I enjoy the efficient walk in options that work with my daily schedules. Also when I am out of town I can go to any Of The Joint clinics and get adjusted.Dr. Chris G has been wonderful to work with. I have had great results and no more migraines.

Dr. Chris G is fantastic! I’ve been seeing him throughout my pregnancy and he saved me from sciatica pain. I attribute my baby being in a good position to his weekly adjustments as well. Such an affordable price - definitely recommend for any pregnant mama!

Ive recently moved to the area in search for a chiropractic care. I saw the reviews and thought Id give this place a try. I hadnt been adjusted in two months. I knew which areas needed attention. The doctor focused in those areas. It was very quick and it seemed they were more focused on telling me about free visits and packages. I left feeling unsatisfied. Later that evening, my head started hurting. Ive not had a headache in over a year. Ive kept a headache off and on since my visit on Thursday, May 27. I will not be going back. If you dont mind a quick visit and being spoke to about fees, free visits, and packages and coming home with a headache then this is YOUR place. Just be careful!!!

Just left the joint. I saw Dr. Tina today, she was super awesome! Probably the best adjustment Ive ever had. I feel so much better. She was very enthusiastic about what she was doing and really took the time to try to help me rather than just doing routine exercises. She was just great, very thankful, would love to see her d every time!

Dr. Stan was excellent, and had a great bedside manner. He made both me and my husband very comfortable; even though there were several doctors treating patients in the same room, he made it a personal experience. I was sore the next day, but feel much better today.

Very caring. Dr Teena is the great. So glad they are open after 5 and on weekends makes it so easy to be seen when working full time.

Tried to cancel a few times and they keep hitting that $69 a month! If you like signing up for autoships and qvc junk that steal money from you monthly for the rest of forever, this is the place for you!!! Yes I talked to them and they DO NOT CARE if they charged you for three months when you thought you’d cancelled and weren’t receiving services.Go to a real chiropractor that’s a little more expensive and cares about your well being; physically, emotionally, and financially.

Dr. Teena is literally the best human ever. Ever since the first visit she’s the only Dr. I’ll use there. She is friendly and extremely great at her job. Also, Jennifer at the front is amazing.

Dr. Teena Rowe is absolutely amazing! I go to the joint every week because of having Harrington Rods because of scoliosis and it is really hard to find a chiropractor that makes me comfortable to be able to work throughout the week. Ive received chiropractic care off and on for 30+ years. Ive had continuing problems with shoulder and hip pain for the entirety of that time. The past few visits to The Joint Chiropractic I have had Teena Rowe doing the adjustments. Let me tell you, she is THE BEST! Not only has she helped my conditions, but helped end migraines that I was having daily. She has truly helped improve the quality of my life!

April & Teena are awesome. Really like this location. Dont so much like the fact we have to sit in the back with other people while we get adjusted and strangers get adjusted but I guess thats not really up to us.

Very Disappointed. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive, being new to the area, I went for a maintenance adjustment. Im 100% disabled Combat Veteran, 54yrs young. I have a degree in healthcare from NYU with a minor in Geriatrics. Ive been healing myself with selected care from western medicine since 1995.Ive worked with several chiropractors from NY to NC. I am very aware of what a good adjustment feels like and Im aware of tactics of predatory practices. After the paperwork was complete, the doctor took me back to discuss my care. He asked what I was there for and I replied, a maintenance adjustment as I do yoga and workout. I let him know that Im new to the area and wanted him to check to see if I needed an adjustment. He asked me to stand up as he simply looked me up and down. Never touched me. He then tried unsuccessfully to adjust my lower back. When nothing in my back would adjust, he reached for a small block and placed it mid back and actually adjusted my back out of alignment. He then did a neck adjustment which felt ok on the spot. The pressure was turned up to join one of their plans. I let the doctor know that Ive been under care before and combined with yoga and exercise Ive been doing well. He looked me in the eye and said thats his professional recommendation is for me to have an adjustment weekly and I should consider joining a plan today or it will be more expensive later. I declined all the same. After being home a few hours, I began to feel pain in my back where he put the block and at the base of my skull. It feels like he made sure that I would come back, which sickens me to my stomach.I came home and did yoga for the next two days to correct the pain.Today is Monday and my mid back is still a bit sore. Ill be doing my due diligence on where I choose next. I gave them the benefit of doubt because of being in Asheville. I will not make that error again.

