk lately!). But besides having an awesome time, Christie is fantastic at her job. She clearly knew what she was doing, so from the beginning I felt relaxed. For the first time ever, I walked into the salon and I felt welcomed. CRYSTAL! Is the best! She pays attentions, she cares, She listens to what you want done for like 10 minutes to make sure you get the best of her, she explains things as she goes, and she is really knowledgeable. I showed her a picture and tell her what I wanted and she TOP IT OFF! I drove 1.5 hours just to see her and I have no problem driving every time to get the results I got. Great service, prices are reasonable. GO CHECK HER OUT!!

I loved my experience from the moment I clicked on their site. I use to work for a high end salon as a receptionist, so it helps what to know what to look for. The Cherry Blossom exceeded my expectations. Especially during this irregular times. The style is super cute and everyone was doing a great job to keep the environment clean! My stylists Dee, was phenomenal. As soon as I showed her what I wanted and clearly communicated my daily routine, she met my needs and some! Thank you for being open and giving my hair it’s bounce back.

My hair looked great the day it was done. But as soon as I washed it and all of the toner they put in it began to fade I could see that it was done very poorly. I then had to go get it redone. The woman doing my hair was very dry and subtly snarky. I don’t remember her name. Frankly it’s just a below than average salon with evidently inexperienced hair stylists and I wasted my money.

My experience started with a young lady with a nice smile who checked me in and offered me beverages Bonus tip: I think they offer a variety of beverages that range from water to white/red wine.Dee was my hair stylist and she greeted me with such warmth and kindness as if we were friends or family. She took the time (none of my previous in-town stylists did) and listened to how this one and only stylist could tame my cow-lick and created some awesome bangs. She understood and started analyzing my hair and see how it falls. She asked several questions so that she can advise me that certain bangs were going to be high maintenance. While cutting, she also gave me little pro tips on how to style my bangs.She was personable and posses such great talent. There was not an ounce of arrogance detected in her bone.Im so extremely happy to finally find my perfect match stylist thats only 10 minutes away. Thank you so much, Dee!

I love this salon! I was really nervous coming in because I had never dyed my hair before but Jessica was super nice and understanding and talked me through everything. She was a really good conversation partner too. The two ladies who helped her with my hair was also awesome. Jessica did exactly what I asked for and Im really happy with my hair! The customer service here is really good and the vibes were too. I would visit again most definitely.Edit: Its been two weeks now and my hair still looks great!Edit: I went back to get my hair redone and it was as good as ever.

TLDR; didn’t like my color (way too dark) they refused to fix it despite their policy listed online, told me off on the phone for asking for it to be fixed. Not worth the $300 you spend.I came here for my second time recently. I came in with icy blonde hair and left with brown (100% not what I asked for). My stylist and I looked at a reference picture I had on my phone, multiple times, during my appointment to make sure she understood what I wanted. I’m sure the colorist did her best, so I will not be mentioning her name to bash her (plus, she is a super nice/cool person), but it came out super dark and not at all what I wanted.I tried to see if I could adjust to the color, since I don’t like complaining. After 3 days, I just didn’t feel like myself. Per their website they will “be happy to correct it (the color) with no additional charges” if you “are having challenges with your cut or color”. I emailed them and told them I was having a hard time adjusting to it and it felt too dark. I received an email back telling me, essentially, too bad that’s what you asked for. I called them and spoke with Vanessa, the manager. I explained to her that I showed a picture that we referenced about 5-6 times during my appointment so there is no way I asked for this. I tried to explain that I was just asking for what their website says they do. I assumed they stood by their work.Vanessa proceeded to yell at me and tell me off. She said she heard me ask for this (though she was not there that day multiple people had told me). And that they did what I asked for so they wouldn’t fix it. I explained to her what their website said and said I wasn’t complaining about the stylist, that it was just darker than I wanted and I would like it to be fixed. (My boyfriend heard the conversation on speaker phone and told me not to go there because with the way the MANAGER was speaking to me, they would retaliate and totally mess my hair up). After 10 minutes of her yelling at me, I asked to speak with the owner. She told me the owner wasn’t in so I asked if she could call me tomorrow. Vanessa goes “yep” and hangs up on me.5 minutes later the owner called me. She told me, just as Vanessa did, their website is wrong. They don’t fix your color if you don’t like it. They will “only fix it if your hair is pink or green”. What?? I tried to explain where I was coming from and how pink, green, or brown, it shouldn’t make a difference. Eventually she ended up telling me I could have my money back.They don’t stand by their work, if your hair doesn’t come out the way you want they won’t fix it. I have never spent $300 on my hair just to be yelled at, told I’m wrong, and tough luck.Definitely will not be returning here. There are more affordable salons in the area that will do what you want, and fix it if you aren’t satisfied.Update!!! Owner called me very quickly after I posted this review. She yelled at me the whole time, expressing her frustration with my review. She wanted me to take it down. She told me that because she refunded my money the situation was done and I shouldn’t post my review. She said that she was going to respond and say I am lying, I told her I would post text message screen shots between us to prove I’m not- to which she said “please don’t.”Be very careful doing business here. I have a feeling there aren’t many bad reviews because she has people remove them.

