I love this pulmonary group. From the girls at the front desk to the girls at check out. They’re friendly and very thorough. This is the best run medical practice in WNC. Dr. Campbell couldn’t possibly be any more concerned about my medical condition and stays on top of all things respiratory & pulmonary of which I’ve had issues since 2009. I couldn’t thank him or this group enough.

I have been followed off and on for 9 years by this group for a (hopefully continuing) benign condition. I was sorry to hear that Dr. Pritchard had recently retired. I needed an appointment to discuss my latest scan results and no longer have my doctor. This practice has ALWAYS been so easy to work with, and today JENNIFER put it over the fence with patient service. She discussed my options for transferring my care to another doctor, and hearing my background and other information she recommended one of their new physicians and got me an appointment for tomorrow! No tele-medicine / real face to face patient care! She was AWESOME!In the past I found Candice to also be remarkably helpful in getting tests and scans scheduled, and could not be more impressed with the physicians Ive seen to date, and staff who assist me.Thank you!

I met with Dr. Habegger on Sept. 8th. He was on time and one of the mostcaring Dr.s I have met. He had completely reviewed my medical historyand spent much time with me. I also saw a breathing specialist who wasvery competent. The whole staff I saw were kind and caring.

My mother has been a patient at Asheville Pulmonary for over 20 years. I always thought it odd that a lung doctor would have 5 steps into the building with no ramp and to get to the elevator you go through a musty basement. Many of their patients are older and/or pulling oxygen tanks. We have always managed to get in.....until today! We got here and the elevator was out. So there is NO WAY to get to the doctors!! So my mother who is 87 and lung compromised had to sit in the musty basement. I had to walk around the building to let them know I was here. Really??? Asheville Pulmonary doctors, are you so cheap that you can’t rearrange your entrance and build a ramp for people in wheelchairs?? Or move to a building where your patients can easily get to you?? Your logo has a heart in it, now put your money to back it up!! I encourage each of you to go to your parking lot and go to the handicapped parking spot. Go through the effort to get out of the car and into a wheelchair and experience what many of your patients must experience to get to see you! That being said, the doctors and staff are great!! Dr Campbell is amazing and I have the utmost respect for him and the care he provides for my mother.

Recently took my dad to see Dr. James Davidson for consult. Dr. Davidson was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way so my dad could understand it. When we left Dr. Davidsons office, all of our questions were answered and a game plan was in place. Staff and nurses were also very friendly and prompt. I highly recommend Dr. Davidson and his staff to anyone!!

Office received my referral on 1/15. I called on 1/27 to make an appointment. Being from out of state, disappointed I had to call them instead of them calling me.

Most unethical and scam -centered practice I have ever come across. Hope their malpractice insurance is high! They need it. Read all the complaints at NC Medical Board and all over the internet. Thankful AVL still has ETHICAL and HONEST medical practices, who prescribed the much needed OXYGEN! GO ELSEWHERE!

Apparently this practice doesnt believe in the Hippocratic Oath, only sees patients with conditions that will generate hefty bills, or their staff is incompetent. Their scheduler lied about not receiving my referral and failed to return my calls. Ive had intense pain for 2 months that has worsened. When I went in person to try and get an appointment, I was told my condition wasnt a priority and the soonest they could see me was four months from now, but Id have to call back in a few weeks to see if that might even be possible. Again, I was there in person talking to another human. How can they know that my condition isnt important without examining me? Im in a LOT of pain, so something is obviously wrong. I can only imagine that other patients who need help had similar experiences - deplorable!!!
