I got dip polish here and after about 4-5 days it started to chip and now on day 8 they’re starting to get ugly. I’ve had dip at other places that last 3-4 weeks without chipping. Actually, I’ve had gel polish last longer than this. I won’t be going back here for dip. I will say that the staff is friendly and professional and my pedicure was good, which is why I gave them 3 stars.

This was the worst experience I have ever had after a pedicure!!!! The nail tech used dirty implements right from a tool box stored from a ziploc bag and these are the results!!!! The tech was very friendly and professional, but her tools were dirty. I tried to talk to a manager (via phone) and he refused to even accept the fact that it happened at his salon. He even hung the phone up in my face and said it was nothing that he could do. I will NEVER visit this salon again as I had spoken to one other person and she had the same thing happen to her. BE AWARE!!!!!

Only gave them one star so I could make this post. My time here was terrible. The pic with the glitter is mines(supposed to be coffin shaped) . The other is what I asked for. They told me that I am crazy and that it looks exactly like it.I was in shop for 3 hrs to get this done. The photos that they have posted are not done nails that are done by them ! I asked about some of the work and he had no idea what I was talking about (manager)

This is my favorite place to come for get my nails and toes done . Theyre always looking good and the pedicure so relaxing. Let me tell you customer service was great! My nails and feet looked good and the prices was not to bad. I will return again.

She and her staff are really good at what they do. Friendly atmosphere, she recognizes her customers, and her prices are fair. She takes pride in the work she does. I enjoy coming here over other nail salons.

I really don’t like to give places bad reviews but I’m extremely frustrated that I had to pay $44 for a terrible job! Please see the pictures of my “fresh SNS”. This lady took almost two hours to do a fill in. Not manicure, only a fill and she managed to do a terrible job and looked at me like I was crazy for mentioning that she missed couple spots.I gave this place multiple chances and they never do a good job. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your money or time there.

Highly recommend it! We had the jelly pedicure and the staff did a great job, they were professional, clean and kind when we needed a fix on a nail after leaving the store. Will definitely come back!

I went to this nice, clean place. Walk in, and it’s super busy. I waited about 30 minutes until someone came and turned the water on for me. No big deal. I decided to go with the deluxe package which was the second most expensive package. I do not believe I got my money’s worth, and unfortunately won’t be back. It felt very rushed, and the description of the purchased package did not match the service.

I walked in and there was a delay in being greeted. The tech who served me had extremely poor customer service. I felt as if I was asking for a favor when expressing how I wanted my toes done.

I went in with healthy long nails and ended up with damaged short weak nails. I love how they were painted. They were super nice, yet I dont think that I will ever go back.

I have been going there for years. Pricing is quite expensive for basic service. Gel fill in and pedicure cost me between 75 to 100 bucks. No fancy designs or anything

They don’t thoroughly do a pedi or mani. Just a lil but of filing and color and a quick massage. Light nail polish coating. they kept laughing during service which is rude and my nails look like a kid did it. During the pedi I had to keep telling them to cut my nails shorter which they ignored until after I was adamant. Then he like you happy now. SMH I hated the whole experience. $80 bucks wasted never again.

I provided a photo of what I wanted my manicure to look like. They said they could do it and then did not have the necessary products to do it well. The more appropriate response would have been to say they could not do that design and allow me to pick a different one. I’m sure if you want a basic manicure they would do a fine job. If you’re looking for something a little more exciting, I would look elsewhere. Really unimpressed by the French tips I got, they look uneven and poorly shaped.

He did such a great job, he took his time shaping my nails! I love it and will definitely be back. 10/10

My daughter and I got our nails done. Mine came out ok.The young lady who did my daughter nails was not good at polishing. We bought this to managements attention and his solution was to polish over the poorly polished nails.Then he said, dont leave a review its bad for all of us its not fair, were working people. Do you not think I work for my money. Yeah ok! We will not be using their services again.

