I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. They are very professional. I love Sana as she is the ONLY person I trust to do my eyebrows & waxing. As a woman of color, she does a great job with my waxing...never disappointed!

I got a cut and highlights. The top half of the hair was highlighted. The bottom half didn’t show through. The highlights were so aweful and uneven. I wanted to cry. I told her and she said well there is nothing we can do. You can call Groupon and have your money refunded but we won’t fix anything. So rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Everyone is always so nice and friendly, Sana is a superstar and the other ladies are just ad good.

My 15 year old daughter was having her first color treatment done an on her dark brown hair. She asked for blonde highlights. My daughter was nervous not knowing what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised when Rabarb came over and answered all Amelia’s questions. She was so kind and patient! When her highlights were revealed, they were absolutely beautiful, there were variations in the color which gave it depth! She did a magnificent job! I highly recommend this salon! Rabarb is wonderful!

This is the only place in Atlanta where I go to get threaded...Ive been going here for the past 5 years and I cant say enough good things about them. Ive never had a bad experience and the level of service I receive has always exceeded my expectations.

Ruined my eyebrows. I asked for natural and full and specifically told her not to take off a lot of hair— she made the brow all one thickness across. Do not go here expecting people to understand what you want. Be prepared to have to basically demonstrate how to thread your brows and do not depend on them to get it right. Disappointed and won’t be back. It’s worth it to pay more and go elsewhere to get it right.

Best brows in town. I’ve been a loyal client for years and Sana does our family’s brows hands down the best. If you’re looking for the BEST EYEBROWS Trust Sana with them she’s fast and flawless with the brows. I used to go to her and Bunsi and have tried others but my favorite is Sana because she knows my arch and the way I like my brows. All I have to do is get in the chair. I like mine full like Kim K and the picture that was on the wall from years ago with the lady with the flawless arch and she gets them on point every time. I’m super sensitive and I don’t even break out in hives anymore with her gentle touch. She’s the best! The owner is really nice and friendly too. I love the renovations and he price is very affordable too. Their henna is also affordable and the staff is nice. The boutique next door is really cute and the lady Natasha is nice and you can find some fabulous unique items especially accessories. I literally drive across town to get my brows done here because she knows her stuff and I love the service and the way they accent my brows too.

Sana is awesome! I only let her thread my eyebrows. Ive learned my lesson by going to other salons. By surprise, I was actually the only client in the salon this past Saturday. I was shocked, but Id encourage one to schedule an appointment. Sana does an amazing clean job.

Laila I don’t know if I’m spelling her name correctly however she does my brows so perfect I like the length the shape and the thickness. She’s great and the employees and management is awesome as well.

I have eyebrows like Bert (Bert & Ernie). Whenever I get threaded here people stop me on the street to tell me how great my eyebrows look. Ive gotten them done everywhere all over the US &. Georgia, but Every time I go here I Always get compliments from family to perfect strangers. Would die without this place. Yes the old man usually there to help sign in seems a bit gruff, but hes very sweet and you know youre awesome if you can get him to smile. They do beautiful Henna body art too.The hair stylist seems a bit dated when I see here results on patrons.I been going here for over 5 years. The threading is the holy grail even if they dont use the scented powders or thicker threads that I honestly do like other shops use. They have amazing results consistently.Thats all.

Ive been coming coming to Hair Images for over 12 years now. Theyre the only place in town that I trust for my brows and my waxing. Great service, friendly staff and Im usually in and out with an appointment. It can get pretty busy on the weekends, but youre usually seen pretty quickly with an appointment. Love this place!

Ive been going to Hair Images for eyebrow threading for several years now. I dont go frequently as my eyebrows are naturally pretty sparse and I dont need to. When I do go I am always greeted (I dont even think they recognize me they just say hello). I dont have one person that I go to in particular but I do know no matter who you are there to see, appointment or not (I dont even make appointments anymore), you will wait.Thats my only complaint about the place, waiting, other than that, excellent service, fair pricing and prime location.

It was my first experience getting a Brazilian Bikini wax And my tech Charlie was very professional and nice. It wasn’t as bad as I assumed it would be and she talked me thru the entire process ( to get my mind off it) . Overall the front desk receptionist was pleasant as well. I would return again for job well done. And also refer some friends.

Excellent eyebrow threading! The only place I go to for eyebrow threading the past 11 years. This place is 45 to 50 minutes from my house. Worth the drive! Everyone is friendly. The prices are great. The salon is beautiful and clean. Nice accessories / clothing boutique next door. You can browse and shop while you wait. Appointments are recommended since they are always busy.

Ive always have gone here to get my eyebrows threaded and they always came out fine with this awesome lady (for privacy I will not list her name). However, she wasnt there today so I went with whoever was there because I didnt think it would make a difference since I was only getting a clean up....WORST decision ever. I always request that only to clean up the bottom of the brow and top and I NEVER thin them out because i have naturally thick brows. After, the threading was complete my eyebrows were thin and you could tell where majority of the hair was removed. I did comment that I has only wanted them cleaned up not thin, but instead of me sitting there going back and forth I still paid the full amount and tipped but now im very weary of coming back here.

OMG this is the best place in Atlanta to get your brows threaded. Ive been going for 8 years now. They also do henna, waxing and hair. The cute boutique that is part of the salon has beautiful casual wear and jewelry.

