My sisters hair is completely burned and she burned her head several times with the curling iron, she was suppose to do her friends hair as well and denied her, very poor and lazy service. She was also suppose to cut my sisters hair and never did and charged her $55 for it.

Thyrda was my hairdresser... I Was scheduled for a 1pm appointment for relaxers did not even get in a chair until almost 4pm and I was the NEXT appointment. She was working on 1 person for that long!!! Not to mention she was trying to jump back and fourth between me and another person during the whole application process. Took too long applicating so by the time she was done applicating it was time to rinse it out. I feel I did not got a sufficient relaxer in my hair do to just messing up the process alone. To mention I spent 7 hours at this business to get just a relaxer done in my hair and it straitened. While I was there she had 4 other customers waiting for a simple hair cut for 3+hours and they ended up just walking out and the lady just said GOOD! She clearly has no care for her customers or their time. She over priced me by $80!!!! What I was told would be a $80 relaxer job I was priced for $160 ! Had to make up for the other customers walking out, somehow right!?? Not to mention the floors and sinks in this establishment were DIRTY!!! A good way to keep it during a pandemic right? I could go on but this is efficient enough to encourage you NOT TO COME HERE!!!

An awesome salon!

I been coming here to get a hair cut since they opened about 8 years ago. Thedra does a very professional job. Couldn’t imagine a better job done. It’s why I been coming since they opened. Only way I’ll stop coming is if I move far away some day.

She cut my hair so good I’ll not go any where else ever.

I’ve been going to thedra for almost a year now , she helped me grow and maintain my natural 4c hair. I love talking with her and how she is honest with me about when I need to do with my hair . Very reasonable prices and always done in a timely manner
