Whether I call ahead or just walk in, the service is amazing! (I tend to be a walk in due to my schedule.) They let you know up front if there is a wait. Ive visited multiple nail techs that work here and each have turned out great results. Reasonably priced, relaxing environment, friendly staff. Ask about SNS. (All pictures are SNS with tips.) It really is better for and easier on your nails. Mine have lasted up to 3 weeks+ with no chips or breaks. Do you have a picture reference youd like to try out? Bring that too!

Every time I call to make an appointment they always have someone to help even if it is last minute. Liam often does my nails and I am so happy each time - quick and efficient service and he is always funny and cheerful. My nails always look excellent and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy and is very attentive and engages my daughter as well. Once he let me use his charger for my phone so she could continue to play games when mine was low on battery. Excellent service and I will continue to return every other week!

Made an appointment in advance for me and my mother since I was coming into town. I asked when I made the appointment if they did speciality nail art and was told yes. We arrived approximately 10 minute early to ensure we were seen on time. At the time our appointment was scheduled they sat us in the pedicure chair...over 30 minutes we sat in cold water. Instead of getting our nails done while the pedicure technicians were busy, they proceeded to wait on at least 5 other patrons. When I asked could we at least do our nails while we waited the manager suggested we possibly come back since everyone had appointments...I told her absolutely not since we made our appointment a week in advance and they needed to get a technician to help us since we have been waiting longer than anyone here. Once a technician finally came he started by taking my nail polish and asked me what color I wanted. I showed him the photo and he then informed me they couldnt do that. Confused I asked why considering I inquired about this the day I made the appointment and was told they could. I decided not to have anything else done since I would have to go to my regular nail technician when I went back home. Start to finish it took the guy 10 minutes and they charged me $32...no nail polish...not even a clear coat...no manicure and it sure wasnt a pedicure that I recieved.To be considered the #1 nail salon in Asheboro, I am extremely appalled with the entire experience. Would highly not recommend.

Made an appointment for 6 of us, showed up they were very busy, picked out our colors, got us in our chairs, sat there got quite a while even though we had called and made an appointment. The water was cold, said something and got it lukewarm. When the nail tech finally came over the entire process was very rushed. I made our appointments to avoid being rushed. The guy didn’t even get all the previous nail color off my nails which is noticeable under the color I chose. When they finished they told us to just sit there instead of at a dryer and then never came back. We finally just got up paid and left. My girlfriend toenails immediately messed up and smeared but was such a bad experience we did not want to go back to get them fixed.

I went to Queen Nails for the first time today after a not so great experience the day before at a different place. The place was super nice, clean and all the staff was very nice. I had the pleasure of getting Rio to do my pedicure. He was AWESOME!!! So nice, had great conversion with him. I could tell that he really enjoys want he does and it shows in his work. The best pedicure I have ever had - I will definitely be back!!!!!

I went in for a pedicure & a full set. The full set was amazing & the girl who did them was too! The pedicure was not the best. She finished in 10 minutes & my feet didn’t even look like they had just been done.

I ❤️ Queen Nails! Adam, Jennifer, their family, and staff are all very friendly. They do great work. You definitely feel pampered while you are there. They are always welcoming and willing to listen to your concerns about your nails. When my daughter got married, we scheduled appointments for the wedding party and they pampered each one of them. I was happy to have Rio service me. We had a wonderful conversation. And Anslee was great too. I will diffidently visit this nail shop when I am in town. The nail salon was very clean, relaxing and everyone is friendly.

This is now my go to salon. They stay busy so if your doing a walk-in plan to wait a few. I didnt know and my daughter and I waited 2hrs but it was worth the wait! I was given free wine while waiting..and they give soda, water or wine with every visit. ..whaaat! I will make an appointment for now on but this is definitely worth my nails being treated with the best!

Appointments here are very important, but walk-ins are more than welcomed! The women here LOVE what they do and their work is great. I have been a returning customer for over a year now. Trina runs the shop very well and makes sure every customer is happy. I really like her work but all the women do a good job. Welcoming environment and hard-working staff. There are men who work here, but IMO they dont care about their work as much as the women do.This place has gotten the SNS nail game down packed, with or without tips.ONLY DOWN SIDE is .... there is a younger guy that seems to have an attitude problem, almost as if he hates his job, but you just have to ignore his negative vibe because his attitude will be the same every time you visit lol.

Dont go if your looking for a nice relaxing massage during your pedicure. Ive been several times and no one has given a good massage that lasted more than 2 minutes. The guy doing my pedicure was rushing through it. He had a bit of an attitude as well. The scrubber thing they use on your feet leave your feet feeling rougher that they were before. They are pricier than other places Ive been that do a better job. Im really not impressed.

I don’t know if it was the lady who just did my nails or if it is all the nail techs but it’s pretty dirty. I got a full set of acrylic SNS nails and my nail tech did not pull out any clean utensils, all came from her drawer and filed my nails with a visibly worn, used, nail file. I got coffin shaped nails and they’re shaped oddly, don’t think it was worth the $5 up charge. I got my nails a French ombré tip, the nail itself is pretty but again the shape isn’t the greatest. Staff is very pleasant and nice. The salon is pretty but again dirty utensils and stations.
