The wait was not long and Dr. Choi is excellent

I was seen very quickly at registration then immediately sent to x Ray wher after review of paper work I was taken to room for tests Very well educated staff, friendly, concerned, helpful The test was a hour less than I was told it would be.(liked that) Staff made sure I had a drink & snacks after test also, watched me for awhile to make sure everything was alright.

Seen Dr. Franley. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The guy who does the blood work and thinks he runs the lab is rude and dangerously inept. I left with a very large bruise on my arm after he took blood.Also, it seems like theyre looking for new owners - everything is rundown and filthy. I wouldnt sit on any chairs in their registration or lab waiting areas. If you think Im exaggerating, I challenge you to see for yourself.

I called today to get my records and they had to call me back. Thats fine. People are busy I understand. When they called me back they kept calling me Jessica. Then told me my records are in Kentucky. My name is not Jessica and I have never been to Kentucky. I kept telling her she pulled the wrong records but she kept saying no no I have it right in front of me. But everything she was describing was not me. She was not a foreigner or spoke a foreign language shes probably right here from Ashtabula county. So not only do I not have my records, they broke some HIPPA laws in the process.