Came to this shop because the pictures on Google look nice. Don’t ever listen to Google reviews always come to Yelp. The guy that did my nails was more worried about answering the phone than doing my nails. He chopped off half my nails and I have no idea why. Then proceeded to put a new layer of acrylic on top. Do you all see this? These are hideous looking. I ask for simple heart design and he couldn’t even do it. He went to ask someone else and they acted as if they were to busy. Never going back. Never!

They allow you to make an appointment by phone yet when you arrive youre taken like a walk in. They either make you wait or they take you ahead of the people waiting which causes conflict between patrons. Do better

Unprofessional response when I asked if my gel could be soaked off with acetone instead of taken off it’s the drill. I was told “don’t tell us how to do nails”

I would say I love this salon. I tried some salon around #1 Nails, then I found this. I have had great experiences here. The services are awesome. Everything clean. People here are nice and friendly. This salon is way too expensive for what you get. They charge for everything, my nails look like they did when I came in. Paid $70 +tip and I still have to go to another salon to get my nails done right. They do not even do the stone on the heal that is extra too. For a full set mani deluxe pedi with designs they wanted $200 total, I have never in life paid $200 for anything at a nail salon and never will.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone who works here is so sweet and kind and does such a wonderful job! I havent been anywhere else in a couple years, ive never had a nail break or chip since going here. Quality staff and quality work!

Don’t waist your time unless you like throwing away money. 2 nails cracked in 4 days. I’m on days 7 now and 8 of my 10 nails have lifted. I went back to #1 nails after day 4 and the guy did fix my 2 nails but not without making me feel like I don’t take care of my nails ( side note I have been doing SnS for over 2 years every 3 weeks ) and then when I called today. (Day 7)- 2 more nails broke on day 6 along with now 8 nails lifted from the SnS. The manager told me bc I did not tip (when he fixed my nails) that I don’t know how to treat people. The first time I tipped was 25%. I’m not sure as a customer that was made feel guilty should have to do so. Anyway just thought I would share. This is what SnS looks like from #1nails. Today is day 7

Visited for the first time today and had a great experience! Very clean and thorough job.

I made an appointment, went to the door, and the place was closed. Lights off, doors locked, closed. I waited outside for a long time but nobody ever showed up. And I made an appointment so they knew I was coming. Super annoyed.

This place is the absolute worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!no chairs for incoming customers to sit and wait for service.we were out of towners expecting to get good reservation service on time but unfortunately the place was well over packed considering the pandemic and havin to wait and extra 20 minutes after our 2:00 reservations. Sanitation is very pooor; they dnt properly clean foot scrubs. Ventilation is poor as well; if ur asthmatic dnt enter the building.it felt like the air was off literally. They over charge for basic service. The pedi. Chairs closest to the bck are not an ideal spot because the restrooms was not well cleaned an foul odor was Comin out . To be honest the place is in a nice area but customer service was ghetto as hell...and to find a good polish u literally have to dig for a color; nail polish not properly displayed for better view to select from. Wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last nail salon in the area.I changed my one star ratin to 3/4 of the star rating🙄😑

Clearly Kenny overcharged for my service but because I needed a pamper moment I didnt argue the point. He charged 46 bucks for my gel fill in with nail cut down,no designs or fancy service. Thats a long way from a $25 fill in. My pedicure on the other hand was great!

Save your money and do not go here.

I went in in a panic because another salon did a horrible job (first picture) and I had an event that night, Tony was soooo nice and made my nails look soooo much better, EXACTLY how I wanted!! (second picture) I would recommend this salon to everyone!! You wont be disappointed!

I walked in without an appointment and they seated me immediately. I got a Gel manicure and i would say it was done fairly quickly. The manicurist did a very good job. Ill definitely go back.

It makes me sad to leave a review like this especially during covid times but this is one of the worst customer experiences I had.I paid $56 for dip and I didn’t have a water or drink offered, I didn’t get my cuticles trimmed even after I asked, and I didn’t get a hand massage. It’s ridiculous. I even had to ask after I paid to please file my nails more narrow and in the shape I wanted them to be and not so wide.I have gotten my nails done for 10 years and this is the worst I’ve been treated by a nail tech. I would give this a one star review if my nails didn’t turn out decent.