I actually just left The Joint and I am exhilarated! Both my husband and I went tonight. I’m pregnant on tip of already being overweight and my body is very achey and doesn’t hold adjustments well right now. Sometimes I feel hopeless about the pain but they are so good at figuring out what it will take to fix the situation which changes in many ways and often. Joint Chiro Merrimon Ave branch in Avl is only branch can speak to the quality of my 1 any only visit however I did purchase a pkg so will have 7 more visits this month to help me over an acute pulled shoulder/neck muscle injury and will better be able to review after these future visits.First impression: no one answered phone right at 9:00 when open so hung up and was going try to back later but receptionist called me back seeing my # as missed call = extra kudo pts.Go 5-10min early. Said not necessary but have several forms to fill out, enter into new PT profile before dr can see you.2nd impression after ~15min wait met Chiro (sorry missed getting his name) but he was professional, reviewed and clarified my past medical hx with me. and did all the stuff my regular Chiro would do except the scraping of tight neck muscles but this place did something my regular Chiro never has to help push back a cervical disc that was part of my major pain issue with some hand held device. joint Chiro was able to see me same day after I had called my regular Chiro for last 6-7yrs and couldn’t get in for over a week is why in my current pain state to try this chain out. Joint Chiro Ed me on post-thx plan, anticipated timeframe for recovery and was above and beyond all the standard practice expectations AT 1/2 or

Dr Christian is the best chiropractor that has adjusted me, and Ive been getting chiropractic adjustments for 5 plus years. She has a great personality and is always friendly and really listens to what is bothering you and trys her best to get you all fixed up. I keep a copy of there schedule and only go on days she is working she is that good.

Everyone from front desk to the Doctors have been so friendly. They’ve taken on our whole family (3 small kids included) with big smiles and are so gentle and great with our kids.

I went there to help with back pain. I did the monthly $69 deal. After the initial 4 treatments were done I was pain free. I didn’t think of canceling the monthly deal until the took another $69 out of my account. So I called to cancel and the girl said she would cancel it but couldn’t do a refund. So I said that was fine I would use the 4 visits. Well after those 4 they didn’t cancel the deal and took another $69 out. I have called 3 times to cancel and it still hasn’t been done. My next call is to a lawyer !!!

I have never been to a chiropractor before, so I was nervous. The doctor put me at ease, performed an adjustment, and I actually slept through the night - which was huge for me. Much thanks and see you again soon.

It was my first time here as I just moved to the area and was looking for a new chiropractor. Ive been going all of my life and I have never had such a terrible experience. Christinas adjustments were harsh and painful. I spent the rest of the day with sternum and rib pain which wasnt hurting me before I went in. I went in for neck pain and as she was adjusting me, she said your clavicle area is out and proceeded to adjust me. It hurt so bad and she said do you have an injury? I said no. I certainly didnt have one until she did what she did. Stay away from this place. Im still in pain today and it will take time to heal this new injury created by Christina.

The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Stan is my go to chiropractor and he is always consistent with my treatments. No matter how busy he is he always asks how my day is going. Hands down this is my favorite chiropractor and location.

This is a predatory business. Was told one thing regarding membership that I cancel on the billing cycle date and then told it had to be two days before when it got drafted, last time it was drafted I never even used the four visits because attention to detail is so lackluster. The only Chiro in their network is in the “west Asheville” location, and its not west Asheville its more canton. They refund people’s money to take down their complaint thus the five star review. I should have heeded the others warnings about them. Not only can you not cancel by phone or email, they send you a form in a non pdf so it can’t be signed on the spot. Will be contacting BBB.

I was always told go to a chiropractor that does more than just fix your neck and the Joint fits that mold. Both chiro’s do a great job but the male (forgot to ask name) figured out a postural weakness originating from my lats that will completely the way I work out. Very affordable too.

I like the adjustments that Ive received; not a big fan of feeling like Im part of a peanut gallery by being seated in the same room as the patients getting adjusted and being watched by other patients. Its quite unnerving to be honest.

I love every professional at this place! The desk staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The docs are understanding and offer sound advice. My kids are welcome to sit near me when I am being worked on. Just a great place.

I was desperate to get into a chriopractor as I had intense shoulder pain. I was so excited to get in on a Saturday!! Christina was amazing! After my adjustment I felt some relief, I followed her suggestions (ice and KT tape) and the next day, I feel very little pain! Excited to keep maintenance up with her!

