Signed in at 9:00 for 9:15 appointment. At 10:00 my wife went to the desk to see what the hold up was. The Doc was late should be ONLY another 20 minutes! I can’t believe they didn’t know he was late when I signed in. But to let me sit for an hour and not walk over and let me know. That’s not the caring staff I want to deal with. This is one reason ACMC has the rep it does.