Quality of nails are great. Its pricey tho. Refills are the same as a full set. So just look to spend $50 plus everytime.

Best salon in Atlanta. Tony, the manager, is incredibly professional and I always feel welcomed and seen immediately. Vicki does a fantastic eyebrow waxing and gel manicure. The deluxe pedicure with mask and scrub is fantastic and worth every penny. They have an amazing selection of colors, both gel and SNS. The salon is clean and everyone who works there goes above and beyond. I also highly recommend Kenny because his manicures are flawless and he also does an amazing hand massage. I love going to this salon and hope to continue supporting their business.

The salon was very beautiful and clean. they werent very busy and it didnt seem like they paid much attention to me though. My nails came out fine but it was very quick and the technicians didnt seem very attentive. It might have been because I was fairly quiet and Im usually not. It just seemed very rushed even though they were not busy. I would go back if my normal nail place isnt available.

I wish I could give zero stars. The nails were poorly done. One broke off in less than a week. I explained that Im not able to come in today (Friday) since Im currently out of state, however, I return Monday. They said Ill have to pay if I get it done Monday.It made no sense to me. My nail isnt more or less broken on different days. Due to your technicians poor quality work, the nail popped off as I grabbed a door. I simply wanted it fixed. That shouldnt happen!!

This nail salon impressed me with their huge collection of gel and polish nail colors. There were too many great colors to choose from. Besides, the nail salon was a great place with plenty of space and comfortable chairs. I almost felt asleep as they gave me drinks and let me relax on those chairs. One more thing was that their price was so great with that service. Definitely, I will be back.

Ive never left a negative review before in my life but I had a terrible experience here. The woman who did my gel nails got polish all over my cuticles, filed my nails ridiculously unevenly, filed OVER the polish that had just been painted on, and inexplicably kept trying to file my actual skin to get the polish off (???). There was also a point where I thought she was going to pull my thumb off trying to get to the nail. I had to stop her several times from hurting my hand. She also clipped the skin by my thumb when she was trying to clean my cuticles.When the manager asked if I was happy with the results (he walked by a few times and I think it was pretty obvious to everyone that the lady was doing a bad job) all I had to do was show him my hand and say I mean look at it... without even having to name anything specific and he knew exactly what the problem was. It just looked bad.Then he brought me back to the lady and asked her to fix it. First she tried putting an entirely different color on my nails after assuring me it was the same (it wasnt, and two other employees had to help me find the right one), then she filed my nails even weirder, STILL didnt get the polish off my skin and just made me feel so uncomfortable.I went with some friends and their nails were fine, but they were all watching with horror at what my technician was doing so were definitely never coming back. Im not one to make a scene in a customer service situation, but I really do feel that its pretty unreasonable that someone at a nail salon cant do a simple gel manicure.If I get an infection from the place where my skin was clipped and die, I wouldnt even haunt this place out of spite. Thats how much I never want to go there again.

I came here last Monday for a pedicure. The price is reasonable. I had never have any better pedicure. Overall, Professional is amazing, I was happy with the cleanliness, service. They are all great! Actually, all the staffs had done my nails before and I never disappointed.