I like going to The Joint Chiropractic. The staff seems knowledgeable are friendly. I find it is easy in and easy out. I think for my needs of simply maintaining good physical health, posture and mobility The Joint is the place that helps me meet those needs.

As far as price for the amount of adjustment you get, this is about the best youll find, at least in this area. I dont know of anyone that can compete on value alone.However, they are exceptionally deceptive in the billing process. Good luck cancelling, as youd better have your ducks in a row. For example, you have to cancel your billing plan a few days in advance of the cycle and make you must be physically present at the location you signed up to do successfully cancel. Also, it took a solid 10 minutes for them to find the correct cancellation paperwork when I cancelled. The whole process was incredibly annoying and frustrating. They will say pretty much the opposite of these realities when you sign up, so just be aware of the deceptiveness.If youre okay with that big downside, I recommend them.

As a company they do good but the ONLY REASON I give this place a 2 star is because the wait is always 30+ min. I go to the one in Arden and Im in and out in 5 minutes. The doctors at this location talk WAAAAY to much for the way this company is trying to run their day to day with the whole quick service and never spending more than 5 or 10 min on a client.

Dr Brett is the cat’s pajamas. I am 40 and this was my first experience with a chiropractor. After two visits I feel absolutely wonderful. Even though the sessions are quick, the attentiveness and care are very much there. I have no doubt everyone who works there is wonderful but I highly recommend Dr Brett!

Today was my 4th visit to get relief from plantar fasciitis. My first and third visits to the South Asheville office were great. The staff were professional and I felt much better afterwards. Last Saturday though I was surprised the woman at the desk was not wearing a mask. She coughed and sneezed, saying it was just allergies.That did not make me feel she cared one bit about my health and safety .Today I decided to try the North Asheville clinic. The front desk staff was wearing a mask. But the chiropractor had hers below her nose. This is not acceptable in a doctors office during a pandemic.

I have been seeing DR. Stan now for a few months. I have been to probably over a dozen chiropractors over the last 7 years trying desperately to find a solution. Not once did I ever feel like anyone really cared about me or my situation. Most tend to actually make my pain worse. A week ago I was in a collision and went through the windshield. I went in this morning hoping to get some relief, I got just that. After 6 hours of carrying my son around I was about to go to the ER I was in so much pain. It was 6:56, and I was driving by and thought let me try and see Stan again. The joint closes at 7. He spent 30 minutes helping me out. Genuinely trying to help me get some relief. I was able to come home and get in the bath. I’m a tough case having had 2 neck injuries now. I will be forever grateful to this man. If you want a Dr. that knows what he is doing and genuinely cares about his patients then see Dr. Stan. Poor guy is in high demand but he is well worth waiting for. So thankful for this man. A life in pain is not much of a life at all.

Been treated by several chiropractors over the last 35 years. Many have gone to “ new” and “ improved “ methods. Unfortunately they seem to have moved away from actual spinal manipulation. My spine gets out of line and I need it moved back from time to time. Thank you Joint for sticking with what works.Pricing is honest and fair and availability can’t be beat!

I can always get in and out very quickly, yet they take time to be sure they are addressing any problems I may have, and are always willing to answer questions.

I had a pinched nerve for over 2 months. Doctors wanted to do a nerve block. I decided to seek chiropractic care. I saw Dr. Brett for the first time after coming to The Joint. I had been one other time. I was hurting so bad I couldnt hardly lay on the table for thr adjustment. Dr Brett worked on my neck almost 10 mins. Holy cow!!!!! Instantly felt relief. Ive been 99% pain free since the adjustment. If I overwork my neck at the computer it tends to aggravates it. I have been medicine free... the physical therapy at the doctor office didnt help. The muscle relaxer didnt help. Nothing helps nerve pain. Except the excellent care from Dr. Brett. He knows his stuff. Ill always have him adjust my neck. Thank you for helping me get my life back!!!! One adjustment and bam it was fixed.

I used to get awful migraines and the doctors here have been a life saver...no more ibprophen, tylenol, excedrin, advil, etc! They helped me out when I had a pinched nerve in my hip area, too. Im on the monthly plan, which is way cheaper than my co pay that I have to pay for when I go to my family doctor. I mean, I basically only pay $15 for a visit on the plan 🙏 Thank you for all yall have done to help me out!!!
