Dr. Vasak is excellent to work with and a great doctor! 5 stars for her and Id highly suggest her!However, the BILLING here though is a joke... a $40 bill I tried to pay on their system multiple times never went through (I tried for months). I couldnt get a human on the phone, so I gave up until recently. I had to call multiple companies/numbers related to the billing to figure this out - turns out, they sent my bill to collections! You gotta be kidding me... the billing guy only figured it out after ~15 min on the phone due to the error codes I was receiving in trying to submit the payment. What is the time period in which they do this? Why wasnt I notified by the company / collection agency? I have zero idea how Im supposed to pay this meager $40 bill now.Why dont they have an online billing system that works? or send you an email based bill? or an easy to get a hold of someone that can actually help? Sorry - but Id give 0 stars if I could.It seems many other people have issues with this Dignity Health location and the corporate team probably needs to fix these problems!

Was extremely disappointed with my treatment by Dr. Lisa Vasak. I had an appointment scheduled for the next day with a different doctor, but came into urgent care as my symptoms had escalated. She was rude, told me this was an urgent care and not for people who had appointments, and disregarded my symptoms and the pain that I was experiencing entirely. She made me feel like I was wasting her time by being there.The front office staff, however, was so kind and encouraged me to come in if my symptoms got worse. Specifically Alecia was helpful in getting me scheduled for an appointment quickly and was great at answering my questions in a kind and professional manner.

The front receptionists were extremely rude. I asked if I could be seen because I had leg pain and as I was explaining the 3 receptionists standing there looked at me like they didn’t care. I waited for a response but none of them said anything, it was as if they didn’t care. Then they finally told me I should go somewhere else where I had been seen. I told them I had been seen there a couple times. And one of the receptionists I think (Becky) told me no again and I asked her if there was anything they could do. She walked to the back and when she came back she told me there was no availability. I asked if she knew where I could go because I couldn’t walk and my insurance always told me to go there. She logged in to her computer without telling me a word and said all of a sudden they had an opening but had to wait an hour. Dr. Kristen on the other hand was amazing! Super sweet and did everything and anything she could to help me and provided me with what I needed. If it wasn’t because Dr. Kristen knows my situation and I feel comfortable with her I wouldn’t go back. I have never felt looked down upon like I did at the front with the receptionists.

Very rude. The lack of bed side manner with the Urgent Care Doctor doesnt help people get healthier, especially when we are in a time that we as a nation were asked to show kindness. People are trying not to go to the hospital during the pandemic and a terrible doctor is not good for them to fall back on.

Great staff, hard working...I had an hour wait for my appointment though ..they were swamped with Covid testing, so unexpected delay. Once seen, I was in and out in 30 minutes! I was happy with my experience, dispite the wait.

Would give it zero stars if that was a thing.I went in for a test and was a cash pay patient. Their printer system was down so they wrote me a hand written receipt. They said they would put it in the system as soon as it was back up. They lost my test so they had me come back almost two weeks later to test again free of charge. Two weeks later the bills start showing up, both for the first visit and the second.I went in with a copy of my receipt and they said they would handle it. The bills kept coming. Then the calls started. I explained the story over and over again to the billing department and they claimed to put it under review, yet the calls and bills still keep coming. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they arent available.Spoke to a woman today that said they reviewed it and the bill still stands. So now my options are to pay the bill that I already paid... Or have it go to collections and ruin my credit. Dont go to this horrendously mismanaged non communicative company that is greedy as hell.As a local business owner myself I will be telling all my clients to avoid this place.

Great place with parking, with front office being efficient and quick (I always have my insurance cards and picture ID ready) and great with exams, exrays ect. Glad they are there during these trying times of a Pandemic.

I have always had quality care. However, the front desk receptionist lady was rude, short, and had an overly aggressive attitude. Not sure of her name. Description: in her 50s, short-cut gray(ing) spiked hair, resting frowning face. My visit was on the 26th of December. Went in for a COVID-19 test. I already had enough anxiety about getting tested for COVID-19 because of the symptoms I had. So, her general disposition and encounter didnt help the experience. She should take a real inventory of how she behaves towards patients. The plus side was the medical assistant and the physician assistance were great.

