I liked Dr. Vruwink at first. I then had issues with my vaneers which he put on and admittedly messed up on one. He wanted me back to replace it. When I called and spoke to the office manager, she said I am not allowed back there because she said Dr. Vruwink didnt say that and its not on your chart. Basically I went around with denture cream on my vaneers just to hold it on and had to get another Dentist to fix it which cost me $4,000. I asked for Dr. Vruwink to call me, but never heard a word back from him. Ive been told to report him to the Dental Board because this literally had an impact on my life being I love to smile. I was treated like a liar and disrespected. Its a shame that someone can change into a greedy, mean person that has already had several good assistants to leave due to his new manager.

This was my first time to a dentist in several years. It was considerably better than the last one I had visited. Very friendly hygienist and Dr Vruwink was very professional and answered any questions I had concerning further treatment.

Had an appointment at 10am and got there and two people that got there after me where seen before me I don’t know how there appointment work but was made to wait in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes this was my second visibly on the very first visit I walked in at 1:45 pm had an appt at 2 and the office was empty they where out for lunch and made to wait 30 min also
