Love being able to worship together as a family, learn about Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Parents and how to be more like them.

Yes Im a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints it is a wonderful church we have programs for the Youth the church is dedicated to teaching the Young we also have classes for every age we have wonderful missionaries we feed the Homeless we help those in need we are a very blessed Church

A wonderful place for the whole family to worship.

During my month long stay in Atascadero, this congregation was very welcoming. Many members put forth extra effort to getting to know me, and that made my stay very enjoyable. The building itself is very beautiful, and is kept up by the members as service.

This chapel is beautiful in its simplicity and has a feeling of warmth and welcoming as you enter. It hosts a variety of activities during the week for 3 separate congregations coming from various geographical areas within Atascadero and Templeton. Activities that happen weekly include Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, and teen girls and boys youth groups. This is the church I grew up attending and the facilities are great for hosting events for the whole congregation, either inside the large cultural hall or out the back under the shade structure.Most importantly, this is a great place to come worship God. Services on Sunday begin with a sacrament meeting where the sacrament is administered, followed by members of the congregation speaking on topics assigned by the lay leadership of the ward- the Bishopric. Next is a Sunday School lesson where we study the scriptures and learn more about specific gospel topics each week.There are classes for every age child and teen starting at 18 months-18 years. Adults have several class options as well including select classes in family history and gospel essentials. Next men and women, teen girls and boys, as well as the children split up for meetings in their specific organizations, and have announcements, a gospel lesson more specific to their needs, and love and support from others that are similar to themselves.I love this church building and the foundation of faith it gave me.