Im this day and age, I rarely experience what Id call racist incidents, but I just had one, at this shop. After waiting 40 minutes to get my brows done, I left without so much as a single hair removed. I could not in good conscience give this business a nickel of my money after the unfairness I suffered there. I came to the shop as a walk-in, just before another lady, yet she was provided service well before my name was even called. The only difference between us: shes white, Im black. After she was called, I went to check the sign-in sheet to make sure I hadnt misconstrued the situation and I was actually disappointed to discover I had not. We both listed our arrival times as 11:51, we both listed No in response to whether we had an appointment, and her name (Lynn) was immediately after mine. Yet she was sitting in the chair getting threaded while I was being told there were still a few people he had to get in before me. I left; I wouldve been ashamed of myself had I given them more of my hard earned cash. I cant tell you how devastating it feels to be treated differently solely based on your race; its absolutely heartbreaking and its something I havent knowingly experienced since I was 15 years old. To make matters worse, I was so watchful of what happened because I noticed his bias as soon as I walked through the door: when I came in he simply slid the sign-in sheet to me without a word. When the other woman came in immediately after me he looked up and said, Hi, how are you?I typically go to this shop and usually there is an older gentleman at the counter who is the epitome me of fairness. The women who do the threading are also typically exceptional. But I would hope no one supports a business with such a blatantly biased employee; I know I never will again.

I love this place...they provide great quick service. Shilpa is amazing on the brows. You might want to be prepared to wait but they do have call ahead appointments that help out a lot. They even have a cute little jewelry store connected to it that you can browse in if there is a crowd.

Walked in for a haircut. They salon looked like it was newly remodeled and looked great. The staff was very pleasent and expireneced as I got the best haircut from Rabat’s. Exactly what I wanted. Will come back for sure. Great services, prices and location.

WOW. I had made an appointment for today on the phone last week....i get there a little before my time and THEY ARE CLOSED?????? Thanks for the heads up call to let me know!! Not. Just wasted so much of my day. And i already paid for my service. Ridiculous... I’m going out of town tomorrow. If they would’ve let me know they were going to be closed i could’ve actually gotten what i needed to be done, done somewhere else. Just wasted my money and my time!! Rude! Sketchy location too!!!

When I lived in Buckhead, this is only place I would let touch my eyebrows. I still drive across town sometimes just to see them. Everyone is really great, so I dont make an appointment with a specific person. Tip: make an appointment because it can get busy during certain times and you wont have to wait.

Worst eyebrow experience of my life. I literally cried in my car afterwards because the eyebrow lady Rumila ruined my eyebrows. First of all, I asked for only a cleanup and she ruined my entire eyebrow shape, I had a great shape that I finally got after growing my eyebrows out and getting them done by someone. Now, all that is gone in the garbage and will probably have to wait another 6 months to get them back to normal. Second of all, I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for about 10 years now, and this was the most painful experience of them all. She was threading it so slowly that I could feel each hair being pulled out so slowly and it was just so painful. Third, I also asked to get my upper lips threaded and she kept jumping back and forth she started with my upper lip, then went to my right eyebrow then back to my upper lip then to my left eyebrow then back to my upper lip and then back to my right eyebrow again which is very odd. They refunded me my money but that doesn’t cover the fact that I have bad eyebrows now and it will probably take over 8 months to grow them back again. HORRIBLE, please don’t go here if you care about your eyebrows.

I recently went there and called in way in advance for two different appointments but still had to wait for 15 minutes to be seen. Both of the ladies who were going to do hair and dress up were not friendly especially when i asked about their pricing for hair i felt she had an attitude. They are way too expensive compared to others and very unprofessional. Bridget who worked on my hair was in a big rush to finish since she had other customers waiting. That is not fair to rush on one customer just because you did not space out your appointments properly. She used no product to make my hair as i wanted and requested when calling for appt. and when i requested to get it fixed, she was not keen to do so and just make excuses that my hair was the issue(i have gotten my hair done many times much better and cheaper) I was very unhappy with this place and had high expectations. IT was definitely not worth the price and service and i would never go back:( bad experience

Something told me to ask for someone else simply based on the fact that Id never seen her at the shop before. Point being she messed me up right before I was set to go out of town. Great place to go just stay away from CHARLIE! She WILL MESS YOU UP!

I went to this business for a Brazilian Wax. The man that was at the front desk was not very welcoming. He told me to go to a particular room. I went in, the room was very small and looked really out dated... The technician came into the room and advised me to get undressed from the waste down all the while talking on her cell phone... She didnt step out of the room while I undressed and just stood there. Mind you the room is rather small... I had to ask her where she wanted me and how I was to be positioned all while she was still on her cell phone. She had me position my legs open with my vagina out while she was still on the phone... At this point I was more uncomfortable than anything... She did my wax very fast and I didnt feel like I got the time I needed because she had to stop services on me to attend to someone else that she had already started. At the end it seemed it was all about TIPS, TIPS, and more TIPS! Which is understandable but for the service I dont think a tip should have been given! BEWARE if you choose to go to this place! At least if you are going to have a Brazilian Wax done!

My wife went to Hair Images for her Wedding Reception make up and Rabab did a horrible job. She airbrushed her face for the foundation and left a few spots that were really noticeable in all the pictures. We have been unable to share our wedding pictures with our friends and family, thats how bad it was. She did not set her dupatta securely and it fell off on the way to the ballroom. We specifically mentioned to match the eye shadow with my wifes dress color, however she chose a completely different color that looked odd and did not match at all. After paying for the bridal makeup, the lady at the counter bluntly asked for a tip as if they had done a wonderful job. Rabab did not care about tiny details that matter and she just wanted to get the job done. I will advise other people to stay away from this place.

Whoever her name is it starts with an “R” completely ruined the left shape of my eyebrow. Im pissed. I told her to clean it up and she took off way too much and made my left eyebrow thinner than the other eyebrow. Never coming back here again.