Doctor forgets to fulfill her job in calling in medication. Doctor now won’t be in for 4 days and office refuses to fix their mistake. Horrible service. Filing a complaint with the medical board. People shouldn’t have to pay multiple copay visits for 1 issue.

I see Dr. Tidwell. I had some issues finding a decent physician after moving from Ohio. Im so glad I found this office. Dr. Tidwell genuinely wants to help and takes your concerns seriously. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

2nd time with Dr Tidwell. First time he took a very long time to come in the office, nurse had to come in and apologize, explaining he liked to review his new patients chart first. He didn’t listen to me. This time was a follow up for labs. He kept me waiting almost 40 min. I found that rude as I was asked to arrive 15 min early so I was there almost an hr before seeing him. And then it was just awful from there! So much so that he was irritated that I had questions and opinions about my vitamins and labs and such he told me that although he appreciated I was concerned but his feeling would not be hurt if chose to go somewhere else. I was takin back by that! He was rude, careless, and just uninterested in my concerns! 1 Star only because you have to choose at least one!

So disappointed in this office. I use Dr. Tidwell as primary care and really like him. I needed to go in to Med Plus urgent care after hitting a deer with my car this morning. I needed a note for work because Im a little stiff but they immediately said they dont take PPOs for accidents because they dont pay. I asked if I could pay cash and without even checking me I was told the doctor would just send me to the emergency room. I called my health insurance and they said its untrue because Im a on a self-funded PPO that covers urgent care after accidents. At least put the effort into checking insurance before turning patients away.

After 24 years of complaining to my doctors about my symptoms, Dr. Talarico was the first one to take me seriously and do all she could on her part for me to get a diagnosis (unfortunately her part wasnt enough, as the place where I needed to be seen doesnt accept patients from out of their group & I had to find a different hoop to jump through, so to speak). It was a relief to finally have a doctor take me seriously. Also, I find everyone in the office to be courteous & take their work seriously. Every time Ive been there, everyone seemed to be working as quickly and efficiently as possible.As far as other factors go, Im blessed to say so far I havent had any scheduling errors or long wait times (other than the wait to find out when your forms are ready to be picked up, but having worked in a fast paced, busy medical clinic for several years, I already knew this would take awhile, so I wasnt surprised or overly upset).

Ive been with Cuesta medical for over 4 years now. Dr. Goodman is outstanding, he is compassionate, takes the time to listen, and genuinely cares. However, since he isnt taking new patients that leaves fewer options. My spouse went to see a Dr. Ulla (sp?) and I do not recommend Cuesta Medical any more after the terrible experience she had. She has been having terrible back pain the last few weeks so she went in for that. They prescribed a medication that has a documented interaction with one she is already taking, not to mention one I have tried that doesnt work for my back pain at all. Long story short the policy of Cuesta Medical group is everyone is a Vicodin seeking drug fiend. They had zero compassion when my wife asked for just a month supply because shed heard this other drug wasnt as effective. A one month supply!! She was told, no your pain isnt sufficient. How can they possibly know that???? She was left feeling belittled, treated like a criminal, not feeling cared for at all, not to mention put in danger by a physician who cant even foresee a possible dangerous drug interaction!! Scary.... Do yourself a favor, find a Doctor who cares about people, not being the drug police. I might add that my wife is a clean, well groomed mother of several kids who has never had an addiction problem in her life.

Bad serviceThe Doctors get a bad name from the office workers and from billing department.They are rude.... I wanted to find out about some bills that my Insurance did not pay because of billing codes they just bounced me around and then but me in Collections and never tryed to get the right codes so my Insurance would pay Thanks a lot for that... so now they have damaged my Credit.I have been there for over three years I will not go back I have paid my bill to the Collection bureau now the want more for Interest that was there mistake in the first place.They make me sick They should get some kind of trouble for the way they run this Medical poop

The Dr....WOUNDERFUL!!!!!!!!! The billing AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Most of the time the insurance info is somehow incorrect then I have to speak to the evil person that works at their billing department. She was so rude and unfriendly! I started the conversation friendly but it quickly went south due to her attitude! Rather than argue I just hung up. Problem still isnt resolved and I eventually have to call back :( dreading that!

Just ok. Im a new patient and have already experienced a scheduling error as well as phone call return issues. Im hoping they improve or I may need to switch offices.
