The staff here is always super pleasant from the moment you walk in. I am always greeted with a “ hello how are you and a good chat with the front desk before I get called back” It nice to feel welcome and treated by people who I can’t tell care about my healthcare and wellbeing by the nurses who call me back to seeing a provider right after.

This office is very unorganized, incompetent and unprofessional. The communication there is nonexistent. You call and leave messages and no one calls back. You get a hold of them and they tell you that theyll get back to you and of course they dont. Really frustrating. Would never recommend this practice anyone.

Bethany is awful they told me I had cancer and wrecked my getting a new insurance co they say I coped and I don’t that was 6 years ago

A very unsatisfactory experience from the very beginning. Not recommended. It’s a CenCal clinic in case you don’t know. I did not but when I found out that explained a lot. Customer service is none existent.

The staff at this place are rude , and tyrants . Places like this only get away with this stuff because its a clinic , and they dont care about poor and disabled people , Yet they still want that pay check . They know we don;t have many places to go , so they treat us like cattle rather than humans with feels and pain , Doctors and nurses use to treat all people the same like pros, now many in these clinics are real cold fish , I never thought I would see this in my home town , use to be such a friendly town

I had a hand xray on Friday because I fell 10 days prior and it was still hurting. I wanted to make sure it wasnt fractured somehow. I didnt expect a response that day and Monday was a holiday so I expected a call on Tuesday. Today is Thursday and I have been calling for three straight days asking for help with the xray diagnosis. Apparently, my messages werent getting delivered which is weird because the office is SMALL. Today after calling once again, I find out that Ryan, the NP who ordered the xray, is only in the office on Thursdays. So, all this time my hand has been hurting (its not broken though) and Im waiting for a call from someone who can help. Ill find another doctors office and to have my hand wrapped. Obviously if Im asking for an xray, theres some pain involved. These folks just dont care from the first phone call till the end.

I called in for an appointment because I had been having trouble breathing and had chest tightness, headaches and suspected a severe allergy or toxicity to something in my home. Dr. Roberts was on medical leave so they told me I could see a nurse practitioner. I explicitly asked if the nurse could do allergy tests for me. They said yes. On the day fo the appointment, I waited for 45 min in my car before I was seen. I was asked a ton of questions and then sent home with a prescription for asthma. I asked for blood tests and allergy tests but the nurse, Maria, said she would refer me to an allergist. Here I am 2 phone calls and 3 weeks later and I still have no response and no referral. If you call yourself medical professional and you do NOTHING for a patient who tells you they have a hard time breathing, you should have your licenses revoked.

I have been searching for a new family physician for a year now Ive tried a couple different doctors and have not been happy. I got referred to all for health but my girlfriend and was so pleased that I did. They were very thorough they got me in immediately and Im well on my way to get my health under control. Office is simple and clean. Staff is friendly and they all have a smile on their face.

I have never been treated in my whole life so badly by a healthcare privider like i was treated by Dr Maria, i think that is her name. She literally asjed me out of their office. I am not a child and i am an healthcare worker too but this woman was so rude, so full of herself, zero empathy, so unprofessional. She refused to accept that her staff was wrong or made a mistake because she told me that my appointment will be by telephone because they are avoiding face to face visit. So i was home.waiting for their call as planned, when i didnt hear from them i called myself only to be told by another person that i was supposed to be in the office. Long story short, the girl asked me to still coming in and i waent only again to be told i cannit be seen. I then told the girl ok but i have medication that is running out, can the doctor do a refil for me? The doctor or nurse practitioner came out and said to me with a high tone and a hauter look, I cannot see you today so you have to leave now we will see you in two months you came 40 minutes late, i cannot see you because i have another client coming so you have to leave now I was speechless, couldnt believe my ears and eyes. I told her, what?, i only asked a question, and i came late becuase your staff told me it was going to be on the phone visit. Infact, that woman is not fit to be in healthcare. I am changing my Primary doctor
