I went by the office this morning for other reasons but was greeted by a young blonde lady. I can not remember her name but she was attentive as soon as I walked in the door, smiling and very pleasant. The lady was super friendly. I met with Dr. David and he was also super friendly. Just wanted to take the time to share that I am not a patient and today was my first contact with Dr. David and his staff and they seem really awesome off first impression.

This office has a great atmosphere, compassionate people who listen and take your comfort seriously. Dr. Malin explained everything that would happen prior to the procedure so that you would know what to expect and is very thorough in explaining your options. I highly recommend his practice.

I am very comfortable getting my teeth taken care ! Everyone there are very nice and polite when you go there! Ty all for your caring and kindness that you give your patients!

Dr. Malin is the best dentist I’ve been to. He is compassionate and very kind. I recommend him to anybody!! I was sick to my stomach scared of my procedure and he walked me through it, no problem. Dr. Malin and his staff have always been very professional and courteous. I had an emergency broken tooth recently and he was able to fit me in within an hour of my call. And he gave me an option to fix it that didn’t break the bank! My family and I have been patients of his for well over 20 years. He is definitely five stars in my book!

I have been going to Dr. Malin with my wife for decades and no matter where we were living, at times out of North Carolina, we would return to his office for our dental needs on vacations to see family in Asheboro. His staff is fantastic, he is the only one I trust with my care. There is no place anywhere that I would chose over his office staff and the expert care always provided by him and those in his office.

My family and I have been going here for years and have never had an issue with this place before today. Insurance and this dentist office got some paperwork mixed up. Connie the manager or whatever her position may be called and was very rude about an issue that could have been solved immediately without her attitude. I called hoping there would at least have been an apology, but did not even receive that! This is not how you conduct business in customer service. They have now lost our business.

I have to admit was scared and procrastinated after part of a back tooth broke. Dr. Malin was awesome though. I stressed myself over nothing. He explained exactly what he was going to do with each step and was very gentle. I appreciated his jokes and light heartedness most of all! I will be back as a regular customer and I will certainly recommend him to others.

I an writing this review so people can be aware of the way their front desk treats its customers/ patients.I made my cleaning appointment 6 months ago. I filled out my paperwork online months ago as well.30 minutes before my appointment, the office called me and said they werent going to see me because I am pregnant. Luckily, I had already given birth. They shouldve called sooner than 30 minutes prior to my appointment. What if I lived far away and was already on my way? Would they cancel me when I arrive? Either way, it would have been a waste of my time and energy. They need to be more organized than that. This isnt my issue with them though.When I got to the office, I checked in and they asked for my ss. I gave them the last 4 digits. They said they needed the whole number or I would have to pay cash for my appointment. I asked why they didnt tell me this over the phone and the front desk lady said most people know their ss. When I agreed to give her my ss, I said I dont like giving it out. She said we wont do anything with it with an attitude. I said I understand but I just dont like it. She rolled her eyes. She asked me for the number and I told her I would write it down. She smirked and rolled her eyes. I asked her what the problem was and she started yelling at me. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Realizing how this office treats its patients, I left. She said good, we dont need people like you here.I am just amazed that a manager could be so rude and yell at their customers. She will drive customers away with her attitude. I have never been treated so poorly. I would never recommend this office to anyone. There are plenty of dentists in asheboro. Go somewhere else. I will make sure everyone I know wont go here and hears about my experience with this office. If i could give it zero stars I would

Dr. Malin and his staff are all very friendly. They make you feel comfortable and at ease through out the entire dentist visit. Dr. Malin and his staff are all very knowledgeable in their field. I would highly recommend them to any one in need of dental care.

Dr. Malin takes all the time you need to explain your options. He doesnt try to just get the job done and get you out. Both my son and myself go to Dr. Malin and will continue to do so.

The lady at the front desk was so rude.I was appalled if you dont want to be treated badly by the front desk find another dentist.

Dr. Malin has been my dentist since he moved to Asheboro and I have been Happy to go to the Dentist ! I recently moved 45 mins away from Asheboro and still drive to see Dr Malin for ALL my dental needs !!!

Dr. Malin and his staff have always been very friendly to me and my wife. Most visits have been very thorough and yet very timely in manner! I never feel like I have to wait very long during my appointments, Dr. Malin and his staff seem to do their duties very time efficiently! If I ever had previous concerns with my teeth Dr. Malin had took the time to listen to me and my possible wishes. Never has he seemed to be condescending, he treats you with respect and dignity.

Problem with a tooth hurting, I called, and they immediately worked me in to a already busy schedule to resolve, and get me scheduled for a procedure.

Walked in with almost no waiting and was escorted back. Cleaning was great. Exam didnt take long or hurt.Really like this office and stafff.