As a guy with curly hair, it takes a high level patience and experience to cut my hair and Andrea certainly offers that and more. Andrea is gentle, thorough yet still very efficient and genuinely a pleasant person to sit with. Without question, the best experience I have had at a salon in years.

Visited Cherry Blossom for an eyelash lift a couple of weeks ago. GA is still experiencing cases of COVID-19 so the salon is taking all the proper CDC procautions: limited staff, limited guests, sanitizers, masks etc. The space was very clean. Christi did a very good job on my eyelash lift. She was professional and quick. I was in and out before the end of my lunch break.. I enjoyed my visit to Cherry Blossom and hope to come back for more services like lash tinting and brow work. Thank you Cherry Blossom.

Keirsta painted my hair to an iridescent purplish blue perfection! She really listened to what I wanted my hair to look like. She provided excellent feedback showing experience and knowledge of the Vivid Coloring process. Keirsta custom made each of my colors (2 blues for the blue; 2 purples for the purple; 2 pinks for the magenta) then hand painted each layer to follow the pattern of my natural hair line.The customer service was delightful! Hannah had me checked in right when I arrived. I was offered a variety of beverages. Check out was easy with the days total and the next appointment all ready to go. Professional and pleasant.

Lida is the best!! She actually listens to what I want and asks questions to clarify her understanding of why I’m trying to describe. She’s a phenomenal hair stylist and a great conversationalist the whole time. 2.5 hours feels like 30 mins. Love this lady!The salon is very cute and trendy as well. This place is great. The lady at the front signed me in and they offered me and my guest something to drink while we waited. We only waited maybe 10 minutes, just enough time to look around at the merchandise. (Being someone whos been in sales I noticed but very much appreciated their low key sales technique) the lady who greeted me was professional and she had great interpersonal skills. My hair stylist was Kevin and I couldnt be happier with his work. He is a very talented individual to say the least and Id definitely go back.

This was my 2nd time coming to this salon and I will not be back ever again. I went to Jessica for a cut and color. The color she excels at but cannot cut curly hair to save her life. I have very curly hair and asked for layers but got none except around my face which left me with hair that looked fat after I wore it curly again a week later. She also straightened out the length in the back, which I purposely keep as a point to create more depth when curly, so now all the length was cut far more than the 1/2” I asked for. I immediately scheduled a correction cut with Dee that was recommended to me as knowledgeable for curly hair. Well she sure did give me the layers! She did so much in fact that I can’t even put all my hair in a pony tail! I have extremely short layers now that are so much shorter than the rest of my hair that it looks like a complete hack job with extreme length differences that are very choppy, inconsistent, and so far from gradual that every stylist should know to do. I have never received such bad cuts in my life and I’ve literally lived all over the world! Curly hair girls, do NOT go here. All I can do now is wait for my extremely slow growing hair to grow out again and I just want to cry because it looks so bad!

I really appreciated the time that Jessica and later Karney took to make sure that I was happy with the color of my hair. Jessica was patient with me and helped to explain how some of the processes worked. She also helped me understand how things like a Brazilian Blowout works (I will definitely be back for this). Although I was expecting more layers, both ladies explained why with ombre coloring it really would mess up the effect and having longer layers would be best. I appreciated being educated by them and not just told no you dont want to do that. Im the kind of person that always wants to know the why and the information about how things work and I really never had to ask as they seemed to care that I understood the why for everything. Both ladies were personable and conversation was fun. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

The ladies here do wonders, I specifically see Madeline and Jamie. Never disappointed with their services. Jamie does wonders with color and cuts, my recent visit was great. I have been getting endless compliments since my new hairdo! Love this place and definitely recommend this place.Great products too, good thing they are not pushers for sales!
