I paid double what I normally pay in a nail salon and received the worst service ever. The nail technician clearly did not know what she was doing. My nails was not cleaned or buffed. Two days later my nails looked horrible and the four days later the polish started peeling.

I received a deep pore facial from Mrs. Shirley at D’lor. It was the most amazing experience. The aura from the time you entire the building was so relaxing, and the young lady at the front was so personable. I waited less than five minutes after filling out my paper work. Mrs. Shirley was so thorough and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. My skin looks and feels so clean. This was my first of many visits to come!

My service went from 9 in the morning on a Saturday until they want to change the time 2 more times later. I ask the lady at the front desk why was my time being changed she mentioned about the covid 19. I mentioned that the covid 19 hadnt just started. And to cancel my services. She didnt even have the decency to call me. She was texting me this information.

The establishment is very nice, my friend and I got massages and facials for the first time. Our massages with Ace and Janel were great! However my facial I would not recommend Shirley. She upgraded my facial without informing me or asking which caused an up charge that I wasn’t prepared for. She rushed her job because my friend started her facial at least 10 minutes before me with another esthetician and we finished at the same time. Mind you she got a regular facial and mine was changed to a deep pore cleansing facial, which should have taken longer. Basically I feel like I got taken advantage of because she knew it was my first facial.

My daughter took me to this spa it was very nice and the ladys where awesome too.

My stylist was amazing! My hair and my childrens hair look so healthy!

I was recommended to this place; to my surprise I hadnt been anywhere else, since. The customer service is awesome and the place is tranquil and so serene. Ace, has hands that are magical. He gives the best massage; the best Ive ever had. Try this place, you want be disappointed.

I highly recommend DLor Spa. Kym provided me with the best experience I could have asked for. I was late booking, however she was able to accommodate. She identified stressed areas and tackled them! Ive been to many spas, but this one certainly outperformed all others - by far! I will definitely return!

I really enjoy my self care days here. I really love coming here and getting Ace as the message therapists. Both of my experiences have been really want I need to get my self back on track. Coming here is a must if you travel to ATL.

A couple Sundays ago they had a shop and sip affair. Got to see a tour of the place. For years I have been going to the salon and never went to the spa part. After the tour I will definitely be seeking out the Spa and other amenities of the place. Their Spa was very upscale and set up for men as well as women. I was truly impressed. A hidden jewel in the community.

My hair feels and smells amazing! She used a shampoo on my hair that removed all of the debris and it worked wonders! I will be returning :)

Had a massage today with Ace; it was amazing!!! He gives more of a medical/healing massage so dont expect a light weight feel good massage. He really works out the kinks, releases tight muscles and puts your body in better alignment. When he finishes your body will thank you!!!

First time visiting this Salon today and it was absolutely amazing! From the beginning at the front desk to the finished product these ladies were warm, welcoming and inviting. They really make you feel special and pampered! Sonya was my stylist and she gave me an adorable do!!! She gave me a tour of the salon and introduced me to everyone including the owner!!! Who does that nowadays? She’s delightful! I will definitely be returning for more!! What a wonderful experience!!!

I went here before flying home and this place was fantastic. Clean, relaxing, and the staff was pleasant and professional. I had a hot stone massage and I left feeling like 10,000 one dollar bills. DLor has very fantastic services ranging from hair care to massages. I went in for a massage by Ace and the service was impeccable. Not only was I offered amenities such as water and fruits, I was asked consistently during the massage if I was ok. It was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be going back again.

It’s crazy I haven’t done this review before because Cindy, the owner, has been my stylist for years. Even though she moved from South Florida many years ago, I’ve traveled to Atlanta to see here many, many times. She is really gifted in her work, and I have seen her help to restore damage in my hair and other people’s. She is very much about hair care, a fantastic stylist, and not limited to “Black hair”. I’ve seen her do fantastic styles with all kinds of textures of hair.The other thing is the spa. When you step into the place you won’t be able to tell what’s behind, but is a really nice spa! Totally worth the experience!

They were excellent! If I ever reach back down Georgia, Ill definitely be coming back!

My friends and I purchased the couples package and must say we thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. The spa is amazing and created a soothing atmosphere. We also had a nice time with the employees who were very accommodating and provided excellent service. They served a lite snack, which was great especially after coming out of the steam room :-) We all enjoyed it and will be booking another girls weekend soon!!

I went to DLor today and it was a great experience. Even though I had to wait a while, I got to wait in a sauna with a radio. I got the lemon-mint scrub and massage and it was great. My masseuse was paid close attention to what I needed done and it was a very relaxing aura.

A pound Interning the greeter was very polite and check me in and no one came in to explain or me about my day and it started with a facial and that lady was nice but didnt explain what she was going to do before she stated on my facial but was very good in doing my face and next was a message and that was horrible pulling and rubbing and a warmer around my neck and later move down my back some that went on for about a hour and then the same person that gave me a message also did my Manny peddy and that was horrible and she put paint thinner in the nail polish and next was to do my hair and i ask for my hair to be style to the cut that my hair is cut in which is a long Bob and i dont know what this style she done put on my head and at no time did the give me a snacks or a glass of wine or and i was their from 10 am to 6:30 pm and he paid 350.00 to 400.00 i believe and it was a gift from my husband trying to pamper me for a Christmas gift but it turned out horrible so my ranting is a ONE star and will never go back and will NOT suggest it to eny of my friends or family.