I had very annoying requests for my nails but she did an awesome job and made sure everything is right. Ive been back three times in attempts to allow them to rectify the poor quality work done on my hands to no avail. Ive been brushed off and completely disregarded. Ive been told that when you have long nails you have to be very careful IVE BEEN GETTING MY NAILS DONE FOR 20YRS!! This isnt my first rodeo or my first time requesting the length and style. IF YOU DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DO WHAT I WAS REQUESTING, YOU SHOULDNT HAVE OFFERED SERVICE! It took three people to do my nails that day 🤔🤔🤔 I came in with a set that had been on for three weeks that were the same length, with stones still in place...and you mean to tell me YOUR SET DIDNT LAST 3 DAYS!!! 5 NAILS BROKEN OR CHIPPING IN ONE WEEK??? 🤔 🙄 😩 Shame on you all!Absolutely horrible experience!! Ive never been treated as if my money didnt amount to anything. I admit, I spend too much getting my nails done every two weeks but I pay for services rendered to me. And I tip! No one should feel as if they are not appreciated. I wish I could give 0 stars and leave a review. I spent $65 for a full acrylic set of coffin nails with gel polish. In two days a nail broke, I went to get it repaired and I asked for them to thicken them all up, as they all appeared to be too thin, my request was ignored. Ended up going back in the very next day as another nail broke, and was charged $5 to fix that one. Today (not even a full week into this FULL SET) ANOTHER nail broke! I called to speak with the manager/owner and didnt get them. Called back and was told it would be $45 to correct the issues that were not my fault in the first place. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT UNTIL I GET A FILL-IN TO THICKEN 😳 What in the world?? Like really?!? A customer spend $70 with you, tip $10 and is totally disregarded?? I sure will not be back and I will be passing the word about this horrible experience. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME NOR MONEY! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE CHEAP OR THEIR QUALITY OF SERVICE IS POOR!! SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY!!! 😒😞

RACISTS! The nail technician was super rude to me as soon as I walked through the door. I should’ve walked out right then. She barely said two words to me. But when a white client came in, she was all smiles with greetings galore. They tried to overcharge me $50 for a gel fill-in. Even a gel full set doesn’t cost that much. Plus she did a horrible job with the gel. It’s super thick and doesn’t look natural. If you’re a person of color, or anyone really, go somewhere else. Nothing good about this place.

I came in here Saturday afternoon (day before yesterday) with my daughter, my mom, my sister and my Bestfriend and today my nails look like trash and on top of that, they chose to call the police on me instead of refunding me money.

Ive been here 3 times & I wasnt 100% satisfied with my nails and toes. My nails were too thick & I ended up taking them all off before it was time to get a fill. However, their customer service is good I just wish they understood a little bit better how to do coffin shape medium thin nails. Also, I love to get light pink nails but when I got the gel opi bubble bath color, before it was time for fill in my nail polish changed colors. Maybe the fourth time is a charm I will try them again later because they are up the street from my house & my old nail salon is in Sandy Springs 😕

Sometimes there is a lot of people, because there designs and deals are the bomb. Totally recommend! You can ask for any of the staff because they are all talented! Enjoy and feel in bliss!

I’ve been here several times because it’s so convenient I’m always in the area. I love nudes but I can’t get them here because my gel always changes color only when I go here. I’ve been wearing gel forever.

I paid extra for stiletto nail shaping and they all are uneven. While she was doing my nails I kept asking her to reshape them because the shapes of the nails don’t match

I went in on a Tuesday for a pedicure... it was a slow day maybe 3 other people getting pedicures when I walked in. They show me a menu, I choose the basic pedicure w/o any upgrades because this was my first time here. The vibe completely changed when I declined upgrades. I requested for her to shape my toe nails square after she had already cut them down. She completely ignored my request. This was the fastest no attention to detail pedicure I have ever received. I was out in 16 mins while the ladies who were also receiving pedicures next to me were still there. I felt rushed and unwanted and would never visit this place again. And it was honestly a terrible pedicure. The polish was chipped by Saturday.

They did it to rough on my nails and didnt take their Time with my nails this is why I did give the the 3 star because they are nice in a way and not really busy so that is why I gave them a 3 instead of a 5 or 4

Came here September 26 2017 on my birthday, I must say I loved it. I spent in total an hour there. I’m not sure of his name but he works in the very front chair near the register. Normally I leave other nail salons & I’m never truly satisfied but this place, he did my nails exactly the way I wanted... perfection in the shape & length. Also one of the ladies did my eye lashes I used to go to one specific person but now I’ll be coming here for all of my services because she did my individual lashes in what felt like 10 minutes. They are truly awesome.

Fast service. Workers tend to make fun of customers eyebrow shape and make jokes in their language, not knowing that someone can understand everything they are saying. Thats why I gave three stars. Other than that pick the best nail tech as well.
