No Ive cream but hey whos complaining

Great attitudes love the pharmacy employees so polite .

Called this store to ask questions about Covid testing, at 1:13pm 08/23/21, such a rude ^~ person. Maybe they should get a different job.

One chain store is like another but the staff here is friendly & knowledgeable.

Nice and helpful workers along with being clean and not having to wait long in line and most of the workers will remember you by sight or even name most of them.

I give 3 stars, because the Rite Aid in Paso Robles is better. They need to do a better job keeping their beer/alcohol beverage section up to date on sales markings for the cost of items (yellow tags). Cleaning the back of the store instead of just the front area. Is there a manager? Also, I have been there about 100 times and they still act like they don’t know who I am. The lady at the front might be delirious, so I let it go, but today she literally started punching the keys for me on the checkout, as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I said something about it and she told me how wrong I was. I told her about the sale prices not being displayed and she treated me w obvious contempt. I can go to Walgreens up the street from now on or at least Paso Robles rite aid to utilize my rewards. I am rarely treated like a valued customer here.

I love absolutely everyone that works at the Atascadero Rite Aid. They bend over backwards for me. Makes me feel like family the minute I walk through the doors. I have Diabetes and MS and I’ve been given some great recommendations. That really care!

I came in to pick up my medication and was humiliated, berated and discriminated in front of patrons by the dark haired, unprofessional woman working the register. I called my physician to have my prescription sent to Walgreens instead. I will not be coming Back to Rite aid.So as you can see, I received a response from Rite Aid. My response looks just like all other responses to negative reviews. Just an automatic response with no human from customer care reading the reviews. There is no professionalism or heart at Rite Aid. Just another corporate business that does not care about its unprofessional employees treating its customers will Ill contemp, embarrassments and discrimination. I feel being a white male did not help the situation.So I just picked up my medication from Walgreens. I was treated like any other paying customer should be treated. With courtesy and RESPECT! Walgreens is my new pharmacy.

Im giving two stars because they do have a drive-up pharmacy which I like. But I went inside on Tuesday to pick-up a prescription and grab a couple of items, but turn around and went out and used the drive-up instead and didnt buy my items. No employees were wearing masks in the store, nor were the customers. And there was no social distancing that I could see. I didnt feel safe in this store.

I have been going to my rite aid in atascadero for 10 years, and I cant see myself going anywhere else. The staff is all so friendly to me. And the pharmacist and all the employees in there are all so helpful treat me so respectfully and nice and I just cant see myself going anywhere else I love my rite aid

I will never go to this rite aid pharmacy again. Ever even to shop. The drive thru is the most horrible experience and the person who was attending the drive thru on 2/4/20 at about 3:30pm was the nastiest and unintelligible person Ive encountered. I expect professional, helpful and supportive staff.

Many years ago, the service was very delayed. But, I have NEVER had a rude experience. The service in the front of the store and at the pharmacy is incredible!! I cannot say this for Walgreens. Terrible and humiliating. I have always enjoyed gathering knowledge about my new prescriptions and when the pharmacist comes by to wave, smile, or ask with genuine concern how I am. I LOVE this pharmacy and the people who provide me and my family many services!!! God bless you ALL...and have a safe and healthy New Year!!!...you and yours!

I have been using Rite Aid for years. I have built a good repor. But feeling upset after having a emergency and the hospital sending my prescription to Rite Aid and finding it closed after the App, the website, and the sign on the window says it closes at 10:00 and it was only 6:00. Very unprofessional when people are putting their lives into your hands.

Usually I like rite aid especially the pharmacy but tonight is the most I hated drive thru! Me and my kids waited for like 25mins at the drive thru..I keep begging to assist us now but Valerie keep telling me to wait...instead of assisting costumer she just keep doing what she’s doing...I told the pharmacist but she answered me oh!we have a lot of orders...we have 200 orders!..please!next time in order for the costumer to be happy assist them right away..

This is the tipical rite aid. It is much nicer since they built a new one.Customer service is a little is lagging and employees dont seem happy.

Near Highway US 101. Very convenient when you need an emergency stop for medicine.

Extremely rude. The pharmacist said I couldnt pick up my meds until he talked to the doctor the next day. The next day!!! I was supposed to wait in pain just so he could call and verify my prescription was supposed to be filled. Why else would they have called it in to begin with? He is a rude jerk who should be working at a gas station instead of the medical field. Well needless to say when I went back to the doctor, he got mad. He said well thats funny I dont usually have a problem, and he called and got it straightened out that day. Save yourself the misery and go anywhere other than Rite Aid. The ones in Arroyo Grande are the same as well as the same pharmacist works between both of them.

Pharmacy does an outstanding job of getting prescriptions ready as quickly and safely as possible.

Every one we met were friendly helpful.

Pharmacy counter staff need to be reminded customers still enjoy hearing antiquated phrases like please and thank you. Oh and maybe try smiling now and then.

Very slow to fill a Rx. When a patient needs antibiotics I think a 2-3 hour wait time is unacceptable.

Bizzare, one of the worst drug stores encountered. Prices are high and employees might crack their face if they smile.

Went to Urgent Care after work today. They sent in a prescription for common antibiotic at 6:30 pm. The prescription wasnt filled until 10:30 pm. I think 4 hours is a little excessive.
