Took my granddaughter for a haircut here because our regular place was closed. Never again! She took 6 minutes to cut her hair and charged $ 16. Then it wasnt a straight even cut! Had to take her back after I really looked at it and have it cut again. Not happy at all!!!

I would like better if you could always just walk in and thats all they did. They do appointments which is nice if you know youre schedule. If it was just walk ins I would give 4 ⭐

I went in to get some highlights and a cut and was scared because no one has ever touched my hair before ,other than family. Tori was my stylist and she did amazing! She explained everything she did before she did it and helped calm my nerves! Their prices are fair and the people are great! Truly an underrated salon! Highly recommend!

They are taking Co-vid precautions. The lady who did my hair did it just like we discussed. Highly recommend.

Just moved here for college and I was impressed by the service- I was taken care of on a busy afternoon and the stylist made sure we both knew what kind of haircut I was going for. Susan did a great job with my haircut! Friendly staff and good vibe. FYI: They can get busy so plan ahead a bit.

Favorite salon. Its located inside my second home... Wal-Mart... The staff there is always so nice... All my children get their hair cut here.

Checked in online to avoid the wait and they got my daughter in right on time. Quick and efficient. The prices are so reasonable, even on the products. Will definitely be returning. All the stylists were friendly even though they were all pretty busy on a Sunday morning.

I went for a perm and it didn’t come out right. The manager called me and offered to fix my hair herself. She was very very friendly. She was very professional about the whole thing. I felt like a bother when I came back in upset about it but the manager was reassuring about it being okay.

It really depends on the hair stylist you get, this time I had Sandy and she was wonderful. Best haircut I had in very long time. I am going to request Sandy every time.

Do not go to this salon . I wanted to get a simple brow wax I was told a 45 minute wait. They took other people who checked in after me ahead of me. They make better tips from more expensive procedures so they ignore people who arent going to make a lot of money for them.

Rachael is awesome . I was looking for a new hair stylist . One that was closer to mm . She did high lights and a trim for me in May and I loved it . Just went back for another cut . I will have her do my perm in December . She takes the time to be sure she knows exactly what you want .

Staff is very friendly and the prices are great. But... I asked for a certain haircut, and because the hair stylist was too involved with talking about celebrities with another customer, I ended up with an extremely short haircut that left me feeling uncomfortable and insecure, which is several inches shorter than requested.

Horrible!! If I could give zero Stars I would. I showed a picture of what I wanted and my results looked nothing even close to it after spending over $140. Very disappointed

Ann is by far my favorite stylist in all of ashtabula county. She gives nothing but 5 star haircuts to both male and females. :)

Quoted one price 150 when i got there. Ended up being 250 and was told i had to come back in a week and spend another 75. All that and still had a tip on top
