The food we were given was tasty, but all the relaxation from the spa treatments / float tank we got was kinda diminished by the lack of cleanliness. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a nice gift... he was definitely surprised by the sponge floating in the float tank :/ Also it wasnt totally silent either.

If you are interested in learning about these healthy lifestyle choices, I highly recommend working with her. I went there to loose 5 stubborn lbs and lost 6 lbs. The real progress turned out to be less about the lbs and more about the inches I lost. One inch in the neck, 3 at the navel, and 1 1/2 at the thighs. It was a real learning experience.

I have been going to Living Well Spa for 5 years and honestly I have to say this is the first review I have ever written for anything ever. I think the amazing changes Ive seen in myself and my 2 children from the floating, detoxing, cooking, nutritional counseling should be shared. My children were overweight, had ADD, Aspergers, anxiety, addicted to screens, poor eating and sleeping habits. Now they are successful, healthy, happy, calm, college students who get amazing grades, my youngest is in his 2nd year of college at 17 and getting straight As. None of this would be possible without the work of Barb. My kids still go up on Sundays to cook and float and visit. Health and emotional well being in the next generation is something Barb feels very passionately about and stays committed to giving them the tools to live their best life. The spa just went through an amazing makeover too. A brand new spa tank, new carpets, everything is sparkling fresh and its the perfect time for anyone who might be interested in getting healthy and changing their life to give her spa a try.
