Perfectly friendly ladies at the front desk. I was in and out in 10 minutes on a STAT blood draw order. Remember, its not nice to name call and it takes two to have friction.

The lady who works at from desk, middle-oldaged, blonde with dark brown roots and heavy eyeliner, is literally the rudest human being ever. Every time I have had to call here she answers the phone with an attitude and is not helpful at all. Today I went in with a lab request and she denied me because it was on my phone. I told her I don’t have a printer at home and asked if I could email her and she could print it. she was sitting in front of a computer and had a big printer behind her. She said no she couldn’t and said i’d have to go to the public library... why work in health care if you hate people so much?? get laid

The Mission Lab Express employees are kind and very professional. They are very focused each month when I go for labs. I am thankful how they handle helping get my lab results promptly to my ordering physician. I am a kidney transplant patient. I appreciate the excellent service they perform. I have no worries when I go there. Thanks staff.

Very fast and the woman that I saw was great! I was very weak after and she sat with me for a while and helped me feel so much better. Would definitely recommend.

Staff is so rude at this office. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but it seems to be ongoing and they seem to act like they are OK to treat people like this. It’s not OK.

Slowest lab no one else waiting... Dst there 45 minutes then had to remi them I was there...only one in waiting...Not coming back..
